Idylla turned to Zeke with one of her best smiles. “Oh I am most definitely on board, I still cannot believe this.” The red head found it ironic that Axel, as a wedding planner, was having a child without getting married. It was a strong family belief, one that Idylla knew Axel uphold-ed as well, that one day she would get married. It made her reflect on if she was going to get married, with a chuckle she dismissed the thought. She was far too career oriented right now to even think about dating, much less marriage and a child, though Idylla was excited to be able to say she was an aunt.

Since Zeke had also mentioned butterflies, she might as well give a look into it once she got to Mexico. Though, she would still be looking into other possible souls. She hadn’t met any other Raevan except Anya so far, so she couldn’t really tell what other souls were already in use. She would have to get real creative on this one, find something special. In any case, even if she didn’t find a soul in Mexico, Axel still had plenty other souls to pick from. If she didn’t find anything in Mexico then she might give Zeke a call back to see what other souls were already in use, and go from there.

The only reply Zeke got from Idylla was a smile and giggle, yes she’d promised she’d stay quiet for now.

Grabbing the paper, she scanned over all the numbers quickly, still listening to Zeke. Axel would probably call him if anything, she wasn’t really sure if the other guardians would be able to answer her questions. Plus, she’d feel a little silly calling everyone up. Axel nodded quietly, call his cell for anything, right. Grabbing up a pen, she marked down cell with a little star beside it to remind herself later on.

Idylla was also glancing at the list. “This is a great way to meet new people Axel, might as well get around and get to know everyone and their Raevans.” As much as Idylla would have enjoyed meeting the other Raevans as well, she knew this would be a task best left to her sister and sister alone. She was only the aunt after all, and it would be far more beneficial for Axel to meet and get to know the others alone, Idylla did agree that she could get a little nosy at times.

So Axel would probably be better off with something small if she wanted it to be quick. Wasn’t there a saying about quick and painless being the way to kill someone? The thought creeped her out just a little bit, she’d have to get used to the idea that she was about to catch a soul. Though she was going to get a new life out of the old one, out with the old, in with the new? Axel chuckled, she was full of quotes it seemed today. “Yea, I might give you a call once in a while.” Axel would have to hold back from calling him every single day, but it was good to know the option was open.

This time, Idylla raised her hands up in the air with a smile. “No questions from me.” Both sisters laughed as Axel began to read. Sudden thoughts filtered through, would she be able to do this? Take care of a being that was not totally and completely like a human? Would she be able to raise a child by herself? Axel briefly glanced at her sister, Idylla caught her gaze and held it offering ehr sister a warm smile urging her to sign. If anything happened, she’d have her sister to help her along the way, and Zeke if the worst happened. Relaxing, she took up her pen again and signed her name on the line, there was no going back now.

“Alright, I think that’s it. I will definitely give you a call once I’ve caught a soul.” Axel put the papers back in order, and got up. “It was really nice meeting you Zeke, and thank you for giving me this opportunity. I will certainly call you if anything comes up, even in Mexico!” She moved around her desk to offer him both the papers and then a hug, Idylla would probably want in on the action too since her twin had also gotten up. “Yes Zeke, it was very nice meeting you.”

Zeke lit up all the more when Idylla smiled at him like that. What he thought about the future Raevan going to a good home was only sealed in more with that sunny beam from the redhead. Oh yes, the Raevan born from the Forget-Me-Nots and the soul Axel caught would have a fantastic home and family. He really couldn't wait for the black haired woman to catch her soul if only for the idea that he could introduce her to her newborn just that much sooner.

"Believe it," he teased, "because you're going to be one sooner than you think."

Another wink was given to Idylla as the woman actually giggled at his little jib about questions, and the vet was trying hard to be good and not bounce like a loon in front of the women. He was feeling quite jittery all the same, and his hands trembled as he looked between both sisters and the list of numbers Axel was looking over.

“This is a great way to meet new people Axel, might as well get around and get to know everyone and their Raevans.”

"The Lab's full of friendly people, but from what I've experienced, once you become a Guardian the Raevans seem to just pop out of the woodwork." He couldn't hazard a guess why that was. Perhaps it was because when you had that being to look forward to, you began to notice their kind more. Then again, maybe it was simply happenstance. He was sure that no one could see a Raevan on the street or in a store and not look at them. They stood out, that was for sure.

When Axel agreed to calling him, Zeke gave her a nod.

"My phone's always on! Well...Not always. I turn it off when it's charging." A goofy look crossed his face as he corrected himself and he shrugged lightly. Other than that one time his phone was always on. Sometimes on silent or vibrate due to work, but always on all the same. He looked forward to any calls Axel might make to him, regardless of topic or reason.

Another laugh left him and joined the chorus of the sisters when Idylla said she had no questions. Zeke gave her a look - one that cheekily asked 'are you suuuuure?' with a raised brow - but relented shortly after.

