“Not unless your uniform turns out to be a wet suit.” He replied with a dry humor. After all there was always a chance that might one day happen. Lord knew what they would do if one of their Lieutenants ended up a specialist in aquatic warfare and wore a frog-suit.
“Shall we take that as a Yes?” He said tilting his head slightly and popped his knuckles slightly. Odd gloves he wore that covered only his thumb, leaving the rest of his fingers free. He took a step forward, not quite waiting for a solid yes. “Trust me, Justice League has nothing on us.”

"Only after you saved me. I certainly wouldn't have put myself in danger on purpose." She confirmed, hopping up on her back paws again. She was trying to get him to pick her up, whether he'd read that or not from her body language. He was about to be in pain.. and if she could be there, perhaps perched on a shoulder or held just below where Zinkenite's hand would soon find itself... well maybe it would be a little comfort for the self proclaimed cat lover.
"But you left quite an impression. After that we both wanted you. Perhaps for different reasons" He would note a soft change in her tone, something resembling the more flirty tones of their phonecall. Teasing, teasing.
"We shouldn't linger much longer... and this is going to hurt."
"I can't wait to see what you have to offer." A final purr before her eyes shifted from Falco to the General expectantly.

Hurt wasn't a promising word, but hurt in his life had also been a prelude to healing. Crashing hurt. Surgery hurt. Retraining his muscles hurt... though often enough that was because he pushed too hard...
He didn't enjoy pain. Most people didn't, but he was damn well determined he could deal with pain, especially if it gave him the kind of power they'd hinted at.
To bring down the people that deserved it... all of them.
"I'll just have to show you then." He promised Dahlia, hoping he was not, in fact, blushing because he was being flirted with by a talking cat, jaw set as he tried to steel himself, since he didn't know exactly what was to come.

An odd look flickered over Zinkenite’s face watching the way the Cat and the man interacted. He boxed it up with the rest of his emotions and called it a favor. Love… dangerous emotion, lust, just as bad. He moved forward, swiftly and struck like a cobra. His hand should have, in a logical world stopped at the man’s chest, but instead it pushed onward, it pushed inward and clasped that ‘something’ deep inside. A flicker of something between disgust and discomfort flashed in his eyes through no fault of his Teacher. He simply disliked the unfamiliar intimacy.
“Brace yourself…sir.” He quipped and then pushed chaos into that flickering pulse of life, the essence of Falco Marks. When he pulled back, tired and shaking it was no longer ‘just’ his teacher who stood before him. Now the tables had turned, he would be one of many teachers, and before him a new Lieutenant, eager to prove his worth, and shoulder his way into the tight woven family of the Dark Kingdom.

Under slightly more normal circumstances, he probably would have given the boy an earful for the unhelpful look of distaste, since by the sound of it, they where the ones who'd decided to recruit him, but he didn't have much time to dwell on an appropriately blistering remark... Because it DID hurt. Like a dental drill without Novocain, only it was being drilled into some part of him you couldn't quite identify. The soul maybe, for lack of a better word for it. Like someone had drilled into your soul, and was pumping ice water into the hole, if ice water came in a 'flavor' to which darker thoughts and emotions vibrated and thrilled, humming in tune with the drawn out note of agony from everything inside that was 'other'. It was probably surprise to no one, save maybe the boys still trying to claw their way to an escape, that the transformed Lieutenant wore an uniform largely based on a racing uniform, built for speed and protection.

It was over as quickly as it had began. Perhaps because Zinkenite had done it so many times, or maybe it was because Falco hadn't fought it, accepting that chaotic energy being flooded into his chest.
When he changed.. transformed into a new outfit, with a brand new aura of chaotic power, Dahlia could only watch in happy approval. The General would be happy, she knew, after his worries about awakening another senshi were now squashed. And she... her chest was brimming with pride and a feeling of productivity.
Certainly it wasn't all her.. but here she was.. it hadn't been that long since she'd joined the negaverse and already she'd helped in a successful endevour.
"Congratulations Lt."
"Want to try that fun, hand through the chest trick?" She laughed, padding closer to stare at the two boys. She had no clue whether Zinkenite wanted to teach him about energy draining.. but SHE wanted to teach him something else. Dahlia was hellbent on watching the life flee from their eyes. Her tail lashed feveriously.

He was the second Zinkenite had ever brought over, he’d trained a good number of people but bringing them to Lieutenant stage was something else entirely. He was tired; it was hard work in the oddest kind of way. Both times he preformed the act he knew without a doubt why they needed the General Kings and Queens to promote any higher.
“Don’t make too much of a mess…” He said almost scolding. “Leaving them here isn’t a good option.”

"How the hell would that do any different to them than it did..." Falco... no Realgar, protested, glaring at the two as one of them struggled for a hand hold on the edge. He was clearly tempted to grind his boot heel on their fingers, that much was obvious by the slight movement of that heavy boot in their direction.
The difference wasn't obvious to him, not innate, though he clearly hardly wished them well.
He walked carefully over to the edge of the pit, staring down at the two who were clearly starting to understand, in spite of the haze of alcohol, that something was deeply, deeply wrong and dangerous here.
"Let's hear the crash course here."

