Afina gave an appreciative nod. She doubted her tail could do that with the tuft at the end. "I do something similar with my whiskers and paws." She smiles "We learn to fish at an early age here. Thats very clever though." She nods appreciatively and flickers her tail "If you like we can take you up to the rest of te pride and you ca ask them your questions? Theres only so much we can tell you about what the Tsunami did." She states simply. Stretching her paws she gets to her feet and waits.
Tarni smiles and giggles a little "Thats very clever." She whispers shuffling her paws, she wondered if she could maybe learn how to do that. His tail didn't have a tuft and seemed to be a lot more muscular than her own tail. She decided when he was gone and she had some time she would learn how to fish with her tail.
She moves with her sister getting to her paws, keeping Afina between herself and the leopard still. She wasn't quite as nervous of the leopard now but she wasn't as frightened of him.

Raja shook his head at the offer, electing not to take it. He didn't need to interview the pride and given his foreign blood and species, they might not necessarily be receptive. Instead he would rely on the powers of observation and investigation, he needed only to target the most important locations and inspect them before moving back into the roguelands to track the damage in that direction. It was a survey, he didn't need to see the destroyed dents or converse with the pride to see this - after all, they wouldn't know how badly it would effect the outside world.
...Only he would.
"I think that it would be wise for me to decline, I need only explore specific areas and most of these are along the coast and borders - the dens and internal regions of the pride are not my business," he pointed out. However, he did provide both girls with an appreciative nod as they had expressed a certain level of hospitality even if one was more uncertain of him than the other. "That being said, I would appreciate it if you would let your guards know that I am in the region for a brief period of time so that they do not attack me."
"I mean no harm, I simply need to see the soils..."

Afina gave a sharp nod. "We'll do that for you." She smiles and stretches out her limbs. "Come on Tarni, we should get back." Se nods a goodbye to the big leopard. She would tell the guards and she was fairly certain, someone would keep an eye on the leopard. Possibly one of their relatives. "Thanks for showing us your secret." She smiles turning away and trotting back up the beach from where they had come.
Tarni nods a little nervous bow to the big male leopard and skittered after her sister. "Goodbye." She whispers racing up the beach to catch up to her deep blue sibling. She was glad to have met a leopard, but she was glad to be leaving the leopard too. She was certainly glad that Afina had been with her, she would have been frightened if she had met the leopard on her own. Glad of the experience she followed her sister back up to the main dens.
