Touchy touchy! And a mouth to boot, Roxy wasn't sure if she liked this Sailor Iris or not or if it was going to be fun just to mess with her. Well, probably more of the latter for now and she pulled on a coy little smile as she continued to linger close to the other blonde - and took in a few details about her hair style, she was so going to have to try that at some point.
"Well, I'm sorry you can't seem to take a compliment, Iris," she put a little emphasis on the last part of her name in a condescending manner, waving her hand dismissively as she dared to make circle around the eternal senshi. It at least let her hand a chance to spare a glance at Flannery to check her progress.
She did totally notice how a burrito wasn't handed to her like it was to the others, and while she completed her half circle, she simply plucked one from the box besides Sailor Iris and read the label.
"I have a spicy beef and bean if you want it," she held it out to both Green and then Blue, whoever took the offer first. She didn't mind the flavor herself, but the others were putting up a fuss about their own.

Obviously the Green-haired boy didn't understand the concept of "The outfit comes with the job." It wasn't too hard to guess she didn't choose to wear that uniform. Sailor Iris didn't need to look happy while wearing her fuku.
Then he had the nerve to try to pull some bullsh*t on her. Which she didn't hesitate to call him out on. "Yer fulla sh*t... and I ain't changin' yer burrito. Ya get what ya get, and if ya have a legitimate problem, trade with someone else!" The senshi pointed a finger to the next person to call out about a chicken allergy, who happened to be the nerdy guy with the Blue hair. "Same fer ya!" If looks could kill, there would be two dead boys, and potentially more dead people to come.
Though a few people (Bela, Cathleen, Roxy) seemed to attempt to assist with the whole burrito trade ordeal, Iris was already pretty pissed. Their comments were practically ignored at this point as she fought off the urge to punch something, or rather, someone. Either of the dudes would have done, but in her current form, it would cause way more damage than she probably should have caused with these space stowaways. Unfortunately, the Yellow-haired girl would receive the brunt end of her frustrations. The moment she had gone into the box, the senshi swept in low with her hand and jerked her hand up in an effort to knock the girl's hand away.
"Get yer hands outta there!" she snapped.

Flannery had successfully crossed the room, step by laborious step. Despite her terrible skills at sneaking around, and despite her friends' terrible distraction abilities, Flannery had done it. And she was proud of it, because she knew it was proof that she was amazing and made amazing plans. When Flannery reached the doorway, she just shoved the box into the next room. No reason to do more right now, right? She schooled her features into the very picture of innocence before turning and strolling back into the room she'd left, whistling a jaunty tune from her favorite show ever. At least she wasn't skipping. Flannery wasn't satisfied with her amazing skills yet. She was going to ask for a burrito, too. While whistling a song about burglary, naturally.

"Hey! How about you take mine and she takes his and then me and Blue can switch? Or I'll trade with her and then trade with Blue who then trades with you and then you and trade with her and she can trade with Yellow!" Steven suggested to Bela, pointing to everyone in the room and getting himself confused enough he pointed to the wrong people for the last two trades.
But success! Flannery had pilfered the burritos and returned, casual as ever. "Hello, Red!" He greeted, way, way too happy and high strung to be any kind of casual himself. "I have not seen you all day. What are you up to?" He asked, almost stilted and definitely full of ham.
Hey, he never claimed to be a good actor.

Sailor Iris' outburst made Wallace actually cower, and he was close to putting his hands over his head like he had when the whale was attacking. In the end, he realized that it hadn't done him much good then, and was unlikely to help him now. If the senshi really wanted to, she could probably kill all of them with a pencil. Wallace's ideas of senshi abilities were skewed by news reports and his extremely limited experience with a very, very strange world, so this made perfect sense to him, and was an excellent reason to hide behind Green.
Before he could feel too bad about being afraid of a girl in a crazy costume, Flannery finished with the box. He let out a very loud sigh of relief as she- wait, where was she going? Was she actually joining the line? Was an entire box of burritos not enough? Was she really going to risk getting caught, just to have one more inedible object?
Apparently, she was, and it wasn't. Wallace actually facepalmed. One of these days his forehead was going to have a groove in it. He looked from Flannery to Green and, because he felt it was the only thing he could do, tried to go on with the show. "Here, take mine," he muttered, handing his burrito to Green. While he'd been able to follow the train of thought, he was in no mood to try and swap one thing he wasn't going to eat for something else he wasn't going to eat. He had bigger problems, as usual.
"Red, have you finished sweeping the stairs? Maybe you should, um, put your broom away before getting lunch." She wasn't holding a broom. "Or someone will trip on it going up the stairs." How did he know it was out there? "I know you have the tendency to leave these things lying around." The validity of this statement was dubious, but by this point, Wallace was just hoping that she would go and hide the box before someone really did trip over it, and manage to put two and two together to get four people with color nicknames who had no business stealing burritos.