"You're free to call me as well, if you happen to get anymore questions that need to be answered, Idylla." He was certain he'd get a laugh for that, but again, he meant it. If Idylla had given him a run for his money in regards to how much could be asked in one sitting now, he could bet all of it on hindsight leaving one or ten out. Plus it would be easier in the long run than having her remember and going through her sister to contact him. If there was one thing Zeke did it was making sure he could be easily reached.

Taken up with Idylla as he was, the vet didn't see Axel reading the legal forms until the redheaded twin gave her sister that encouraging look. Turning back, he watched the newest member of the Lab put her pen to paper and felt a renewed burst of delight. Now it was official - Axel was family and the bottle and vial Zeke had made a grand show of revealing were now hers.

Taking the papers back when they were handed over, Zeke gave them the cursory look over before nodding with approval and tucking them back into the case they had come in. Once they were, he was surprised - but pleasantly so - to see Axel waiting to hug him. Being who he was, he was all to happy to embrace the woman and even gave her a friendly peck on the cheek as well once in.

"It was very nice meeting you," he said, pulling away after the allotted time and still beaming from ear to ear. "You're definitely the kind of people I like seeing in the Lab and I really look forward to hearing from you again!" Saying that, he turned to Idylla and did the same - a hug and a friendly peck on the cheek. "Very nice meeting you as well, but I think you've influenced me in a bad way." He pouted playfully at her. "I'm gonna hold future Guardians to your standards of questions asking. If I'm not bombarded after this, I really think I'll be disappointed!"

The pout faded quickly as his words came to an end as laughter once again bubbled up and over his pierced lips. He let that go as he collected everything and double checked, and by the time he had the case closed and at his side once more, he was wiping his eyes with his free hand to clear them of some leakage.

"Ladies, it has been fun. Thank you kindly for the enjoyable afternoon; I look forward to seeing you both again." A showy, dorky bow was given to both and Zeke turned his eyes over to Anastacia one last time while they were here. She was still enraptured, but she'd have to give up her preening and searching through wedding dresses for now. They had to go, but they would be back. "Just let me collect her and we'll be off."

“It’ll be nice to get a feel of other Raevans before I get my own.” It would help Axel to get a feel of what they were like and what she ought to expect. As for his phone always being on, that would help a lot.

“I’ll call you if there’s anything.” Idylla wasn’t really sure if she’d ever need to call him, after all the Raevan would be Axel’s. It would be good to know his number in case anything happened while Axel wasn’t there, though if she did end up calling it would only be for something extremely serious. Axel would probably end up giving him a few extra calls when the Raevan was born, apart from that the sister delighted in working out the kinks themselves.

“I hope I can give you a call soon about a filled bottle!” Axel hugged him, and stepped back giving a glance to see where Anya was. She was looking forward to seeing him again, maybe next time she’d be able to visit the Lab, sister not included of course. If allowed, she wanted to see the process started on her Raevan. Life felt like it was moving really fast for her, she was going to be taking care of child, at least it wasn’t a baby right? Axel had no idea in all actuality, she had to relax and not worry so much.

Soon after Axel had hugged Zeke, it was Idylla’s turn to be hugged. “I do hope you’ve had a good time.” They’d all laughed quite a bit, and Idylla was sure Axel wouldn’t be mad at her for changing places with her when they’d first met Zeke and Anya. It had been hilarious, there was no denying it. Idylla laughed when he mentioned her questioning, she was a lawyer after all, it was her job. “Good to know I’m raising the bar! This is why I’m a good lawyer.” She gave Zeke a wink and patted him on the shoulder as she saw him wiping his eyes.

Both sister saw to Zeke and Anya’s leaving, then made their way back to the office to stare at the bottle and jar Zeke had left behind. Axel picked up the bottle and ran her hand over the cloth, thinking about what kind of soul she’d be catching. Idylla had picked up the jar with the forget-me-nots, closed her eyes and was listening to them quietly whisper to each other. After a few moments of quiet, Axel put down the bottle and stared at her sister. “So do you like my surprise?” Idylla opened her eyes to glance at her sister, but kept her ear close to the jar. “Very good one, I seriously had no idea you were making me an aunt.”

The twins chuckled, Idylla finally moved away from the jar. “So what now?” Axel glanced at the clock, her other appointment was probably already seated. “Well, I’m kicking you out of my office so that I can take my other client.” Idylla frowned lightly and got up. “I see how it is, I want to see that bottle once it’s filled!” Axel stood up and gentlly pushed her sister out of her office. “Maybe, we’ll see. I might keep it a secret till you see the Raevan.” Idylla began to protest, but she’d already been pushed out of the office into the hall. “That’ll be a great surprise for you Idylla. I’ll call you once I’m back from Mexico, see you.” Axel closed the office door and returned to her desk, she set the jar at the corner of her desk and the bottle in the safety of a drawer. She’d have plenty of time to think about souls in the plane.
