[ The Arrival ]
Pacing outside his door Felinxis was nervous about the news that he would be receiving a young charge at any moment. His hair fell neatly around his shoulders and his facial expression was fixed in one of deep though. His clithing was immaculate. He wanted to make a good first impression on his youngling. Apparently his servants had thought it funny that he had someone to share the house with, since it was so large.
"haha.... very funny..." He mutter to himself as he walked from one side of the hall to the other, figiting with his hands.

"Sir they will be here any minute" A voice croaked from the top of the stairs. It was Tenille, the family maid. She had long grey wavy hair that fell down past her breasts. She wore a long black gown that hugged her figure tight.
She had been with the family before his father was even born. Not many people knew she had some vampire blood in her, allowing her to live through the ages.

"Please settle down..." Requested Arthur from the corridoor. He was the butler, and one of the most important people in Felinxis' life. Ever since his father died Arthur has been helping take over the estate and keep everything in order. Arthur was wearing a black suit with white gloves, but that was all Felinxis could tell from where he was standing.
He walked over and patted Felinxis on the back, a sign to tell him everything was alright.

A large bell chimed through the hall, echoeing in every corner of the house. The Pae'il child was here.

[ Goodnight ]
Felinxis opened the large gothic doors and looked out across is front garden and into the forest that hid his estate. No one was to be seen. Just before he was about to close the large doors he saw a youngling wrapped in a blue cloth on the footsteps of his home.
He picked up the child and said simply. "Hello young charge"
Felinxis took the child into the house and shooed his old servants away. He made his way upwards to the childs room, where he would be staying, at least until he was old enough to choose his own room.
"Goodnight Youngling." He uttered as the new Pae'il was placed in his white crib.

Felinxis awoke early the next day He was eager to learn as much about his new charge as he possibly could! Of course, since his youngling was only a baby... there wouldn't be much communication. He stared out his bedroom window, looking into the rising sun across the forest top. He thought about all the trouble he had just gotten himself into.
A noise stirred next door in Hinto's room. The young Pae'il was waking. Felinxis was now becoming really anxious. He hadn't actually had time to speak to the child last night, since he was asleep when Felinxis received him. Felinxis stepped through his doorway and into the hall. He was about to speak with this young baby for the first time.

