Messy would be putting it nicely but it seemed the man had been intent upon getting away. With the man on the ground he stood looking down at him while listening to the General. He felt...lesser but it was inexperience showing and the newness of his place in the Negaverse. He was still working on things, most take downs weren't in cramped in areas and most were easier than this one.

Everything the General said was true, no doubt. It did take a lot of concentration on his part and it did leave him open to attacks from senshi or police. It was one thing which had him sneak attacking people, to try and lessen the fights victims put up in order to avoid being seen or heard.

He didn't mention how close he could have grabbed a super senshi's starseed, he didn't think his lack of doing that would go over well. But he hadn't known about that at the time. Instead he'd been magically attacked, he still was seeking revenge for that attack on his person.

This was what he knew was going to happen, the end of this meeting. He was going to kill someone and he had no choice in becoming a killer. Trying to hide his nerves, how much this bothered him, he pressed his hand to the mans chest. Did he have to focus to get his hand through? It seemed like a little thought went a long way as he watched his hand go past the barrier of skin and clothe. That was....odd. It took his thoughts off of what he was doing, just watching as his hand did what science said was impossible.

The General knelt there, beside the body, and then pressed a hand on the thief's shoulders, already predicting what was to come. The moment the boil started to pull on a starseed, the body would no doubt trash about even when unconscious, and he was going to keep it steady at least until they were clear.

As the lieutenant searched, his fingers would graze a warm power. A pulsing heat that was solid, tangible, and hard, floating in the center of the abyss. There a starseed would be, flowing with energy. "Once you feel the starseed, grab it, and then pull it out." Wolframite instructed, watching the other officer as he moved his arm inside the chest cavity of the unconscious man.

The thrashing wasn't something he'd have thought about, had he known he'd have done what the General was now doing for him. Though perhaps he should figure a body would, didn't a body even unconscious react when struck by something? Even if it was in some lesser way, as opposed to if the person were conscious. Perhaps he wasn't thinking, as he normally would be, due to the enormity of what he was doing and the feelings filling him as his hand searched.

Fingers moved and finally hit something and wrapped around it tightly. He couldn't drag this out, he just...couldn't. He normally would have been gentle but nt now not with what he was doing, he wanted to remove himself from this action. With his hold secured he yanked it out and held it, staring at it in wonder and concealed; to the best of his ability, horror.

"This..." This was it? This was what could kill a person but what also gave them all life. It burned in his hand, not physically, but he wanted to offer it to the other without seeming like he was in a hurry to get it out of his own possession. He couldn't seem as weak as he felt right now.

The moment the starseed was grabbed, the unconscious man gasped and ached up. This was the same feeling ever Negaverser had felt just as their own starseed had been grabbed, right before it was flooded with the energy that made them an soldier of Earth. Yet, instead of this man turning into anything more than he was now, the starseed was ripped and the body jerked and trashed as something vital, essential to it's very being was taken from it. The back of the man's head smacked against the asphalt as arms and legs jerked and twitched and breathing went erratic. Then, it it's last spurts of energy, it went still. The man was still breathing. No. Sometimes one didn't die from having a starseed remove, but this state was no better. The man was nothing more than a husk now.

Wolframite released him, knowing someone would find the man collasped in the parking lot. No doubt they would see the clothes line and think the man was struck down with a act of karma. Divine justice. No one would know the truth aside the three of them, and one of them wasn't going to ever be talking again.

The starseed in the lieutenant's hands was warm, humming with energy and was rock hard and crystalline. "That is a starseed. This is what has fueled the Negaverse when were a smaller army and in dire times, what we still use. These have been used to keep our youma formed before we had access to The Rift. This is also a vital energy source for you. In times of need, when you in battle or corners and without energy, you can consume one of these and get the boost you need. Do not eat more than one." He stressed this last part as it had been stressed to him.

"A senshi's starseed if like this, taken the same way, but the energy doesn't even compare. It's far more valuable than that." He pointed at the starseed that was taken as if it was chump change compared to what a starseed was in comparison. "Get used to taking these. When fighting a senshi, if you can ever reach into their chest. Take that change and have no hesitation in ripping out that seed from them. That is a trophy and will lessen their numbers in one yank. Remember that. You can win a fight this way." He nudged the body once more. "We should go before he's discovered." He looked over at the boy. "If you ever tear out a starseed and they die, dispose of the body someplace no one will suspect or won't find it peculiar. The river. The woods. Bury it. Hide it. Sink it. Just don't let it be found. We don't need the police on our case ever more than they are now so make sure to clean up after yourself. This one is still alive so leave him. They'll think he had a stroke or some freak coma. They can't trace his condition to us or...if you want to show some mercy." He looked at the other officer, wondering if he would kill this man entirely.

Staring he watched, in horror that be only just kept in check. For a moment he wanted to return it, to stop the thrashing. But he doubted that would help or stop it. No, he was sure that messing around inside the man, even if it gave him his life back, it would just make him thrash even more. Instead he held the object tightly as he watched as his mind seemed to just...freeze. This was death, there was no denying. This was unlike anything tv or seeing a person at a wake showed you. Was this why people avoided death at every cost? Sticking old family members in homes and the sick into hospitals? To avoid seeing someone die and seeing them actually dead? It made sense, perfect sense really.

