Asami flinched at the sound of someones voice, and flew into the air. Her wings were fluttering so fast, they made a light humming noise. Her first instinct was to fly out of reach, just to be sure that Drake wouldn't be able to snatch her out of the air and try to rip her wings off or something. It wouldn't be the first time that someone attempted to kill her for her energy. She narrowed her eyes and fluttered about, hardly able to stay in place for to long. The guy looked shifty enough, especially when there wasn't anyone else around.
She crossed her arms over her chest before speaking to Drake. For someone so small, Asami was able to project her voice fairly loud. "What are you doing out here, away from the towns?" Asami said, once more shifting positions. She never did get any closer to him, still careful about that. Drake would probably pick up on her smell, a very special one at that. Asami took care to fly over him and around him, so that her dust would be all over the place and he'd be easier to work with.

Drake sighed, placed his hat back over his deep brown hair, then raised his hands in the 'I mean you no harm' pose. "Name's Drake. Local of Ernya. Came out here to get away from all the strict...ess," Smooth, real smooth, "Of the main city. Helps clear my head. Came here out of curiosity, nothing else. You smell... strange. Not bad, just different. You're... what? A fairy? Pixie?" He was legitly curious about this one, something he hadn't been for a while.
Oh.... he should explain... the smell thing could still be mistaken. "Oh, right... I'm a Draconian. May not look like it now, young enough to not have my fire breath last hardly at all." He scratched the back of his head, embarassed at his own weakness.

 The falls seemed to trap the glow of the fading sun, casting a flickering dance of color on the area near it's rushing waters. Fireflies lit up the trees and grass as the night animals of the area began to awaken for their start of the day. ~Good Luck~

Asami made the motions of stamping her feet and thrusting her fists downward. Her face set into a stern look as she spoke back to the draconian Drake. "I'm sure you wouldn't want anyone calling you a lizard, so please learn the proper names of things!' She said, yelling which was no louder than someone actually talking. She crossed her arms and flitted about, feeling a bit more uneasy now that the sun had set. Hopefully another owl wouldn't decide to swoop down and try Asami for lunch again. She hated to kill an animal. "I'm a fae, though I'd prefer for you to call me Asami. Asami of the Light Breeze." She said, ending her little mini rant. Asami flew a bit closer, trusting Drake to not try and murder her. She doubt he'd be able to catch her, but on the off chance he did that would surely ruin her night. She landed on the middle of a large budding plant which came straight out of the water, and straightened out her clothing and hair as she waited for Drake to speak to her.

Drake shrugged. "Some do. 'Course some call me 'dangerous', 'beast', 'satanspawn'. Oh! My mother called me a monster. She was right, of course." He spoke as if it was just the way the wold was. "Berserkers keep... dark things hidden away. It's what gives us our power. Do be careful not to piss one off." As he spoke the second time, he found himself distracted by the dust that eminated from Asami's wings. It was... pretty. Like a grade above the golden trinket or diamond idol. Wait... he heard about this. Fae had some kind of unique pollen? No... it was a dust. It enchanted beasts and animals. For once, the b*****d he was keeping inside his body was of use, neutral was apparently canceled by chaotic.... chaos. The reminder that the wings would be turned into a trinket and enhance his magical capacity did cross his mind, but only for a split second. He didn't have need for any enhancements for that sort of thing, and poaching a rare people like Asami's was just... wrong. Still, maybe if she was willing, he could collect fallout dust and fashion that into an amulet for the same basic purpose... possibly sell them... or horde them. Probably the latter.
His hand waved through the dust that she'd left in her wake before landing on the budding, oddly enjoying himself. He did notice the change of scenery, and felt eyes upon them, but until they were in danger, these were of no consequence. He was fairly confident that he himself could scare off a lone wolf or something of the like. The two of them could probably best a bear without anyone dying.

Asami's wings fluttered a bit as she raised an eyebrow. It seemed like Drake should definitely be entered in the 'Most Friendly' competition. "Wow what a lady charmer." Asami said sarcastically, casting a cautious look over her shoulder. It would suck of course if a bear just happened to stroll by and decide on a nice fae appetizer followed by the main course of a draconian. Of course she'd ditch the guy. You don't get names like 'beastman' and 'satanspawn' without earning them. "Are you from Ernya? I've never seen you around." She said. Of course, Asami didn't actually live in the towns themselves. People always tried to catch her for her fae dust. But she had gotten brave and ventured in a few times.