Roleplay session [Hinto and Warslik]
A young blue Pae'il sat comfortably in the braches of a low oak tree. He was looking into the water, and was wondeeing if there was anyone about. His caretaker, Felinxis, though that he seemed like a very responsible young 'Charge' as Felinxis said, so he wasn't in a hurry to get into trouble. Right now he was just content to sit in the tree, listening to the wind rustle through the whispy branches.
Warslik hummed as he walked along, looking about as he talked with Kixbixt. They'd gone away from the den for a bit, hoping to find something more than bugs to eat... Kixbixt was ACTUALLY getting physically hungry... There wasn't enough grim emotion for the imp to feed off of the twins with. So he needed physical food for now. He was busily using Warslik's shoulder as a pearch looking for something small but satisfying, not wanting to settle for bugs again!
Warslik giggled and happened to note a patch of blue in a tree. He pointed it out to the imp and tilted his head.
"WHO THERE!" He bellowed at the bottom of the tree.
Hinto looked around to see where the voice had come from. It seemed to be a black blob a bit further off from the tree. He was concerned. For if the Black blod talked this loud from where he was now, how loud was he going to be up close?
" I am a very resiponbly Charge " He yelled back to the black blob, wondering what it could be, and if it was a responsible charge aswell.
Warslik blinked and deliberated with Kixbixt, the imp hopping to his other shoulder and yattering in it's inferanal tongue, finally Warslik looked up and he said loudly back. "Why don't you come out of the tree, we can talks and I don't have to shouts so louds, it scaring away all the animals!" He shouted back up at the blue child, titling his head away from Kixbixt.
Hinto looked down at the blob, and agreed to himself that it would be a good idea to not shout anymore, as he didn't think it would be something that a responsible Charge would do. His voice was getting sore anyway.
"Cooomiiing!" He shouted as he jumped from his branch and landed on his feet, taking off to meet this new... thing.
When he reaches the black blob, he realises that it is no black blob after all! Rather a funny, -(In his opinion anyway)- demonic looking Pae'il.
"Hi there!" He muttered as his mouth formed a rather large O shape as he stared at his new aquaintance.
Warslik nodded his head. "Hi!" He said, staring back just as much as the blue pae was doing. "My name Warslik, what yours?" He asked, tilting his head to the side. The imp grumbled something in it's vulgar tongue and Warslik rolled his eyes. "Oh, and this Kixbixt..."
Hinto looked to the thing he called Kixbit. It didn't look like anything he had seen before. " Is that another Pae'il?" He asked, before continuing with, " OH! My name is Hinto, and I am resoinbale" He nods in agreement with himself.
He leans out a finger to the thing on Warslik's shoulder. "Can I touch it?"
Kixbixt glared and hopped away from the finger, a small fireball starting to form in it's hands, it squaked in it's vulgar tongue again.
"Nice to meet you Hinto, Kixbixt is an imp... and I dont' think he wants to be touched..." Warslik shook his head slowly, and but his hand in front of the imp before it coud launch the small flame ball at the other child. "Bix behave..." He snapped at the demon.
The imp grumped and fussed, but just sat there on Warslik's shoulder now.
Hinto jerks back his hand as he sees the fire starting to form in the imps hand. "I don't think I like him very much..." He sighs as he looks around.
"So do you know where there are good places to explore? I love to climb and find high places! Back at my home, in the estate, I have my room in the highest tower! Felinxis doesn't like it very much, because he has to climb so high to see me, but I like it very much!" He grins and big cheesy grin before asking.
"Where do you.... Actually, nevermind! I have to go! Bye!" He yells as he runs off to get home.

