Unfortunately for Astrayl, this crazy woman knew about his dryness issue. If his body drys up due to lack of water then he will revert back to his leviathan form and go on a complete rampage looking for a new source of water. Last time he did that he destroyed three buildings. 'Agh, this woman is tough to handle.' He waved the smoke out of his face and looked at her with a calmed expression.
"Thats right, I had no money on me when I got it from you. I do owe you, I understand that but 30 crates of my private liquor that I make myself seems a heavy price." He thought about it for the moment knowing that out of all the merchants in the demon districts, this was one that was hard to haggle with. He could offer her some of his blood seeing as how leviathan blood can act as a counter measure to deadly drugs and toxin. Only issue is that the last time he did that he was practically sucked out of half of the blood in his body, and that is a lot of blood. She probably still has some. Seeing know way out of this he nodded a bit. "Alright 30 crates by tonight. I will begin brewing some more. Would you like a glass now?"

▉▋▋▉▋▉▋▉▋▋▉▋▋▋▋▉▋▍▉▋▋▉▉▋▋▉▉▉▋▋▉▋▋▉▋▋▉▍ ┏━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┓ ❀ SLY ❀ ┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛ Ϯhe succubus gave a small wave to Astrayl as he walked in but didn't turn her head away from the two rabble rousers. She continued to smile at them both as the male seemed to stutter, falling into her whim. Though she had to send the woman a slight glance in warning, the side of her lip twitching. Sly waved cheerfully as the man began his walk out of the bar, "Hope you come again soon, Darling!~" she called, her voice carrying the same tone of suggestion which left a tugging at the edge of one's mind.
Sly turned her gaze back to the woman who was sitting down, "It wouldn't be the first show of hostility this tavern has seen," Sly let out an amused giggle before she took the woman's glass, "of course, I'll be right back." she replied, moving back to the counter with finesse. She playfully bumped into Astrayl as she passed him
"Good morning Madam, to what does the Barking Spider owe the visit?" she asked with her usual nosy nature as she made up the drink, her charming smile turning into it's usual coy smirk. She finished making the drink rather swiftly as she began to exit from behind the counter again, "Excuse me for a moment..." She moved from behind the counter and made her way smoothly back to the demoness' table. She set the drink carefully on the table and very lightly pushed it in front of the woman.
"Enjoy. I'll be at the counter if you need anything else, Dear." It was out of habit that she called everyone names of endearment. Sly almost immediately walked back to the counter after giving a brief wave of her hand. As she moved back behind the counter she stood next to Astrayl, not hearing any of the conversation they had had.

I take the drink and sip at it and scan the room. Aside from a few accidental run ins and familiar faces at the bar,I sort of recognize the fox demon at the bar as that high rated opium dealer. I shrug and return to my drink; I don't care how demons make a living. As long as they don't cause me to have a bad day I'm fine with it.
It's not that I don't respect other demons; far from it. I just hate it when, because we are stronger than mortals, they tend to abuse their powers and that makes me mad. Unlike other Phlegethon killers I don't do it just to push people around and show off my superiority. I actually hate how famous my family's name is and I hate HATE how because I belong to that name I have to follow their ways.
No I kill other demons for meddling with mortals because once upon a time I had a friend who was mortal. Her name was Natalie and when my father found out; oooohhh I hated him ever since. He gutted her with his Fire Blade and made me watch. Since then I just live low and away from my family and their prosperous business of taking out demons for other demons. I've been offered quite a bit of money for taking out other demons. But I try to keep my work honest and give the low dirty work to my brother.
I take another sip and put my feet up on the table to relax. I sigh and crack my neck and close my eyes, "Tylathia," I hear a voice say, "I thought I would find you here."
My eyes shoot open to see my brother Drythu dressed nicely with a snakish grin on his face and a bag of money in his hands.

While he was still discussing his business with Red Fox spirit he was nudged by Sly. The people who were trying to start something in his bar seemed to have calmed down. He properly took a look at the girl who seemed to be the center of the issue. She looked like a demon slayer, the one from the news this morning. Astrayl began to wonder what the issue was but he took a educated guess. Demon slayers are really liked too much among their fellow species. The idea of a demon killing another demon didn't sit well but some demons just don't want the mortals to be involved with us. This was understandable seeing as how humans are weak. If they could defend themselves it would serve a better purpose but it takes a demon to kill a demon as the saying goes. He just sighed because demon slayers never really crossed his mind. He didn't care for them because he didn't care for humans all that much either. Nor did he care about the demons who try and kill the mortals. They were just a bunch of weak idiots trying to prey on the even weaker insects.
As he thought of all this he noticed that he might have been spacing out. It was only until Sly stood behind him that he really woke up. Her presence usually helps him stay focused. He gave her the job because she attracts customers and half the people who are regulars first came here because of her. A succubus is a good employee to have especially if you are strong enough in mind and will to ignore her charm. Fortunately for Astrayl, finding a girl to settle down with was the last thing on his list so it was easy for him to ignore he charm and simply carry on like a boss. Though she was another one of the few people to know that he is a Leviathan. She might as well know seeing as she works here.
He looked at the Kemuri then stood up. "Sly get Kemuri here a glass of the Leviathan liquor kept on the top shelf. It is on the house sense she is a special customer at the moment." He walked by Sly and towards the back room to begin brewing some more. "Oh yeah, Sly if it seems we are running low on stock, the next truck should be coming shortly. When it does just charm a couple of the people here to help you, that or just call me. I will be making some more of the Leviathan liquor in the back."

