Asch returned Callista's nod before sitting himself down and turning his attention back to the gathering around the Executive. It was kind of strange, but it really didn't matter all that much to him. Thus the red head turned his focus to his food. That was -much- more important.
Tyke's ears perked up when he heard another Pokemon nearby and looked around his master to see the Glaceon. His fluffy tail wagged slowly and he clambered over Asch's lap to reach the other side. "Zor zor!" "" The little Zorua was in many ways Asch's opposite.

"Ah, tha' same has been with me." Sorano replied. "Same ole' song an' dance by bullets to tha' feet. Them higher-ups 'ere sure know how ta slug a barrel ta ya 'ead if ya do 'em justice. Sometimes I can't stan' 'em." Suddenly, his squinted gaze fell on Lore. "No offense er anythin', Lore, man. Yer pretty much tha' only lax boss man in this joint." His thoughts fell on Kunai for a moment, which caused him to shiver. NEVER AGAIN.
Turning back to Lilith, he flicked an index finger up to the moon. "Bingo!" he nodded in elation. "This be the same guy," and he patted the blond's back. "Adrian Moose, er how I like ta call em', Moose."
Another smarmy little grin followed by a wink. Sorano was much too out of it to notice that his best bud was making moves at his girl four feet away. No one said far away flirting was impossible.

Lore listened to Lilith recount recent happenings, or lack thereof. Sorano's comment resulted in another smirk, "Well that's my goal. M'not really sure how the others expect to get anything accomplished, wasting so much time trying to scare the rest of you. So uh.. any news on upcoming missions? Any big raids planned? It'd be nice to get involved again."

Ah-ha... So this was the fabled Moose! Well, Lilith certainly didn't expect to meet him here, of all places. What a pleasant surprise this was. ...Okay, perhaps it wasn't really pleasant, per se. More like unexpected. The word 'pleasant' generally meant enjoyable, and Lilith, although she'd never admit it, especially to Sorano, didn't feel like her meeting with Adrian was terribly enjoyable. She wasn't entirely blind to all social cues, and from all of the smirks and smiles and winks she was getting from Moose, she could tell that he was being a little too friendly. She tried to shake it off, though. No need to get worked up over nothing, right?
With that in mind, Lilith looked over to Moose, who was sitting a short way away. A grin and a wink from him, and the Agent frowned slightly. Was he... trying to flirt with her? Really? Didn't he know that Sorano was her boyfriend? "Well... It's nice to meet you, Adrian. Or, would you rather I called you 'Moose?'" She still wasn't sure about the whole name thing.
Lore spoke again, and Lilith looked back up to him. At his query about upcoming events, she merely shrugged. "I haven't heard anything recently. Kind of a shame. It's not like I get told much either way, but..." It really was a shame, now that she thought about it. She did so poorly on her last [and first] mission, and she couldn't help but wish that a new one would come up soon. She wanted to try to redeem herself, if at all possible. With any luck, all of the training that her Pokemon had gone through would pay off...

Callista wasn't overly fond of the cafeteria food, but ate it anyway. If she looked like she was extremely focused on eating, the no-one would bother her with stupid conversation attempts. Really, what was the point in it, anyway? People were stupid in groups, especially disorganized ones. Why would she subject herself to that kind of voluntary idiocy? Eden, meanwhile, was absolutely fascinated with her new friend. "Glaceon, eon glace!" "

"Mm.. well that makes two of us." Lore mumbled in response to Lilith, poking at his sandwich with a bored expression. "A place like this ought to have more excitement to offer its members. Half tempted to drum some up myself. When's the last time anyone heard from Galactic?"

