"I'm supposed to be heading out to dinner with the others tonight." He murmured, leaning in as Lysander gave his shirt a tug, letting his lips lightly brush against the other boy's temple. "It would be horrible if I was late, you know... Maybe I could come see you tonight, though? We can talk about... This. See if we can do something to stop you from frowning since I don't know if we're on the same page now or not..."
It would suck if Dem walked in right now; in one of those ways that would somehow make things infinitely more awkward than they already were.

"So i get to have dinner by myself?" That wasn't fair either and he was tempted to pout about that too. "Could just tell Demetri and Luc i'm here and see if i can come to dinner. Then you can come talk to me. Can pretend we're going to see fireworks or something."
He was sure he could come up with an excuse to get Rik away from the others. Demetri might not even care actually and Cordelia already thought he was gay

"Didn't say that. Just saying that I don't want to be late for dinner. I'm sure I can easily text them and see if they'd mind you coming along." He brought his hand up, fingers twining through a lock of Lysander's bangs before giving the strand a light tug. "You'll just have to buy Dem one of those flashing light-up balloons or something after dinner. Maybe we could hit up that sci-fi dine-in place or something. Can't remember if tonight was the night Cordelia and Lucien were heading out alone anyways..."

"She didn't mention dinner so i have no idea either." he shrugged slightly and titled his head toward the tug. "Should text them, find out."
He had seen the light up balloons the night before and he wasn't sure he didn't want one himself. They looked neat even though he wasn't usually one for things like that. "I could get everyone balloons ... and get Dem soem of those ears. They flash rainbow colors"
The blond would like those he was sure.

"Do me a favor and save the ears for later? I doubt he'd agree to turn them off at night and then I'd never get any sleep." He managed a smirk as he leaned in, brushing his lips lightly against Lysander's before nudging the other boy back so that he could slide away from him to grab his phone.
"Not that I've really been getting much sleep lately anyways. Too much excitement everywhere, even this far away from home. Different sort of excitement because it's new... And then it's back to school as usual once it's all over."

He shoved himself away from the door so he could look around the room. It was slightly different than the one he had since this one had two beds and different artwork on the walls.
"Seems like everyone needed to get away though. Too much going on at home and not enough fun before going back to school." Not that he minded going back. He enjoyed school most days.
"What did you do at Animal Kingdom? Or was that just an excuse to get Luc alone since he'd want pictures?"

"Dem definitely needed to get away." For reasons he wouldn't go into; some having to do with their other life and some having to do with needing a chance to be himself outside of that. "Cordelia needed to escape all of the reminders back home... And Luc cares about her. Me? You know I don't complain about getting a chance to get away from Hillworth." His smirk didn't quite reach his eyes, touched with a light trace of bitterness.
"Wasn't trying to get him alone. I just didn't think he'd be able to get the kind of shots he wanted if there were too many distractions around... And I'm used to keeping my mouth shut when he's got his camera out. We hit up the safari, Everest, the Rapids... A few other things here and there. Managed to talk him into sitting in on the Lion King show with me." He laughed, shaking his head slowly. "Got a bit of sun. You and Cordy?"

He nodded as the other spoke and eventually dropped himself onto the end of the bed that was still mostly made. He figured out of the two that would be Rik's. Dem's was probably the one with everything thrown everywhere.
"You know you can always come hang out with me if you're tired of being stuck at school right? It's not like my parents are going to complain." They had yet to complain about anyone he was hanging around with so it was a good bet they'd ignore the rumors of Hillworth.
"Found her out at the pool then convinced her to come have lunch with me. We ate at one of the places in Italy and i got her to talk. I think she feels better a little at least"

"Luc and I were talking about her a bit, actually... It's good that you managed to get her to talk. As far as girls go, she's generally the sort that won't ever shut up. It's been really weird having her not saying much more than a bitter quip here and there, especially since I know she doesn't practice the whole 'if you can't say something nice...' bit." He snorted softly, shaking his head slowly as he leaned against the dresser for a moment, watching Lysander from where he was.
"Probably a good thing she thinks you're gay, at least. Means she doesn't view you as a threat... Think I should warn her?"

"I tried to tell her i wasn't gay. She didn't believe me" He shrugged. "Or well i told her i was Bi and she sorta ignored it. I think she's not convinced cause she did let me dig though her clothes so i could play with her outfits. She did hide her undies before letting me rifle though things though so maybe she believes me a bit."
Or she was just that modest. Like a gay guy wouldn't have seen girls undies before or something.

"Yea but Dem actually -is- a flaming homo most days. Just because i like clothes shouldn't qualify me as 'flaming homo'. Just sauntering toward homo." He leaned back on his arms as he watched the other. "She does have a really nice rack though. I have no idea how that bikini top was holding it up. You should have seen it." He'd like to see it again but odds were somehow he didn't think he'd get to.
"Either way i'm not a threat to her, at least she doesn't think so and i dont' see any reason to correct her. She thinks i just stalked either you or Dem over here. Which s technically true"
