With a muffled squeal, Christof scrambled away from the flames. Flames?? FLAMES! How was THAT fair?? With a snarl, he turned to face the Dragon. Using Fear, huh? Well two could play at that game!
Spikes suddenly twisted out of the flesh of his left arm, muscles bunching, scales spreading as the hunchback lumbered forward slowly but steadily gaining speed before finally swinging the natural mace as hard as he could. Fear crackled through his veins, claws extending all the while....
HP: 25
Attack: 18
Fear Used: Spiked Punch (Battlecry Y2 level)
((because the first dice was higher than 1, Christof promptly beat the s**t out of Jericho, as per the mechanics of Y2 "Battle Cry":

Damn. The patchwork managed to get away without even the slightest singe. Snarling, Jericho turned towards the guy just in time to take one hell of a blow straight to his chest. Falling back from the impact, the dragon wheezed as he had to take a moment to recover from that.
That. HURT.
Gritting his teeth, he slowly pushed himself to his feet and stared over at Christof.
"VOOOOOOOOOOOIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!" he cried out before throwing his hand towards the sky. Above his head, flames began to form, and a large twenty sided die appeared. Once it finished manifesting, he sent it barreling down at Christof.
The attack drained him completely, sapping away a good portion of his own FEAR.
Doubling over after the attack, he dropped down to his knees.
"Tiamat's s**t..."
HP: 0
Damage: 20 damage!
Effect: 16 to self!
((HAH. Jericho just KO'd himself using his Gamblers Chance FEAR.
For a Y2 tiered Gambler's chance, the dice breakdown is as follows
First dice = Accuracy. 7 and higher is needed to hit
Second, third, and fourth dice = Add these up. This is the damage dealt to the target. In this case, Jericho did 20 damage.
Fifth dice = How hard you hit yourself. The number rolled determines how percentage of the next set of dice goes through. In this case, Jericho deals 75% of the damage to himself.
Last three dice = Add these up and multiply these by the modifier determined in the fifth die. My three dice added up became 21. 75% of 21 is 15.75. This, rounded up, came to 16 damage to Jericho.
As a note, if either character wanted to flee at some point during this battle, the person running would have to roll 1d20.
The opponent would have to roll a d20 as well. If the runner gets the higher roll, they have successfully fled the battle. Otherwise, the attacker gets to strike.))

The fire came whirling out of the sky, the dice-like meteor suddenly knocking the hunchback clear off of his feet. After a wild howl and a stop-drop-and-roll later, trembling, the singed hunchback crawled onto his knees, panting as he blinked blearily at the dragon.
Did.... did he win? Did... did he really...?
Shaking off his shock at how good his luck must have been that evening, Christof wobbled to his feet, limping weakly over to where the dragon crouched before offering his less threatening right hand to help him up as well.
HP: 5 WINNER?
((Christof is left with the higher HP! He is the winner! Somehow!))

((Just a little bit of aftermath rp now))
Breathing heavily, Jericho continued to curse lowly at himself. He never really used his FEAR against another, so he didn't expect it to drain himself like that. His breath of fire FEAR didn't do anything like that, he noticed, as well. It was something he was going to have to keep in mind for the future.
Seeing Christof approach, he looked up apprehensively, unsure if the guy was going to try and strike him while he was down. But no, it seemed that instead, he was offering to help him get back up. Staring at the hand for a moment, he reached out and took it to pull himself back to his feet. He still looked pretty weary though.
"Well... Looks like you win this time around," he said between breaths. Was he disappointed at this outcome? He certainly was. But it was really his own fault that he ended up losing this time. The dragon had gotten careless.

Christof could only beam proudly, as though the impossible had happened, and continued beaming proudly even as the act of helping Jericho up popped his battered arm from his shoulder.

"Alright. Let's get out of here. But I'm going to call for a rematch sometime in the future, you hear?" Jericho said with a raised brow. Then, letting out a breath, he slowly started to make his way out of the gym. He needed to rest right now.
