JI Joe vs. Transformers #2

While on Cybertron, where a Transformer civil war rages, Shockwave is mere hours away from accessing the portal that will allow him and his legions to invade earth. If the Joes and Cobras don't succeed before Shockwave does, there won't be a nation - or a planet - to battle over...
Cover by E.J. Su
Cover by Adam Pollina

On a side note, yes they did decide to do a Beast Wars mini series. I think it will be written by James McDonough and Adam Patyk with art by Don Figueroa. I believe it will be out early 2005. Also there will be a Datatracks special about Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus as well as More than Meets the Eye entries for a few characters including some of the female transformers and Sunstorm that will be out soon.

If I've missed anything or am wrong about something please let me know

I can't find an exact release date for it. All I know is its schedualed for this month. It didn't come out last week and unless the shipping list is updated its not suppose to be out next week either. I do know that Energon 28 and GI Joe vs. the Transformers will be out on the 13th. I'll keep checking to see if anything is announced though. What I can tell you about it is its priced at $24.95 and volume two will be out the following month which will contain issues 5-8.

Sorry I wasn't much help. If I find out I'll post it.

I have nothing to do with the images, those are the incredible works of some really great artiest! Sorry to hear your comic store owner can't help you out so much. I only know what I can find online, usually from the official sites but not always. So I can't be sure its always true. But if you liked the list maybe I'll make one for the begining of each month.

sweatdrop Thanks, you don't need to mock pray xd

Because I'm a big Beast Wars fan and I've heard that a few others here are too, I'm going to post this as well biggrin This is for those that may have missed the Summer Special that came out awhile ago.

This was the teaser image that was up for awhile

And here are some actual preview pages Dreamwave had up for awhile. I couldn't find them on the website anymore so I had to get them off of my computer. Hopfully you'll be able to see them. And yes, this is before they added text to the images.

Preview one
Preview two
Preview three

Nice to see Rattrap and Dinobot in action again blaugh

Has anyone read the Universe comics? I was thinking about ordering them if they are any good. Just look at the pretty covers! I don't really know much about them, but they seem to have a lot of the toys in the story.

Where can you find the Universe comics?
PostPosted: Thu Oct 14, 2004 12:50 pm

I've found them hard to find, same with another series called the Wreckers which looks similar, but I don't know anything about it either. For some reason I've never found anywhere that sales Wreckers #1. But here are some places I know of.

Grahamcrackers

MyComicShop

OneShallStand

BigBadToyStore

Sorry I don't know of many, I don't usually buy online.