Flannery's bizarre decision to join the merry band of burrito enthusiasts went unnoticed as Roxy felt herself assaulted by a fellow blonde. The burrito she had tried to trade off for the aid of her chicken allergied friends fell back to the box with her hand instantly out as well and cradled to her chest. It didn't really hurt all too badly, though being hit by a super powered person was a lot more painful than anyone on ordinary human being.
"Ow!" Roxy cried out, a pout spreading upon her lips. "For someone claiming to help you, you're really rude."

Some girl with a Red cord in her hair began to approach, but said approach seemed to go ignored until that Green haired boy called to her. "...wait... Red? Like... colors?" Actually, he was calling all of these people various colors. Even the girl who she had just smacked slightly had a color-coordinated name (apparently Yellow).
There were some things that just weren't adding up for the senshi, especially when the cowardly Blue began to speak. He was speaking in a manner which made her question what he was saying. To Yellow, she somewhat said from the side of her mouth "I never claimed t'be polite... jus' cause I ain't lil' Miss Manners don't mean I ain't 'ere t'help..."
Unfortunately for Blue, the senshi was now in his face. It probably didn't help when the next words to come from her mouth were quite confrontational.
"...Yer lyin'..."

Cathleen sighed. And watch the scene before her unfold.
Must they make Sailor Iris mad? She looked down at her burrito. "I think I will keep what I have instead of trading it." She didn't want no problems.
At least she wasn't the one whose face Sailor Iris got all up at. She thought about going over to them and try to calm them down and defuse any fight that may occur before it happen but to tell the truth she was a little scared of the senshi and stayed where she was.

Bela watched the senshi as she started to get suspicious, "Ya'know he could just be nervous because you're pretty well intimidating." She shrugged as she sat on the table looking at the burrito she had, shrugging, "You'd be scared of a bull in a china shop too if you were the china."
When all this trading business was done, she unwrapped the frozen burrito and pondered at it before taking a bite. Eh they were fully cooked, she couldn't say she hadn't done this one or twice when she was in a hurry.
"Could use some hot sauce, I wonder if they have any in the kitchen..." She seemed to ponder looking over at Cathleen curiously, "So how're you fairing in this space-weather?" She figured she might as well make conversation.

... crap.
Wallace hated to lie. He hated to lie, and because of that, he was a terrible liar. It was not, he reassured himself, the other way around. For someone who prided himself on being truthful, being a terrible liar was an excellent quality. Admirable. The mark of a leader. After all, hadn't George Washington been unable to lie when it came to the cherry tree? So all in all, Wallace was quite satisfied with his deficiency in that area.
Except when it was going to get them all killed.
How had the senshi known? Green was telling some pretty outlandish lies too (who the heck was allergic to chicken?) yet she barely spared him a passing glance. Was he just that bad, or... or was it something even more terrifying? Could terrorists read minds? Was she somehow inside his head at that very moment?
Wallace put his hands to his head, as if that would keep people out of his brain, and looked for a reply. He stuttered. He stammered. He made a decision, opened his mouth to deliver what could be his own death warrant-
And was promptly saved by Bela, who was far calmer about the situation than he could ever be. Immediately, he let go of his plan and grabbed onto hers. "Th-that's right! Costume notwithstanding..." Wait, hadn't she yelled at Roxy for commenting on the costume? Maybe he should switch gears. "You know, for someone who's supposedly a good guy, you're not the easiest person to converse with. And m-maybe that's for a reason, and I'm not criticizing you for it, so p-please be courteous enough to return the favor."
He looked up again- this girl was taller than he was, though maybe it was just the boots- and gulped. "Ma'am."

rolled in main thread because I forgot and got a 3 - Beef and BeanFlannery, on the other hand, knew that the story about Washington and the cherry tree was complete bullshit. Not because she knew the history or that Weems hadn't known Washington or anything like that, of course. Not at all! Flannery just knew leadership, and she knew that no leader worth his or her salt never lied. That would be ridiculous, since lying was such a useful tool. Not that Flannery made a habit of lying, of course. A tool too often used grows dull. Or something like that. Accuracy is less important than doing, and her crew needed her. She pitched her voice to authoritatively cut through the noise and distract the senshi from her anger at poor Wallace. Hopefully. "Excuse me, Senshi Over There, but I would like a burrito," Flannery said flashing a grin she assumed was charismatically dashing, as dashing charisma was a very important pirate skill, and she was the Pirate King. She'd find a boat later. "And then you can stop threatening my crew."

