"Girl one and girl two?" Hiei looked down at the BCRs and frowned. A soft pop on the back of his head had him glaring softly at his sister. "What? I don't know what to call them, either. I just found them this morning. And they're girls; I might be able to think up boy names easier. Maybe."
Yukina frowned right back at her brother before rolling her eyes fondly. Well, they aren't born yet, why don't you both try and think of a few names?"

Yoko shook his head, not surprisingly Yukina had taken an issue with the naming. Maybe he could name them after famous thieves, maybe give one the name ali or something. Actually he didnt like Ali too much. Perhaps something more Japanese sounding. After all the three of them had Japanese names themselves. He spaced out a bit and unconsciously started staring at Hiei. "Perhaps Kuro, no... or Reiko" he muttered mostly to himself but then again Yukina had asked to brainstorm names.

Hiei snorted. Reiko? He wondered how the fox thought up that one. Rolling his eyes at this entire exercise, Hiei poked at the BCRs gently and sighed. He wasn't any good at this. He was going to be a horrible father. "Kiko...Hetari?" he mumbled, not thinking his two were very good...but what did he know about naming kids. This was all Yoko's fault. Hiei shot the Phim a look.
Yukina smiled at both of them, ignoring the black aura of doom flowing off her brother. "That's great. If you can't think of any more, just pick the two you like most out of the four you just said." she chirped with indecent happiness at the whole situation.

Yoko let out a small smile and wondered if Hiei noticed he had mentioned two names that had something to do with plants. Kiko could be read as little tree or child of tree. Hetari meant clever flower… or at least he was pretty sure it meant clever flower. “See those where much better names. I think I kind of like Hetari.”
Yoko turned his attention towards his sister in law and shook her head. It was kind of funny she seemed to be the most excited over this whole endeavor. Come to think of it even if Yukina had been here to tell them she was having kits the scene probably wouldn’t have looked too different other than the fact Hiei would then soon be turning is black aura to one of murder.

"I like Hetari too." Yukina said. Mostly because she couldn't see any child of her brother's with a cutesy name like 'Kiko'. The Phim couldn't even see her brother calling for a kit named 'Kiko'. Banishing the amusing image, she turned towards her brother. "Which name did you like?" She sorta hoped he liked Reiko, it was a pretty name and the fire theme fit nicely with her brother.
Hiei glanced up at his sister before looking back at his BCRs. She liked the name Reiko, he was able to pick that up since her thoughts were so concentrated on names. The Deava didn't mind Reiko either, in fact he liked the name. "So their names are Hetari and Reiko?" He asked, unknowingly looking to Yoko for approval.

Well he really didn’t care about names all that much, so personally he was fine with calling them “Girl 1 and Girl 2”. So naming them Hetari and Reiko was fine with him, after all when you didn’t really care. Plus the names did have some sort of connection with the both of them. “Yeah I guess we’re naming them Hetari and Reiko.” Yoko replied. Now that they where named it was almost as if they had become a touch more real. So would that mean the thieving days where over and they’d have to be normal citizens?
The thought made a violent shudder run through Yoko. So next best thing was to teach his kits to steal too, yep it would be a family of thieves. With that in mind he sent a smile to Yukina, oh to have these two for relatives then again who wanted a peaceful boring family life

"You sound so enthusiastic, Fox." Hiei pointed out, curling his tail around the BCRs. He felt protective over them, more so than even some of his treasures. The Deava wrinkled his nose and wondered if he was always going to be so sappy over these things. Oh well. They gave him an excuse to tear into other foxes. Evil thoughts about tearing up their love interests danced through the deava's head.
"Oh, that's great! I can't wait to meet them! You two will come visit me when they hatch, right? Or one of you will come and get me?" She asked eagerly.

“Hmm I suppose I was never really a name type of fox. I think maybe its still trying to settle its self in. After all you have been with them the longest” Yoko mused. Truthfully he was terrified. He had grown up with a slight distaste for his own parents and having parents in a taboo relationship always reminded him of his own being. Of course he wasn’t planning on getting killed. No he pitied the poor soul that tried to kill him but he did worry about the bcrs and what life they would face.
“Of course Yukina, I think Hiei and I know I would be very honored to come and get you” He answered. Hiei would definitely want his only family there and Yoko didn’t mind his sister in law coming by either.

"Good. I'll leave you two to get acquainted with your kits then." Yukina chirped happily. She gave both of them a quick 'hug' before spreading her wings and flying back to her own den with a smile. She had a feeling those two would bumble through being parents just fine.
"Bye Yukina." Hiei said, accepting her show of love and watching her fly off. Hiei turned his attention to his mate and watched Yoko closely before snorting, picking up the BCRs and plopping them on Yoko's tail. "By five minutes, Fox. It's not like I kept them for a week." Hiei said, sitting and nipping at his bandages.

