Evie kind of rolled her eyes and glanced to the side. She didn't want rules from these people after being Shanghaied (and only partially willingly!) But any good organization needed them, and it seemed only logical they they would exist.

And besides, the subject of youma and Negaversers made it sound much more dire that she cooperate.

"All right, let's hear 'em."

With the go ahead, the cat nodded her head one time, causing her collar to jingle, accenting the movement.

"Rule number one is no patrolling by yourself. There's dangerous stuff in the city, so it's better to go in pairs at the minimum. Rule number two is... if there's any danger nearby and you happen to be alone, you need to call in for back up before engaging the threat. And Rule number three..."

There was a pause on ********* part as she tried to think of which way to phrase the last rule, since if said the wrong way, it just sounded grim.

"...is that youma are the only things that we 'put down.'" The chibi senshi tended to take the rule at face value when she mentioned it, but the older ones were easily able to reinterpret the rule into the opposite manner.

'We don't kill Negaverse agents'

Evie nodded as the cat sounded off. They all sounded like pretty easy rules, and ones with an obvious logical basis. Monsters ate people, after all, and when you were supposed to be the hero facing them down, well, not only did it sound deadly and grisly, she couldn't imagine that was a very dignified way to go out.

But rule number three needed a minute to settle in her brain. The pause seemed weird and unnecessary. "Well, yeah, only kill monst-- oh. Oh. Ew, dude," She kind of recoiled at the thought. Monsters killing people, awful, but fine. Other people controlling monsters, evil but whatever. But for some reason two people facing down and killing each other was a little too real for her.

She heaved a huge sigh and gave the cat a double thumbs up. "Anyway, it all sounds... doable. I should get back to work, though."

With the girl giving the okay and then confessing she needed to head back to work, the little animal squirmed slightly until she fell from Evie's arms and landed quite solidly on her paws against the concrete.

"I suppose I should let you get back to work... and I'll get back to work too! Though..."

She paused slightly to giggle a bit as she padded a few steps away.

"...I can't guarantee I won't come visiting again!" There was food and she had a connect. ********* planned to take full advantage of this new discovery.