Steven had sort of zoned out. Or at least it felt like it. He'd already gone through the cycle of expecting Sailor Iris to yell at him and then get over it, starting with his announcement of a mysterious chicken allergy. But suddenly she was pissed, and focused on Blue, the poor guy.
Flannery had an ever so charming way of dealing with it, but Steven in all his Steve-like fashion could only get in line like a duck and say something in Blue's defense now that she had.
"Yeah, leave him alone," He huffed, stepping forward just a little with his hands on his hips and his eyes narrowed. He figured it would be redundant to point out the senshi's attitude problem, and maybe if he had a little more sense he would've logically taken a step back, thought, hey, attitude or not, she did bring them burritos, and was obviously helping them out. Continuing to be a pain in her a** would probably be rude.
But she had turned that attitude on Blue, and the stammering boy's reaction to it had only sent Steven into irrational-attack-mode. "Why don't you pick on someone yer own size, and with more creative lies?" He said, puffing up his chest before realizing that while he was on the tall end of average, Sailor Iris still had some inches on him, and being a magical supergirl type person probably gave her super strength or something equally useful in cracking open his skull.
He started to cop out. "I mean, you know, I'm sure there's someone around here like that. Certainly not me. Besides, if you get too close to me my other allergy, the PMS-ing b***h one, might make me break out into hives." As soon as the words were out, he made a confused face at the air above him, realizing that he seemed to have forgotten his original intention when he started speaking.
The only thing left to do, he decided, was make a running exit out of the kitchen and hope to god senshi didn't also have super speed.

"Well, with a mouth like that..." Roxy muttered under her breathe as Iris went on more of a verbal tirade against the others. No wonder she wasn't very pleasant, she could barely speak the English language without slurring and destroying it with the way she talked.
As Iris moved on her insults, the blonde rather wished she could take back her compliments and her sweet talk. But ... in a way, she couldn't even if she wished she hadn't passed kind words to someone so rude, she still really liked the outfit. But it was obvious buttering up to this kind of person wasn't getting them anywhere. Wallace was turning into a stuttering mess, thank goodness for the others who managed to jump on his defense because Roxy obviously didn't have her way with words against this sort of person, she was making it worse whenever she talked. And she did not like that one bit.
Because Roxy liked to butter people up, and most people fed off compliments - as she did - and there was always something to spark some sort of conversation or get someone on their good side. This Iris person seemed to lack that, and it annoyed the blonde. So, she was going to take a cue from Steven.
Just, not in a quick manner like he had. She watched him bolt for the door and leave so, she too turned - but not without snaking out a burrito out of the box, "well, it's been pleasant meeting you," she drawled out, "and as much fun as this has been, I think I'm going to go." Roxy gave a glance to the others, "you guys coming with?"

Cathleen was right to keep to herself and not cause any trouble for Sailor Iris. It was perhaps the smartest thing anybody there had done thus far.
The Blue-haired coward seemed to be further proving his guilt by how he seemed to waffle when confronted. Then one of the other girls (Bela) had to interject. The senshi wasn't the most clever with words, so she didn't really have a comeback for that girl, but when the one she had been all up in the face of began to stammer out an agreement, she seemed to get her face even closer to the boy.
"Not every good guy comes in th'same standard packagin'... and I know when someone is lyin'... that wasn't intimidation scaredy sh*ttin' I saw."
Of course, she really couldn't 100% say she knew he was lying, but she had a hunch it wasn't because he was scared initially. Now the Blue-haired guy had something to be afraid of.
The Red-eyed girl barely got a glimpse as she requested a burrito, until she mentioned the word "crew." Seeming to puff up almost like a peacock, she turned to the brunette, golden eyes narrowing at her terminology. "'Crew'... like posse? Ya guys are a gang or somethin'? That is the saddest excuse of a gang I've ever seen!" In all honesty, they just looked like a bunch of nerds to her.
When the Green-haired boy spoke up, a brow quirked at his choice in wording. He wanted her to pick on someone her own size then called her a PMSing b*tch?
Yeah, he was a dead man.
Sailor Iris, unfortunately, was quite a deal faster than a regular person when wearing this fuku, so as the boy attempted to make an exit, he soon enough found the blonde senshi literally standing in his way. "...ya were sayin' somethin'? Say it again to my face... t'make sure I really hear ya!" She leaned in in a fashion which she had been doing with the Blue-haired boy earlier. It was a lot more intimidating when it was actually in your own face.
The Yellow-haired girl went unnoticed since she hadn't gone out of her way to attract attention to herself by insulting the burrito supplier.
At least someone escaped.

"A gang?" Flannery asked, her eyes narrowing as she reached for a burrito, since the senshi had foolishly decided anger took priority over food. "Of course not." If she was going to have to fight with a senshi over this, she was going to get something to eat, too.
Flannery unwrapped the burrito she'd snagged and took a huge bite, chewing it noisily and with her mouth slightly open. It was slightly spicy, which she liked, but she couldn't really tell what flavor she'd gotten besides that. Not that Flannery cared, of course. She would've looked at the wrapper, then. She kept her gaze on the senshi as she chewed in a silent challenge. Was challenging a girl with magic powers stupid? Of course, but who cared? Not Flannery.
"We're not a gang," Flannery said, talking around the food in her mouth. She grinned at the scene she'd made, or at least she would've grinned if her mouth hadn't been full. "We're pirates, of course."
If Sailor Iris was going to argue, Flannery was going to show off.
In space.