Yoko nodded towards his sister in law and looked back at the Bcr’s. Get better acquainted with them huh. Well as long as he didn’t die he would already be better than his parents but then again it was so strange thinking of him and Hiei as parents. Was it really a cruel trick by a bored Modeity of fate. It almost had to be. He didn’t really think either of them would be ready for parenthood. Yoko looked over towards Hiei and wondered if that was maybe an idea in his head. Perhaps his mate had wanted kits?
“Well how was I supposed to know when you got them?” yoko teased and went back to looking at them. “So really what do we do know?” he asked. Maybe they really should keep yukina around she seemed like the motherly sort.

"Now you take care of them." Hiei said, padding up to Yoko and depositing the BCRs on the Phim's tail. Hiei stretched his front paws in front of him and heard his back pop satisfyingly. Hiei sat and looked down at the BCRs and felt the urge to flee hit him again. What the hell was he doing having kits anyway.
Hiei shook himself and headed to the entrance. "We're going to need dinner. Any requests, Fox?" The Deava asked, looking back at his mate all cozy with their BCRs.

Yoko just kept looking at his tail, still wondering if this was a cruel trick by the modeities. It had been a steady thought in his head during their visit with Yukina. Sure they had names but often most of the non material items or things that meant something to Yoko got taken away. He had learned not to give a flying rat any more. However was the modeity of fertility seriously so bored she had to give children to a Daeva and phim couple. When he had really come to terms with settling down and letting Hiei be his only partner he had decided on no children, having found out what had happened to his own family, not to say that he didn’t want them but his chosen life style and his mate’s species wasn’t ideal.
“I think I might be a touch sick soon, so something light.” Yoko finally decided getting back to Hiei’s question. His slight glare was suddenly turning into determination. ‘Fine if the Modeities want to saddle us with children. I hope they’ve prepared the world because I will not give them up' he thought.

Hiei frowned at his mate, stalked over and pulled Yoko's ear. "You're thinking too loud, Fox." He dropped next to the Phim and glared at the opposite wall of the cave. "First off, yes, the modieties are stupid...if they even exist. Second, nothing is going to get passed me or you and certainly not both of us. Third, my species is supreme to all others and don't forget it. And don't get sick in the cave, go outside." Hiei stood up and headed towards the cave entrance.
"Neither of us are going to give them up, Stupid Fox. Stop worrying." Hiei launched himself into the air to go hunt. That was probably the most words strung together he'd ever uttered. And they were all sappy and crap. The Deava was kind of glad he didn't have to look Yoko in the face for a while. Especially since Hiei had had 'flee before it's too late' thoughts shortly before spouting off at Yoko.

Yoko turned to look at Hiei and rolled his eyes. Modidaevas were just like phims in the sense that they could hear the modeities only true to daeva fashion they didn’t bother listening. “Hiei they do exist, after all how do males get bcr’s that look like them then? Breeding fairies?” Yoko rolled his eyes not really commenting on the fact that Hiei was reading his mind. It did happen on occasion when he wasn’t paying attention. “yes well my parents where pretty famous and they died, of course I guess they protected me somewhat”
“Its just I wasn’t even sure I wanted them. Shouldn’t the modeities know when foxes are ready?” yoko asked and then shook his head. It was a stupid question, after all one night stands happened all the time. He wondered what it would be like to be the modeity of fertility, sounded like screwing with unwilling foxes seemed a bit fun. Yoko then gave Hiei a pointed look. “I didn’t say I was going to be sick this moment or that it was that kind of sick, just my stomach is unsettled. Go show your manly species and hunt some poor prey animal”

"Yeah, yeah." Hiei said to Yoko's response as he flew away. He decided to ignore the rest of it for the moment. He had food to get. Catching a rabbit for Yoko and a small fawn for himself, Hiei landed outside the den and dragged his kill in. He tossed the rabbit to Yoko, sat on his side of the cave...and carried on the conversation as if there had been no interruptions.
Hiei snorted. "How should I know? Modeities, breeding fairies, spontaneous creation, a magical, traveling stork with nothing better to do, it's all the same thing." He said. He didn't need to talk to any Modeities. They hadn't done anything for him but make his life complicated.
"And we aren't famous, Fox, we're infamous. Notorious even. Foxes know that if they come near us, they wont leave happy. And they will know that if they come for our kits, we'll gut them and decorate our cave with their entrails to warn anyone else off."
Hiei pulled a strip off his deer and held it over his flames. He didn't like to cook his meat too much, just enough to get that sweet, fatty taste. "Again, the Modeities are stupid. Or, who knows, maybe we're ready and we don't know about it?" Hiei stared at the rings and frowned. "Do they eat at this stage?"
