Comfrey? Her wings ruffled, very slightly to avoid pain, and head tilted. What was that? "I'm sorry, I don't know what that is." She responded with, watching the male as emotions flickered across his face. Was he okay? Either way, she didn't know what comfrey was.
"Do you need me helping you find it?" She asked, head tilting to the side again, letting her neck crack. She wanted to help Tweak since he had looked at her wing for her when he didn't have to, it wasn't his responsibility.

Oh great. Tweak had never been outside the city much, not in a long time, so he had no clue what grew wild around here...
Looking around, he frowned. It would be good for her to move around as much as she could stand... Alright, he'd have her help him look. "Comfrey is a -ear- wild plant that helps with -shoulder- the healing of bones... -tailtail- It has little -ear- bell-shaped flowers, most -shoulder- often purple or cream, and it likes damp -tail- areas." He looked around, flicking his ears. Then he grinned at Shy. "I'd love the -ear- help finding it!"

Aah, so he was looking for her, possibly? This made her smile, nodding at the male. Of course she'd help, even if it wasn't for her. He had helped her, after all, and Shyanne was a fair 'Phim. Getting back up on all fours she winced, managing to walk though.
"Okay!" Purple or cream, bell-shaped. Got it. This also gave her to chance to get to know this male who had rescued her more. Perhaps even learn why he smelled of metal and candy, and a faint scent of herbs. Such a peculiar though pleasant scent, definitely unique.
"Damp, damp, damp." She repeated, putting key words into place.

Tweak grinned widely at the vixen, then set about looking for the herb as well, all the while keeping a close eye on Shy. If he caught just the slightest limp... Ah, even if she did limp he couldn't make her stay in one place until she healed, it'd take longer and she'd be so stiff and sore afterwards.
The male couldn't help but growl at himself again. How could he take care of her if taking care meant hindering the healing? Well, duh, find that blasted comfrey.
"Are there -ear- any streams or places -tail- where water puddles up around -back- here?"

She nodded happily, tail flicking back and forth. She was limping, but she was a good sport, keeping up with him. When he mentioned water she nodded, nudging him gently.
"Yes, follow me~ I came here once to find nymphs!" She said, realizing that could be a bit weird. So! Who cared?! She was Shyanne! It was just who she was! As she led him to a river she moved to the side, nodding her head to it.
"Why?"

Grrrr... She was limping. Gah! It was all Tweak could do not to stick her in a den and make her stay. But, again, that would do more harm than good...
"Awesome. Remember I told you -ear- comfrey likes damp -tail- places?" He licked her ear as she showed him the water. "That's -back- why~"
Sure enough, after a bit of sniffing he found what he was looking for, and it wasn't a nymph (did this girl believe in everything?). "Comfrey!!"

She giggled when he licked her ear, tail wagging as he walked off. She sniffed about, though for what even she wasn't sure, and glanced up just as he exclaimed. "Is it a nymph?" Ears perking she trotted over, wincing briefly, and gazed at the plant.
Oooooo. That was comfrey? She had seen that like a hundred times! Beaming she nudged his side, tail wrapping around his for a second as a congratulations.
"I didn't even know those were medicinal!"

Tweak face-pawed when Shy asked if it was a nymph. What a silly girl!
"Yuppers, these are -ear- medical! Now lay down." He poked her shoulder with a soft but insistent paw, making sure not to come close to her hurt rib. "Watch me work my -tailear- magic~" Tweak found himself a smooth rock, another rock, and gathered up a few of the comfrey plants. After some mashing and grinding and a splash of water, he had a nice pasty-like substance.
Now for the fun part. "Deep breath, love." Mentally cringing, he smoothed the paste over her rib as gently as he could.

Blinking when he mentioned the herbs and finding them she smiled, laid down, and let him do his "magic". She took a deeeeeeep breath, as was told, wincing when her ribs were touched. Briefly she whipped her head up to look at him when he approached the more sensitive part, tail wrapping around her.
Then, she relaxed, ears back softly. She allowed him to continue, whimpering softly, though not wrenching away. He was doing his job, she knew this was better than without.

Annnnnnd done. Tweak let out the breath he hadn't realized he'd been holding -the last rib he treated got him a nasty cut on his face- and sat back, smiling sympathetically down at the pretty foxie. "There~ That will -ear- speed up the healing, for -tailtail- certain!" Tweak really hoped so, anyway. He'd heard of comfrey healing broken bones, though it was pretty damaging if eaten, but he'd never used it before. Well, he guessed this was the best way to find out, even if the circumstances where pretty crappy.
Then Tweak remembered something. "What are nymphs like?"

Shyanne winced briefly, but smiled up at him when he was done, licking his cheek as a thank you. At the question she blinked at him, head tilting. He didn't think she was crazy?
"A female, minor deity that is associated with a certain place. They are different from gods, and regarded as divine spirits that love nature and animate it. The live in mountains, springs and rivers, and trees." Her tone became serious, then warped back into her silly tone. "Why? Have you seen one?"

Tweak shook his head at her question. "Nope! -ear- But now I know what to -shoulder- look out for!"
Divine spirits... She really believed they existed. But, who was he to judge? Just because he never saw one didn't mean they weren't real. Right? Sure. Why not.
"Sooo...-tailtail- what else is real? I -ear- mean, that most foxes don't believe-backear-?"

- Time Skip -
He had stayed for a bit, visiting her time to time as she promised to stay nearby for him. Sometimes, he had stayed up all night. During this time Shyanne could only smile and blush, Tweak made her feel a certain way Aurum never had. She had male friends before, but Tweak....
One night she had asked Tweak to sleep, though she couldn't herself. With much flailing and protesting he had only agreed if they slept nearby one another, with the excuse that it was to be closer to her just in case she got hurt. It was by then that her ribs stopped hurting, he was just checking on her for precaution. Or so he claimed. Both had eaten herbs to help them sleep, Shyanne being to happy to have Tweak there to sleep, and Tweak kept watching her.
And now it was a few weeks later and she had yet to leave this forest. He said he'd be visiting soon! She couldn't wait!

Tweak was nearly busting at the seams as he pelted through the city. His elder had been so kind, allowing the shaman to care for a forest fox outside city limits, and that was exactly where Tweak was heading now. He stopped only once, to snag some cotton candy for Shyanne, the pink kind, too. It had been a bit since he'd seen her... Tweak really hoped she hadn't left yet.
Why? He had no idea. Ok, that was a lie, he totally knew he was head over tail for this girl. Would he ever let her know? Nope. No way. Because if he did, and she felt the same way, either she'd be tied to the city edge or be forced to come live inside the city with him, because him leaving the tribe would be treason. He never wanted Shy to do anything without choice. Never ever.
So he was so extremely delighted to see her pretty feathered figure resting near a tree, and a bright grin broke out across his face. "Hey beautiful-ear-!"

When she spotted the white and blue male approach her tail wagged, greeting him with a lick on the cheek. The pink winged vixen eyed his cotton-candy briefly, smelling the sweet scent. Flicking her tail, she nipped his ear before stretching, just to show off how well her ribs had healed.
"So! Do you want to see my den?" She asked, head tilting. He had never seen it before and she wanted to show him the fairies she had caught throughout the years! For a second she paled, just a second, then once more she warmly smiled. She had been feeling..off lately. Was she sick? Maybe she needed more sleep, yes.