It was a noise that informed her she was actually hungry- that her stomach would put up with no more delay and she must put that book down and seek out something edible. After slipping back indoors, book tucked into the crook of her left arm, Tambrey wandered into the cafeteria and sought out a rather limp looking salad- even the tomato in it could lend little improvement to its dull colour. A disturbingly mildly aroma came from the tea (that was sure to go from scalding to lukewarm and skip 'pleasant' altogether) that completed Tambrey's selection.
As she turned and sought out a place to sit, her eyes were drawn across the room- vaguely noting the woman she'd once met with a scary jigglypuff- to a congregation of people that included Frost and the executive that she remembered from the first, and only, large mission that she'd taken part in.
Deeming the executive's table to be a little crowded, but with interest piqued, Tambrey wound her way across the room to slide herself onto a seat that belonged to a table close enough for her to be able to, at least, hear the conversation comfortably. She, at least, offered a smile to that table.

Faleen was not one to blatantly eavesdrop, but the topic of conversation happening in the table just across from where she was sitting, had caught her interest.
Hazel eyes lifted, as the data pad she was reading over was lowered closer to the surface of the table. Her lunch already finished, just enjoying a few more moments of sitting down before she would go back to work on a project she had been in the middle of on her rare day off.
This had not been the first time she had seen an Executive down in the common cafeteria room, especially not for this particular Executive. It confused her somewhat, but she certainly didn't have a problem with it, she saw the Executive level, she would think after a while of staying up there, piled on with as much work as they must be given, a cafeteria full of people would sound pretty nice.
"As far as I know the last time the Galactics made any kind of appearance was during that lovely day they trapped us into the mines with them." She certainly had an edge of sarcasm to her words that indicated that it had been a fun event. She had heard Frost telling him about that failed before it even started mission earlier.
"Someone from surveillance might have different news, they have been in charge of monitoring for Galactic activity, but from what I've noticed, there hasn't been a peep from them."
It was both a relief, and a concern, on one hand, they didn't have to deal with Galactic anymore, Faleen herself had not seen one since the disturbing realization that the Galactic boss was... an impossible genius. But on the other hand, what could they be cooking up?

As the others spoke amongst themselves Lore's attention shifted to Faleen at the next table over. "Oh, you were on that mission too? Sounds like it was interesting. All that time with the Galactics must have uncovered some useful information."
"Whimsii!!" Espresso trilled at Lore's elbow, waving the empty chip bag with a nubby arm.
Lore winced at the shrill voice and eyed the little whimsicott, "Sorry, bud. There's no more."
"Cott.." Cappuccino put on a determined face and hopped down to the floor, followed closely by Espresso. The little duo scampered off in search of snacks to pilfer from any rocket not guarding their meal. Lore watched them go, unconcerned, then looked back at Faleen.

The two pokemon, clearly his, and who she remembered seeing the last time he was down here created a moments distraction. calling for his attention before they scurried off on their own, further into the hall.
Faleen's eyebrows arched slightly, wondering to herself for a moment what they might be up to, but when Lore's turned back to her, she returned her attention, and continued.
"I was, yes sir. and I suppose 'interesting' could be a way to describe the experience." She slid a finger over the tablet in front of her, seeming to put it to sleep. "It was insightful though, yes, we learned quite a bit about that Deimos and his team, as well as the G-ball he made." She hesitated for a moment, looking thoughtful before she seemed to come to a realization. "If I recall sir, it was the team you led that retried that particular piece of tech,"

"Oh!" Lore perked up and nodded, "Yeah that giant pokeball? That thing was crazy. So you learned more about that thing? I'm glad to hear it. Gonna be mass-producing them any time soon? I wouldn't mind adding a few to the collection."
Somewhere across the cafeteria a Rocket shouted, "Hey! Those're my skittles!"
This was followed by a "Whimsii!"
Lore didn't bother looking.