"I have nothing against you...煙 ~ Kemuri ~ 煙
With a dejected sigh, Kemuri let out another stream of smoke from between her lips; however, this time she did old Astrayl a favor and directed the smoke into the air above her. Once more the demons around her were complaining, but she ignored them.
"You, good sir," she addressed Astryal, "Are no fun. Had you been willing to bargin with me I might have been willing to drop my price to twenty...fifteen, even. But now that you've given your orders I guess it's too late."
Laughing, Kemuri stowed her pipe in the sleeve of her kimono. Generally, it was a sign of her intention to leave; the only time she didn't smoke was in transit. But the particular blend she had brought with her today didn't quite agree with Leviathan liquour. So she deposited the ashes and remaining leaf into a satchel, again drawn from her sleeve. Call her paraniod, but Kemuri wasn't just going to let anyone steal the bar's ashtray and rob her of her secret blend.
As she did this her eyes shifted lazily around the room, finally landing on the girl behind the bar owner. Given her business with Astrayl, Kemuri was aquainted with the scubbus barmaid called Sly, but she had never felt the need to make a friendship out of it. She was first and foremost a female demon of considerable pride and vanity, specifically her pride as a fox spirit. They as a species has been suducing poor bastards with their powers of transformation before mortals could write of such. One thousand years and living in the same city has not lessened that pride one bit....It's just good business." ((I think I discovered the only hotel in America with no wireless internet. Sorry for my absense.))

OOC:I hope this post isn't force-feeding any story lines.
My snotty brother takes a seat by me and plays with bag of money, "Dear sister you haven't been home all week."
Ok that was true. I usually dodge out whenever my family gets a call and the client gets to pick who does the job. I shift in my seat, "I see business is good."
He grins, "Yes. A rather unfortunate end to this demon, a Blood Blade right through his heart."
I snort and take another drink, "If I were you I would watch how loudly you boast, brother. You see outside of Phlegethon you are not so welcome among those who do not kill other demons."
"And yet you insist on working here," he teases and holds my gaze, "I am quite curious as to why in heaven or hell you work in such a tacky place."
I shrug, "Maybe I just don't like the life or dirty work."
He laughs and leans close to me, "You are still one of us Tylathia; never forget that."
I smirk, "Nah, my work's free and I only get my hands dirty when I have too."
"Someone has to show the others who's boss," Drythu says and surveys the bar, "Demons don't know how to act."
"According to whom exactly," I spit and glare at him.
"That doesn't matter," he says and smiles, "Now if you'll excuse me I have some business to see to."
I follow his eyes to the fox demon, that is where I recognize her! "Opium," I ask.
"No another time," he says and waves when he catches her eye, "My business is...required elsewhere."
With that he stands and pulls out his Blood Blade he recieved from father on his death bed. He turns quickly and plunges it into the heart of the demon right behind me. To my horror he smiles while he does it. I look around the room and notice all demons standing and beginning to go for Drythu.
He pulls the sword out and does a bow to the whole bar before disappearing in a cloud of fire. The bar goes silent and then the angry eyes turn to me.

"I have nothing against you...煙 ~ Kemuri ~ 煙
Hairs on the back of Kemuri’s neck rose and her ears twitched nervously as she took in the faint, lingering scent of one of her premium blends, expensive and generally sold only to those in Phlegethon. What was another one of them doing all the way down is Coctyus?
Upon turning to see who it was, she instantly wished she hadn’t. Drythu, he was a regular and a well-paying one but the less she was associated with him, the better. She immediately turned back when he offered a way, playing it as if she never saw him. If only there was a drink for her to be distracted by… Thankfully she had something better. Forgetting the clash in flavor, Kemuri retrieved her pipe, filled and lit it. Just in time to muffle the bitter explosion of blood-scent as it erupted from behind her.
Like any demon as old as she, Kemuri barely flinched, only checking over her shoulder to see the damage.
“Stabbed.” She observed tonelessly, “That’s going to be fun to clean up.”
...It's just good business."

As Astrayl was coming out of the back room looking for a towel, he came out just in time to see a person stabbed. 'I hate violence.' His temper started to rise just as a shadow of his killing intent rose with it. Walking out behind from behind the bar and towards the dead body, Astrayl looked at it. "I really hate violence." Finally his instincts snapped and part of his killing intent was released. It filled the entire room and sent most of the weaker demons on their knees. Those that had some strength broke into a small sweat. "Would anyone like to tell me who that was?"