Roleplay Session [Hinto and Lucia, then later, Lucien!]Quote: Blue = Hinto Purple = Lucia Pink = Dizzy Blue = Vale Light Blue = Lucien Grey = The wind....?
"I am Hinto! WHo are you?" He ask, pointing first to the larger pae, then the smaller.Dizzy smiled down at the eager young boy. "My name is Dizzy." She knelt down and set her daughter in the sand in front of the boy. "This is Lucia."" 'Cia!" The toddler squealed hearing her name. She looked at the boy curiously then to her mom. Once more turning her attention to the boy, because he was far more interesting anyway, she smiled and wobbled a little, still getting used to the whole standing concept.Hinto gives a brief wave of acknowledgement to Dizzy before turning his full attention to Lucia, he too, was intrigued by this Pae. He had never seen one that looked younger than him before!
"Cia!" He repeats. waving to her excitedly before running back and getting one of his stick mermaids and trying to hand it to her. He wanted someone else to play.Smiling and watching the children, Dizzy takes a seat on the sand and just observes, glad to have Lucia getting out and socializing with other children besides her brother.Giggling, Lucia takes the stick mermaid, turning it in her hands a few times looking at it. " 'tick!" she was barely learning to talk, but she was trying. "een-to!" she said with a wide smile pointing to the boy. "Pway!!" She started toddling off towards the spot Hinto had retrieved the stick mermaid.Hinto hurried down next to her and shoved his stick into the water and out gain, making lots of whooshing and splooshing sounds as he went.
"I am the king! You must all bow down to me." He acted, in his best adult voice of course, he semed to have a lot of inspiration for this role from the bossy butler back home.Lucia watching Hinto for a few minutes with much interest before starting to mimic his actions, dunking the sticks into the water and splashing around a bit. "Een-to King!!" She declared loudly, giggling.Hinto quickly became bored of playing with the stics in the water, and began to build himself a sand castle, be the fort of the mer people of course! Who said the rules couldn't change in the middle of a game.Lucia had taken to making the splooshing noises too and it took her a minute to notice Hinto had wandered back up on the sand. She watched him for a minute before getting up. Sitting in the water had totally soaked her diaper and it was hanging a little now too. She quickly toddled over to the sand fort and watched the boy. "Wut Een-to do?" she asked as she squatted down a little and poked at the sand with the stick she still held.Vale flew towards the beach his wife and daughter were going to hang out at. He chuckled when he reached there, putting Lucius on the sand and seeking out his wife to 'talk' to her.Lucius spotted his sister and another Pae'il and started to toddle over, falling on his bum a few times in the process trying to make his way over. They were playing in the sand, and that was... COOL! He giggled and waddled over, bone dry. "Sssssiiiiiiisss!"It took Hinto a few moments before he realised Lucia had joined him on the sand. He listen to her baby talk, trying to decipher what she just said. Finally he explains to her.
" Well..... ummm.... the mer people.." He points to the sticks. " Have trnasformed into real people and are now living in a Gigantic Castle with lots of pointing bits at the top and a moat and a draw bridge.... if only the sand would stick together.."Dizzy had been watching the children play and hadn't noticed Vale until she seen Lucius toddling over to the other two. Turning to see where he'd walked in from, she seen Vale about ready to sit beside. She must have really been lost in her thoughts! "Hi hunny!" She greeted with a warm smile.Lucia stuck her merperson stick in the sand that Hinto had said was their castle. "home!" she giggled and when she heard the familar sound of her brother's giggles, she looked up and squealed. "Een-to!!" she tried to pat his arm to get his attention. "Luc! Luc!" she pointed to the blue fae toddler heading towards them. "brud-der."Vale smiled and sat down next to her, pulling her into a soft little kiss, one hand wrapping around her head. When he pulled back he smiled. "Hey Babe..." He chuckled and pulled away, turning to watch the kids. "How has Lucia been?"Lucius giggiled. "Cia!" He clapped his hands and kept up his waddle-run-thing... Starting to wave his arms at his sister and her friend. "Cia! Cia! Sisssss!" He said with a slight hissing sound. S was giving him troubles it seemed!Hinto waved to Lucia's brother as he was introduced. "My name is Hinto, wanna play castles with us?" He looked around for a stick and couldn't find one, so the next best thing was a rather large shell. "Here, you can use this! You can be the knight! I am the king and Lucia is the queen." He nodded and went back to his game"She's been good. Playing with that little boy, Hinto. Tho she looks like she soaked her diaper when she played in the water." she laughed slightly. The humor of the situation was that she didn't think to bring a diaper bag with her, so Lucia was gonna be a FUN addition to the walk home without her diaper on.Lucia pulled her stick out of the sand and plopped down on her butt, making a rather loud squish noise as the water squeezed out of her diaper. She started pushing the sand a little with one hand while holding the stick up with the other. "Cia queen!" she announced, repeating Hinto and pointing her stick now like a magic wand, the thought that it was a mermaid slipped from her mind.Vale smiled and nodded. "It's cute..." He chuckled and wrapped an arm around Dizzy's side, pulling her closer. "It's nice to see them about and interacting with others besides them selves..." he chuckled and watched.Lucius grinned and took the shell, waving it around. "Ight! Ight!, I a Ight!, 'ank you He-to!" He giggled and plopped down throwing some sand at the pile. "Make 'astle!" He chuckled. "Make 'astle then make 'astle go BOOM!"Hinto helped Lucien build the castle higher, making sure not to get any sand on Lucia as she palyed at the foot of the castle as The Queen. He couldn't understand the rest of the phrase, but he didn't really mind.
He was having so much fun playing out here with the twins..." Where is Hinto.......... He should have been back at least 30 minutes ago... "Hinto looked around for the voice, but couldn't see anyone but the twins and their parents."Keeeng Eeen-to" Lucia 'danced' with her stick a little at the base of the castle, trying to sing as she played. " 'ite Luc!" She tried to stand up, but ended up falling face first into the sand castle.Dizzy leaned against Vale, watching the children and giggling softly. "Yeah, its good for them. We need to make it a point to bring them out more often."Vale smiled and brushed her arm as they watched. "Yeah..." He chuckled a bit and turned his head, kissing her cheek. "No need for them to stay cooped up in the house all the time, they need more friends than just their sister and themselves!"Lucius giggled. "Sissss Cia, make 'astle go BOOM!" Lucius grinned, clapping his hands quickly and started to try and 'help' lucia obliterate the castle, even though that wasn't her origonal plan.Hinto looked on in shock as the twins obliterated his handy work. "That isn't what a Knight and Queen do..." he whined as the castle dissappeared into the sand. He looked around for something else to do before he heard that voice again..." I am worried about Hinto.... Where can he be? "This time Hinto recognised the voice. It had to be his career, he didn't want to make him mad, he knew he had to leave. He rushed over to the twins and said he had to leave, and briefly said goodbye to their parents before rushing off, leaving small footprints in the sand.

