Yaroki - Okay, I am going to say denied based on certain skills.
First up is your Second shikai ability. Creating a maze is not something you use as just a skill, but something you make a whole skill set out of. I can't let it through, not as a shikai ability that really does not fit with the rest of your profile anyway.
The next thing on the list is your third shikai ability. Out of no where you mention a tomb that summons weapons from no where. I know you mention a funeral in skill name, but still, where is the tomb coming from? Please go back and give a more detailed explanation as to where and how this is taking place.
Next up is your bankai skill set. You see, as a Lt Captain this just doesn't work. It is just too much honestly. Specifically, creating a whole forest in which you can control every individual petal at will. If this were a captains profile, I might with some minor editing be able to let this slide, but not as a LT.
Finally it's your final flame technique. I am not sure about it as far as bleach verse is concerned. It's not that it's OP, it's just that I don't know yet. Is it even possible to burn individual spirit particles, or even riatsu for that matter? Null them? Sure I have seen that, absorb? Yea Quincy, but burn them? dunno. I would like to see that changed until I can get a consensus on it.
Third last thing is just a minor tid bit, but you have no shikai release chant.
Everything else is fine, but those that I have mentioned above. Please go back and take your time to fix them. We are just opening up again, so there is still plenty of time to get things done.

BEFORE I make a profile, I'd like to ask whether or not it would be alright to make the First Division Captain?

The shikai skills are because there were a lot more parts but had to cut them cause lots of guilds only allow three shikai skills lol As for bankai I was planning to go for 2nd division captain but was beat to the punch so that was going to be unattended yet or not anywhere near mastered lol and them chant was just a yaro forgot cause she's a spaz lol Oh and is it possible to request a spot before the profile is done cause I am halfway done with my second rpc but its slow going cause of work this weekend but should have him done soon but don't want another miss like with yuki
