Wait, licked? Malodore frowned inwardly as it leaned in closer to study the specimen. "Did it... did it have a tongue before?" it asked, after a moment. It hadn't noticed one earlier... perhaps it had just missed that detail?

"I honestly don't think it did." The ghost wrinkled her nose again as the dust bunny opened it's mouth to try to lick off Malodore's hat when it leaned in too close. "Ohhh oh jack no, bad dust ball."
She tried to clamp it's mouth shut. The dust bunny was considerably larger now and her hands busy trying to keep the thing from eating whatever it thought could be eaten, which included poor Malodore's hat. "Jumping Jack.... why's it trying to eat your hat?"

Malodore recoiled, clapping one hand over its hat and giving the dust bunny a highly insulted look. "Stop that, you pezzo di merde," it said, sharply. The bright glow of Science dimmed a little bit. "I think we should contain it again..."
But it wasn't sure if the thing would even fit in the jar again now. Oh dear.

Willow picked it up to shove it back into the jar but it really didn't fit. "Oh for jacks sake." She mumbled as she took a hand and tried to shove it forcefully into the jar, if it'd just get past the lid...
The tiger pinned her ears down, "I don't think he's going to fit." picking up the dust bunny she was looking at it curiously. "Stop trying to eat his hat, it's not eatable." She poked it on the nose, and suddenly had it trying to nom on her hand, good thing she was a ghost pulling her arm back she bopped it on the head.
".... I think I should find a box for it or a bigger jar..." She looked at Malodore, "I'm sorry he tried to eat your hat." She had the thing by the ears now, it seemingly stopped moving for the time being anyways. "Do you think we found enough information on them?" She was eying the creature cautiously.

Horrible, disgusting creature! Malodore could almost respect the thing for that, if the dust bunny hadn't tried to eat its hat. "It isn't your fault," it said, though it did stand up quickly to get its hat well out of chomping range. Hah. "Science always has its little difficulties... though it would have been wise to have a larger containment unit on hand." An oversight, alas.

Willow nodded, "Still, I was the one that let him out." She chuckled slightly, as she stood up keeping the dust bunny held by the ears at her side.
She nodded, smiling, "At least with your knowledge of science, helps."
"I'll try to find a larger box, maybe there's an aquarium with a lid I can put him in." She nodded, "At least we know what'll happen to the other one yes?" She gave a grin, with a nod, "I think I should go find a better house for him in case Professor Savage wants us to keep these things."

"Make sure the box is clean. Very clean. I think exposing it to more dust or dirt would be ill-advised at this point," Malodore suggested, still keeping a wary eye on the dust bunny.

Willow nodded, "Yeah I don't think I want to try to see what would happen if one of these became the size of the school." She gave a nervous chuckle looking at the school itself. It'd be a story of Dust Bunzilla, not a horror story she'd want to be a part of.
She gave a quick bow, "Thank you again Malodore, hopefully yours will be better behaved and not try to eat your hat if you give him most dust and dirt. But yes, I'll make sure to find a super clean box." She assured the plague doctor.
"It was fun working with you." She smiled, anyone that could make homework interesting was fun in her book.

Malodore couldn't decide if a building-sized dust bunny would be amazing or terrible. Probably both, really. "Grazie for your assistance," it said politely, making sure the lid on its own jar had been quite firmly replaced - it was pretty sure it had seen the hint of a tongue just now, licking against the inside of the glass! "I enjoyed working with you as well. It is always a pleasure to pursue knowledge. And this creature will never get my hat," it added, firmly.
Never. Never ever ever.