Roleplay Session [Hinto and Nixie (And Jinx)]
Hinto walks into the Pae'il HQ, he was proud of making the journay from his home in the human world, to this place here in the Pae'il world. Normally he needed Felinxis to help him. He was eager to meet a new Pae and looked around inquisitvley, but to his disppear he couldn't see anyone. He decided to take a seat on a nice comfy couch, and wait for someone to come along.
"Are you sure you will be able to look after yourself for a while?" Ernia asks as she stands outside of the HQ.
Nixie shrugs. "Yes, Mummy. You have meetings, I don't want to be cooped up in the palace with no one to play with besides Jinx," wincing a little, she looks down at Jinx, her red fox, and gives her an appologetic smile. "Sorry, Jinx. I didn't mean it the way it came out. . . ."
Jinx, to show there are no hard feelings, nuzzles her nose into Nixie's leg.
"Alright then. I will be back in a couple of hours," Ernia says, and with that, hurries down the path to the landing pad.
Nixie watches her Mummy go, a little sadly. It seems like she never wants to spend time with her. . . . Well, it has seemed that way since the beginning.
Pushing that thought aside, Nixie goes inside. She looks around, and her big yellow eyes fall onto a blue Pae. "Hello," she says, reaching down to pet Jinx a moment, before walking toward the other Pae, and finding a seat.
Hinto's mouth opens wide when he gets not one, but two unexpected visitors, he felt so special getting to met new people. and he was eager to make a good impression.
"Hi!" Hinto waves at the purple Pae, even though she is only sitting right next to him. He also waves to the red fox, but isn't quite sure what it is. he was very interested in this creature, but turned his attention back to the Purple Pae
"My name is Hinto! I am an Angelic Pae'il, because I am very good and nice... are you an Angelic Pae? You look like me... but ... different!" He nods with his deduction.
Nixie blinks with her large yellow eyes before chuckling. "It is nice to meet you, Hinto. I am Nixie, and this is my fox, Jinx," she says, gesturing to the red fox.
Jinx looks over at Hinto, and sniffs at him. It is assumed that she finds him acceptable, as she then decides to lie down in front of her mistress's feet.
She looks up at her halo, and then looks at Hinto's. "I guess I am an Angelic Pae'il, as well. Though, Mummy called me demon-spawn at one time," she says, giggling a little. "Did your mummy get you here?"
"Its neat to meet you too Nixie! And you too Jinx. " He bends down to pat the fox, but pulls back, not knowing what it will do.
"You don't look like demon spawn to me! I imagine its quite ugly looking, where you don't look very ugly, not ugly for a girl anyways." Not that he really liked girls at his age, he thought they were rather icky, but he wanted to be nice.
"I got here all by myself. Felinxis usually helps me, but I thought I could do it on my own! And I did!" He looked rather pleased at this, then he asked, "Whats a mummy?"
Nixie laughs again. "A mummy is the female parent. You have a daddy, I guess, if this Felinxis is a male," she nods.
"I think Mummy uses the word as a term of endearment. . . . Demon-spawn, I mean," Nixie lies, and rather well for someone her age.
Jinx doesn't make a move, save for a little tail-wag, when she is pet. She watches Hinto again.
"Did you tell Felinxis you were leaving?" she asks, leaning back in her seat.
Hinto thinks about it for a moment. "Yeah, I have a daddy, and he is really nice and fun and plays with me and buys me toys.... sometimes, and always gives me hugs..." He looks back down at Jinx, entranced by the eyes of the fox, and its tail.
"Umm yes. Felinxis knows I am here, he was a bt worried about me making my journey here alone, but it all went well."