"It's different because you're not forcing energy into them. I don't think you even HAVE the power to do that yet." She snipped, seemingly growing impatient. Her tail a furious wave of energy, ears slid back aggressively.
It wasn't that he was doing anything wrong, it was simply that he couldn't possibly satisfy her as quickly as she wanted. To have it so close and yet still so far.
She was just a cat.. her paws couldn't pass through flesh.. she couldn't handle starseeds. But it didn't mean she didn't know about them. About the logistics of the more antiquated negaverse strategy.
"Just stick your hand in there, you'll know it when you feel it. And when you have a grip on it just rip it right out." She was pacing now, waiting.

“It’s an older method of doing things, now we normally collect energy, if you pull out what you find there, their star seed. They will never tie another firecracker to a cat’s tail again, at best; they will linger in a coma for a number of days before shuffling off this mortal coil. Do you understand what I’m saying?
It was a two edged sword, not only had he revealed how easily the Lieutenant might have died just now, but he showed how easy it could be to take life as well. “If you do take them, they’ll be converted to serve the dark kingdom, fueling our fight against the Senshi. Stealing Energy has proved a way to make such efforts a renewable source with none of the unpleasant…intimacy of reaching into a stranger’s chest. You will be given a quota to fill for retrieving energy, as a lieutenant you’ll have to touch them to do it. For now though make your choice.”

Either it really was Zac under that mask or someone damn like him, since he didn't know many kids that age who would use expressions like 'Shuffle off this mortal coil', which made it sound like life was a balancing act on the folds of a slinky. Weird stuff, Shakespeare.
"Fantastic." He noted, curtly, reaching down to grab the closest boy by the arm and heft him up to arms reach.
Energy gathering: probably all very nice, but if this really were an true 'new identity', he wasn't going to let it be compromised by two low life's, the kind who coasted along getting slaps on the wrist between servings from silver spoons.
"Let's hear it for tradition, huh?" He commented, with a wry twist of his mouth, before he shoved his hand forward into the boys chest. It was obvious from his expression that for at least a moment, he hadn't been entirely sure it would work, but when it did, he didn't hesitate, yanking the star-seed out the way you might coldly pull an apple off a tree, shifting to plant the other boys hand under his heel to keep him from throwing himself back into the mire of oil and packing supplies for safety. Renewable wasn't his concern at the moment.

He wasn't squeamish, nor hesitant. That same strength and aggression she'd seen on that fateful day was mirrored again in the man in his new form. She was proud, her chest puffed out and head high as she watched it all unfold.
Her eyes locked on the glittering starseed in his hand, noticing the soft energy it gave off. It was strange that something so beautiful could come out of such a horrible little monster. And while she wanted nothing more then to watch Realgar smash it beneath her boot, she held her tongue, knowing quite well the trouble she'd get into if it was found out she'd wasted something that the queen wanted. She would just have to settle with the fact that the two boys were done with.
"See I told you. Like taking candy from a baby" She mused lightly.

Zink watched, it was what he did, if he thought anything of the relative ease that Falco had for these acts for a fresh lieutenant he said nothing. He was, after all, older. People grew more callous on their own with age sometimes. “You’ll want to find a place to dispose of what remains.” He said glancing at the sagging form from which the seed had been removed. The stillness, there was nothing quite like it. Reducing a human form to just that, some shape of proverbial clay.
“How about we use the next one to test energy draw –first-, and then you may finish him off.” He offered glancing at the hand crushed beneath boot heels.
“Place your hand on him…and concentrate. It will not feel the same as that…but it’s a vital contribution.” He waved his hand at the glittering crystal in Realgar’s hand. Warm and feathery to the touch.

Realgar frowned, patience was not one of his virtues, especially when he'd been told there was a time constraint, but complied with Zink's orders, dropping down to put his hand on the struggling, panicked boy, who's protestations (slurred) were falling on deaf ears, turning over the StarSeed in his other hand absently, like a meditation ball without a partner. It felt... strange. Interesting but strange.
"There's a road just outside the city that gets used for racing a fair bit. Some nasty curves on it..." He offered out, as far as disposing of the bodies. It would take a bit of work since he didn't plan on walking back to his bike, but it seemed a reasonable drop point.

She watched simply as he practiced his skills in energy gathering. She'd learned of it from Fukalite, seen it with her own eyes through Benitoite. It was a fine manner of energy harvest. One that required more patience but in the end did not deplete the 'harvestable herd'. She watched for the telltale ball of energy to form.
Realgar's suggestion drew a wry soft laugh to the cat. "Going to drive them and their car off a cliff?" It was something she knew she'd seen before... perhaps in a movie when she was but a kitten. It seemed dramatic.. a bit over the top. And yet.. she couldn't help to think of how nice it would be to see them and their property shattered and burned in the end.