"He's alive...but isn't this vital to living??" He didn't dare reach down, he just assumed the General to be telling him the truth. Why tell him to hide a body but not this one if he were lying to him, it made no sense. But best to ask. He didn't know how someone could live past what he'd just done though, wasn't it vital to living? At least that was the assumption he made.

Nodding as the General's words sank in. "I know...Fluorite told me I can consume energy, but not too much. She didn't say why, just not to." He wasn't sure he wanted to know why, and yet some morbidly fascinated and dangerously curious part of his mind wanted to know.

Catching the drift being sent his way he stared at the other, his own slate eyes seeking the General's green eye. "But...how?" He'd never thought of killing someone, smacking someone yes, but killing...never. It was a thought which had never entered his mind and thus the cluelessness on how he could do it.

The general stood up, looking at the other officer. "The fact you have to ask is proof enough that you have a lot to learn. You are going to have to kill in this war. No senshi is going to hand themselves over willingly, and in the end, when it's your life on the line, when there is a senshi able to do whatever it takes to kill you in every dirty way possible, you must know how to destroy them first. It's best you learn vital points with people you take energy from and perfect your attacks while you can before you face a situation where you won't have time to learn. No one is going to be giving you a handicap or timeout because you don't know how to fight." These were the hard facts. Even if the officer didn't want to kill civilians, he was expected to kill senshi. There had to be that clear fact and expectation set before him. He would kill. There was no way around that.

"You could snap his neck. Cover his mouth till he suffocates. He won't be trashing too much. That man there is nothing but a vegetable now. It can breath and last as long as someone finds it and hooks it up to machines, but it's life is gone. That in your hands..." He pointed to the starseed. "..is what matters. If you eat too many of those, you turn into a youma and I doubt it would be the smart kind either."

Nodding, what else could he do. He knew he was lacking and he was having it pointed out. Speaking was just as good as nodding, it conveyed the same message - he agreed or understood. No matter how much he understood or agreed though it was still a hurtle which was not easy to jump over nor was it one he sincerely wanted to. The idea senshi were human, though he was quick to remind himself that their soul was not from Earth, still troubled him but in the end the General was right. They did fight dirty and it would eventually come down to his life or that of a senshi's. He'd have to be ready. But this...this was a civilian.

For a moment he wanted to be insulted by the General's last comment but how smart were youma and how many were smart out of the many that existed? "I simply don't know how to kill someone with my hands. That's all." It was the truth. "I wouldn't know the force needed." No, but if you gave him certain plants he could easily kill a person, the problem was being caught by a screening of toxins in the blood.

Suffocation it would be, he didn't know the force needed to break a neck. One hand placed tight over the mouth while the other pinched the nose just as tightly.

Suffocating wasn't quick or easy, and Wolframite watched as the body jerked up, arching and started to jerk about as it tried to breathe with just the basic knowledge that something was wrong. There was nothing left for the mind to tell itself to wake up, rise up to pry the arms about it, and it instead gasped and tried to suck air between the officer's fingers as it gasped. Then, after all the flailing and desperate jerky of what amounted to looking like a human doing it's imitation of a fish out of water, the man went still. Wolframite watched. "Keep holding it. He just blacked out. Wait." As he instructed, they waited a bit longer, in silence, before the general gestured that the other could release.

"Well, at least now I know you can kill if necessary, and that you are now trained to take a starseed. That means I should expect to see such manuvers placed on the battlefield when the opportunity comes around." Wolframite grabbed the man, jerking his arms up to a slouched, sitting position. "Typically, I'd let you dispose of this body, but I'll take care of it tonight. Make sure the place doesn't have any lingering evidence. If you ever have to leave a body, take the money and cards from the wallet to stage it as a mugging, though you won't need to harvest starseeds unless absolutely necessary or instructed to." He heaved the man up, but paused to look at the officer.

"But for a senshi, I shouldn't have to say that you should take their starseed whenever possible. It eliminates them once and for all. To take one of their starseeds is a trophy and a accomplishment that will gain you high marks, not to mention being of great use Earth's protection."

"It's getting late. If you need further instruction, don't hesitate to come and ask. I don't mind. Till then, you have done good. Good night." With that, Wolframite vanished, taking the body with him and leaving nothing more than a clothes hanger the car burglar had used behind.

It wasn't fast or easy but he didn't know what force to apply to break a neck and if he could do it. So he went for the more lengthy of the two options. Waiting, as told, his gaze turned to the General. Questions on the tip of his tongue but his attention focused on the dark haired General. Listening to the other speak he nodded his head as his hands came away from the body, finally. The man was dead, without a doubt. He had just become a murderer, something which for a single instant sent a shock racing through his system from toes to brain. He had become what he prided himself on not being. But that that - that shock - was followed up by the fast realization if someone like him could kill, and had, that any of the senshi could kill and would.

As more questions formed, loathe was he was for there formation, he finally nodded and watched the General move the body and gave a final Thank you before the other was gone. He'd have to ask Painite, when he was finally ready to, he had things he needed to know but - but not yet. He couldn't yet ask, he wasn't ready for those answers and to face the full truth. The blond knew he'd be speaking to this General again, not for sometime, but he would ask him for further training.

"Now to get to energy collecting." And the starseed...oh god it was still in his hand. It wasn't a trophy for him, a warm curse and reminder. But it was warm, in an inviting sort of way. Standing he stuffed it into his pocket and headed off into the darkness. He had energy to gather tonight.