Faleen's cheeks pinked a little, the straightness of her shoulders faltering ever so slightly. It had been a while since that project had been shut down, and they had learned that Deimos had bested them by a large margin. And while she accepted it after a time and kept going, it still bothered her deeply to think about. "Ah well. I'm afraid that won't be happening anytime in the near future. What exactly we learned from the Galactic leader lead to the realization that its quite... impossible to duplicate without extremely significant scientific breakthroughs."
Her gaze broke away from him to glance off to where the yelling came from. Guessing she knew what was happening there. Pokemon of an Executive, just let then have the skittles...
"The project is closed until we have the means to continue, though another Agent and I have been working on a much... smaller scale of the G-ball" She explained, with a shake of her head, as she looked back over to the Executive. "Nothing in comparison to the G-ball"

Lore arched an eyebrow, "Wow.. really? That's a bummer.." He scratched his chin, "Well.. don't lose hope. Maybe we'll get more info from the Galactics in the future. The tech is out there, we just need to nab it." He turned his attention to his returning Whimsicotts, being followed by an annoyed Rocket, "Speaking of nabbing."
"Those things stole my-" The Rocket began, pointing at the 'cotts. When he spotted Lore (or rather, Lore's uniform) he blinked, "-er... sir.. I didn't realilze.."
"Pffft.." Lore waved a hand, blowing air between his lips, "Everybody's all sirs around here. C'mon guys, you got caught fair and square. Give it back."
"Whims!!" Cappuccino protested, hugging the Skittles bag.
Lore rolled his eyes, still smirking, "Don't be a poor sport."
"Cott." The little pokemon huffed, tossing the bag at its owner before stomping back to Lore, Espresso close behind.
The random Rocket stared at the bag a few moments, obviously baffled by what had just transpired before becoming hyper aware of all the eyes on him and shuffling back to his table.
"Well that was fun." Lore commented, looking passive as ever. "So smaller scale, you said? How much smaller?"

Though normally one to avoid crowds, Claire couldn't help but notice a few familiar faces surrounding what looked like.. an executive. One she hadn't seen before. Why was he in the cafeteria? Certainly execs enjoyed a more private lounge or something with much better food..? Oh well. She carried her tray over, a Glaceon resisting the urge to weave around her trainer's legs as she followed, and then halted near the table but refrained from sitting yet. "Hello Frost, I haven't seen you in a while. How've you been?"
Alexina twined around the legs of Frost's chair, peering up at him with a questioning churr. Skiron?
Oh, but there were a few others she recognized too. "Hello Lilith, Faleen," on which her gaze lingered a bit longer than the others, "Sorano, and..." ..why did Sorano look like he'd lost a fight with a mallet? And who was that smarmy-looking blond near him? Oh well. She offered him a polite nod before turning to the still unnamed executive. He did seem a little - what was the word? - relaxed, or perhaps just lax. She couldn't imagine Seth hanging around with a bunch of the lower-ranking members of Team Rocket. "I'm agent Claire, and I'm sorry but I don't think I've seen you before, sir--?" She let the question hang there - your name? - without actually asking it. It probably would've been better just to ask outright, but with so many others there who seemed like they did know him, it left her with a vaguely uncomfortable feeling.

"It certainly is" She agreed with a soft sigh Faleen blinked a couple of times at his casual response, and positivity. He was certainly right, it would be nice to someday get their hands on more of that new tech. It was probably more complicated then he realized. but the reinforcement was both nice, and unexpected. "Perhaps,"
"Ah, I feel its never a good idea to assume with formalities" She replied, with a soft, apologetic smile. She worked for Seth after all, She was always carefully proper with ranks around him, not that it bothered her. He was her superior, as was Lore.
It was not very often that Faleen had one of her pokemon out of their pokeball, a fact that she was always reminded of when she realized just how many people had one of their team draped over their shoulder, or following close to their heel whenever she was around large groups of rockets. She observed quietly as they two fluffy pokemon belonging to Lore returned with a Rocket following after to reclaim his bag of candies. Faleen couldn't help a small, amused grin at the exchange.
"Claire, Hello." Faleen greeted, shifting in her seat to better face the Agent.
