Sotaru nodded to Kagem as he watched her leave. He looked back at the report that he scanned earlier as he listened to Ryan who was still in the room but was actually reading his book, maintaing utter silence throughout the entire time. Hearing the offer of being an Anbu here at the Moonlight Village would be very efficient for the village but Rikyu has just got here, so he didn't want to force him. Crossing his hands together in front of his face, about to answer Ryan's question. I also think that is a good idea, however Rikyu has just got here and is now an honorary citizen here at Usagigakure. It is totally up to Rikyu if he want's to be a shinobi here or not. So Rikyu, the choice is yours. You don't have to give your answer to me now if you don't want to.