"Where did you get Jinx from?" He askes, completely out of curiosity.
Nixie smiles politely. Wow, her Mummy is horrible compared to everyone else's! She would have to talk to Grand-mummy Nyoka about that, she knows that Mummy is scared of her.
"That's good. He sounds like a nice person," she says, nodding again. "And, one that doesn't deserve to worry over you. I am glad you knew to tell him. It would not have been fun to have had him storm in here, worried over you."
She looks down at Jinx again, and beams, genuinely. "Great Grand-mummy Eirnae gave her to me. Jinx never leaves my side. Well, except to hunt," she says, with another laugh. "Do you have any pets. . . erm, friends?" she asks Hinto.
"No it wouldn't!" Hinto agreed, he didn't like the image of Felinxis angry. He thought about the next question Nixie had asked him. "Umm I don't think I have any pets... or friends... I have met a few Pae, but haven't really been around them very long, or seen them after they went away."
He looked into thin air, concentraiting hard to find memories of someone or something that might be a friend... "Felinxis said when he receieved me there was a small silver object with me, but it doesn't really talk or keep me company." He swung his feet back and forth, kind of upset he didn't really have a friend.
Nixie frowns a little. "I am sorry, did I say something to offend you? It wasn't my intention," she says, leaning forward a little. "It takes time to make friends, Hinto. I really don't have any, either. Besides my family, and Jinx."
"Nah... you didn't offend me!" he smiles, showing his small, white teeth. "You know, maybe we could be friends?" He asks rather timidly.
He bends down to give Jinx another pat, he was rather fond of this cats soft fur.
Nixie seems to consider the notion for a moment. She then shrugs, and grins. "Alright, Hinto. We can be friends," she says.
Jinx looks up at Hinto as he pets her, the fox's eyes closing slowly as she nuzzles his hand.
Hinto smiles a broad smile, he is really happy that he made a friend, Felinxis always asked him about his friends and he could never give an answer... until now! "Oh cool! Thanks for being my friend Nixie!" He gives another smile, still happy about a new friend.
Nixie smiles. "No problem, Hinto," she says, chuckling a little.
Just then, Ernia comes in. "Come on," she says, and then walks back out.
Sighing, Nixie turns to Hinto. "I gotta go. I'll talk Mummy into coming here more often. Maybe I'll see you soon." She jumps down from her seat, and waves back at Hinto before leaving.

Felinxis walks slowely into Hinto's room, a small giftbox with blue wrapping paper in his arms. He lays it down at the foot of Hinto's bed for when he wakes up.
Attached to it is a note that reads: Hinto, here is a small gift since you are growing up so fast. I got the cover custom made just for you, I am now expecting you to keep a journal of everything that happens to you.

Hey, Hinto here, writing in this journa; that Felinxis bought me the other day. I haven't used it in ages because I haven't had anything to talk about...! And I still really don't, but I thought I better write this down so I could keep track of whats going on in my life.
Ever since I moved to Telrunya, things have been going pretty slow, I have just been hanging around, and lazing about! Oh the life of a teenage Pae!
I do want to meet a nice lady Pae one day, thats the only thing I am missing in my life... a girlfriend, but! There is no point wondering about it, I should try to get to the Centre sometime, and see if I could meet someone there.
Well thats about all! Oh! I am planning to have Zhaunil around sometime soon, he is a little Pae that was adopted by one of the older people that lived with Felinxis, I wanna show him around Telrunya!
