Kamali nodded "Of coarse.." he glanced around, then slowly sat, blinked, and glancing to his paws when he heard Akui ask Noke to talk. Alone. His ears flicked, and he glanced to his paws, also wondering what to do. Say. Anything. He was on edge.

Her auds twitched before falling, did I do something wrong? She wondered as she gave a baffled look at Kamali before she stepped forward to the thicket. Her tail was a bit lower then usual for she was slightly worried. What was he going to say? Slowly, but surely she got to the spot and sat on her haunches.

Akui led her far enough into the thicket that they wouldn't be overheard.
There was a moment for awkward silence as Akui's nervously pawed at the dirt and foliage on the ground.
"What - I mean, er, what are your intentions with Kamali? I mean...ugh... " Akui lowered his ears, nervously. His mother never told him of such things...he just kind of learned as he went along. But he would have probably appreciated some guidence. Had he known... he would have moved to a new pack location long before he had puppies with Nyx.
"Noke, do you know... how puppies are made?" he blurted out.

She would've blushed if she could, "Um...well... uh... you see... I like him... alot.... but uh... " She said uncertaintly, it was odd, indeed. It was just a feeling she had... She looked at him, "I uh..... no..." She sputtered finally, "Not really..." She looked at him, shly.

Kamali's ears twitched, but he heard not a word of the two's conversation; lucky for him. He gently prodded at the ground, waiting, feeling silly still. Maybe out of place? Strange? He was not too sure. He glanced around, and then back to his paws, slowly laying, paws crossed one over the other, eyes half way shut.

Akui swallowed and pawed at the ground again.
"You see, Noke, uhm... when you're with someone you like... alot... ya know, a male. Well, you see you're coming to an age where somethings are going to start changing to you. You'll start to smell good, to boys, and you're going to start to want to... eh.... get close, I guess with males. You know, especially makes you're friends with...like Kamali.
And those feelings... those feeling can lead to puppies, you see..."

Noke watched Akui slightly puzzled. She tried to follow him and exactly what he was saying, but it was confussing. She pawed the ground slightly and sniffed. So.... she thought. Since I like Kamali.... I'll become pregnate.... She looked at her stomach in a questioning manner, thinking that because she liked someone that somehow she would automatically be pregnate. But Noke didn't say anything about it. "I see..." She said trying to hide the fact that she didn't get it.

Akui was embarassed, but he nuzzled her softly. "If you have any questions, I'll do my best to answer them. Just, hmm... I guess what I'm trying to say if that I don't really want anymore puppies until we're at our new home.
But then... then you can do whatever, you see."
He tried to look encouraging. "Is... is he your mate, Noke?"

Kamali wondered what was taken 'so long' for them to discuss, and was getting increasingly nervous. His ears twitched a moment, and he stared at his paws still. Tail flicking around him he softly whined, barely noticable even to himself. He squirmed a little, getting restless, though usually it did not bother him this much. Glancing toward the bushes he tilted his head, then looked back to his paw, trying not to think about what could be being discussed. He hadn't an idea.

She thought a moment, "I see..." She said softly before freezing at Akui's next comment. Mate? Likewise she froze totally not sure what to think. She...had hoped...but there was no way... Her eyes flattened slightly in a sad manner, "I wish he were..." She said softly.

Akui smiled gently and nuzzled her begind the ears. "You shouldn't rush things. But perhaps you should talk to him about it. After all...he didn't travel allt his way for you. He wouldn't have done that, had he not felt something, eh?"

Noke nodded softly listening to all that he said. However her outlook on the chances of Kamali actually liking her were still slim. Her eyes perked slightly, just so Akui wouldn't worry to much and wagged her tail. "I don't know how I'd be able to talk about it though..." She said giggling in a puppish manner. "My throat just seems to not let me..." She stood up from her haunches and shook herself off. She looked out where Kamali's direction was. She didn't say it, but she was waiting to be officialy dismissed from the conversation.
