Of course. Lou has a high charisma score so even if he rolls low it still looks good. (At least he likes to think so)Lou says he would like to see the porcupine hat wearing goff kid try.
 Also, that Roch is just jealous because Xiu is totally into him.
... And he can get to first and second base before porcupine head.