Drake shrugged once more. "I just see things how they are. Most people are scared of what they don't understand." He grinned slightly. Of course he'd done good, but generally people averted their eyes from such actions and focused only on the bad, even if he hadn't caused it; blaming the outsider was generally the easiest solution. "Yea, I'm apart of Ernya. But the normal city life isn't for me. Too many crowds to get run over by. No, I like places like this, more nature-y and less artifical-y." He truly was the master of witty discriptions. But his voice and actions as he spoke told Asami that he was use to the ridicule, like taking unjust blame was just an every day thing for him. Which it kind of was. Regardless of his lax appearance, his eyes occasionally danced from the focal point on Asami to the sides, scanning for unwanted guests.

"Students out so late and not training seems like a waste of your time," came a voice from the trees. Glowing red eyes peered at them far enough away to not be threatening but close enough for conversation.

Asami still didn't feel quite comfortable with Drake around, he was a shifty character. At the sound of another voice, Asami lifted herself into the air, her wings beating furiously. She quickly located the source, a small fox like creature with red eyes. The fact that it had spoken usually meant it wouldn't try to kill her. Not only that, it presented a chance to learn something. "It's hard to learn when you don't have a teacher." Asami responded kindly, being sure to keep any malice out of her voice. It would suck to provoke the creature and end up as its lunch later on. She only hoped that Drake would do the same. Asami seriously wanted to learn something new.

Drake slightly grinned when the fox made its appearance. Two rare sightings in one place? Must have been his lucky day... Rare that Lady luck would smile on him. Probably meant the fox could turn into some demon thing that stood fifty foot tall and could use him as a chew toy. Alas, he nodded. "Just a little night stroll. If we were only focused on training, we'd be dull, eh? Dull's boring. Fun... now fun's entertaining." He rose his finger as if he was speaking matter-of-factly. He was just filled with knowledge, or just an odd way of speaking.

The fox jumped down, transforming as it went into a warrior woman. Landing on the water, she looked to the two of them. "If you want rest from work, you must first do work to earn the rest," she said sternly. A small necklace flashed from her breast, bearing the intertwining green stones of Ernya and the rulers' house. "I am so named Prism, companion and Guardian of Lady Liliana. And you two forget your duty. Especially in these dangerous times."

Asami fluttered about, surprised at her sudden change. What surprised her even more, was who she actually was. Sam quickly fluttered to a spot near Prism, where she would be able to see Asami. When she landed, she bowed deeply before speaking. "Excuse me my lady, I have been more relaxed than I should have. I've spent more time resting than I should have." Asami said, already planning on setting out to learn some things now, especially that she had been called out on it. It was time to stop fearing people and learning how to blow fireballs and summon icicles in order to kill, er... defend herself from them.

Drake merely stared at the fox for a moment when it turned into Prism, pointing at her. "Hey... the fox turned into a fox lady... cool." Then he nodded. "Not many in this area are Berserkers, and I know fewer who are Draconians. Hard to find the right mentor. And training by yourself gets... tedious after a while." He finished with a small sigh. This was how he acted towards people of higher class.... same as he would treat anyone else. Yes, sure, he was certain she could probably kill him with some kind of pink-flex hold thing, but she didn't seem the type to kill to make an example of. See seemed more like the kind of woman to threaten your like, then murder you with a pinky-flex hold the second time around.

"Fae, you will find your teacher in Cresting Woods. She may not be your size but she is versed enough to start your training. Considering what you are, I will let Lady Liliana know about you. She may want to train you personally to ensure your protection. Dragonian, you will head for the training grounds in Industry Town. Maximillion will have a fun time with you."

Huh.. so the random fox/lady person was ordering them around now? "Fair enough." He shrugged, then bowed pressing his hat to his chest with his right hand, then spun around to make his depature, but stopped suddenly. "They smell delicious." His ears perked up as he turned his head. The voice, that demonic-metalic voice, sounded like it came from his left shoulder. But there was no one there, so he continued on. Freaky, though.
