Mercy laughed slightly "I wouldn't think you did" She assured the other girl sincerely "But I suspect your right and there will be better chances with the wingriders anyways." Not that Mercy was going to spend all her time flirting of course, she really wasn't much of a flirt to begin with and since impressing Aerith she'd found those impulses even further suppressed...perhaps it was an effect of impressing to a dragon who wasn't interested in such things, or maybe she'd just been to busy taking care of her. Either way Mercy wasn't holding her breath about love coming her way anytime soon.
"Well there's always the hope that he'll come back I suppose or that they will find him - I"m sure that Benden has people scouring the area for him and he couldn't have gone all that far not without catching a ride on dragon back and surely that would have been mentioned already if he had."

The blue, for his part, looked skeptical. I don't know, Flights take a lot of energy, and it's not like you need me to fly a green to be with someone...
Spoilsport. The girl stuck her tongue out at him, then resumed conversation with a disappointed shake of her head. "I really wish we knew more. Mysteries are fun, but...not so much when it's about really important stuff.