Clearly a Leviathan! Oh hell how my brother manages to slip out and about with me to clean up his messes. After the Leviathan had his tantrum most of the demons and bolted for the door. I however (along with a select few) remained frozen to my seat.
He is definitely not the person to ignore and I tend to let my mouth get the best of me; so I just stay silent as the other demons look around with gaping mouths.
Finally one demon steps forward and I go white. He has an evil grin on his face as he raises his hand and points at me, "She did it sir. The Demon Slayer did it."
"I did not you incompetent b*****d," I yell and get to my feet.
Again, clearly the wrong answer as the Leviathan's angry eyes turn on me.

OOC sad (Too lazy to re-make the posting style, so you guys get uglinesss))
Sly grumbled lightly to his order, she couldn't reach the top shelf properly. She had to walk five WHOLE steps to retrieve the stool and five WHOLE more steps to get back to her previous position. It only took her a moment after that to retrieve the bottle, pouring it into a tall glass in front of the fox demon. As soon as the succubus went onto the stool to put the drink back, she heard a light ruckus and then... silence, only to be broken by the fox demon's remark.
Sly sighed and put the bottle back. Lucky her, she gets to clean up. That's when Astrayl walked in. Oh God, he was going to be mad, Sly found herself hiding behind the counter, standing frozen in place. "Uh... Astrayl.... I-I'll cl-" she started to stutter before he released some of his energy. She stayed upright, digging her nails into the counter. She decided it would be best to let Astrayl do his thing, only giving him one statement in an attempt to calm him, "I'll clean it up."

OOC: ((hahaha alright. It is still a nice post anyways.))
Astrayl looked at the demon for a moment, the one that had accused the demon slayer. Then his eyes turned on the demon slayer. He began to walk towards her and as he did that other demon kept talking. "Yeah she did it. You know she did it cause she turns on her own kind. Well it is time for her to get a taste of what that is like. Right sir?" When Astrayl stood in front of the demon slayer he raised his hand in the air and grabbed her head then look into her eyes. "Show me your eyes." He looked into the and searched for someone who would just randomly kill a demon in his bar. Lucky for her, he didn't find that kind of person in her.
Slowly his eyes went from the demon slayers to the other demon that accused her. He let her go and began his walk towards the man. "What kind of demon are you?" The demon looked confused then spoke. "Ummm...I-I-I'm a class B warrior demon." He tried to stay upright as he stated what he was but you could tell he was shaking while Astrayl walked towards him. "Sir, I really think you are making a mistake. I didn't kill that guy. She did it, she has all the reason too." Astrayl finally stood in front of him then started to talk with a pissed off tone. "You know, you don't sound like a warrior demon to me. You sound like a demon that talks to much." Before the demon could blink he was already dead with half his body gone. The only part left was the lower half, if you looked closely you could see bite marks.
Astrayl finally calmed down but the bar didn't. He looked at them all and wiped the blood off his mouth with a napkin from the table next to him. "Well go back to your business." He looked at Sly who was a bit shaken up from his little act. "Its ok Sly, I am calm now. And don't worry about the mess I will clean it up myself." Soon he had a mop and was cleaning up the mess of the two bodies.

When the Levaithan had looked into my eyes I felt numb. I felt like my whole soul was just a book he had opened. I hate it when I get mixed up in situations like this. But he had not seen what he had been looking for and had killed the other demon.
I sit in my chair heaving deep breathes and watching as the bar slowly shifts back to normal. I run a shaky hand through my hair before I stand up and walk to the door. I stop before sighing and turning to place my bill on the table. I then leave the bar without looking behind me or at anyone.

Koichi’s hands were gripped around the cracked glass mug that he had set infront of himself. His black school uniform was torn around the sleeves, and covered with dirt. It had been almost three months since he was brought here. He sat on his orange hiking backpack, which he had found in a junkyard. “Spare change?” He said weakly to passing demons. They looked down on him, some high class demons who were doing business in the area. They hadn’t noticed him, kept walking down the road. The cup was filled with golden coins. He had no idea how the monetary system worked here, but that wasn’t really the biggest goal on his list. His biggest goal was survival. He couldn’t leave the city, mostly because of the fact that the people here could kill him in an instant. The only method of protection he had was the rusted cleaver in his backpack. Both had been salvaged from a waste disposal site, which was one of the places he had found in the city that he felt safe. It was like where he came from, everyone avoided the junkyards. Koichi was awakened from his thoughts buy the clattering of change into the cup. Koichi’s back hurt, his spine was aching, and he needed to find somewhere to go before street gangs showed up.
Koichi made his way around the town, after packing the broken mug into his bag. It made a loud clanking noise as it banged against the cleaver and the disorganized pile of coins. He paced himself along the walkway, his eyes shifting left and right. He had always hated walking down these streets, there were bodies in the alleys sometimes, and everyone passed by as if it was normal. Koichi looked around, his green eyes looking out, trying to make sure he wasn’t stabbed from behind. He didn’t want to become one of those bodies in an ally way. He had noticed one strange thing though, the demons seemed so young. There were barely and older looking ones. He guessed they were immortal, or had some form of shape shifting. His eyes looked up at a few words written on a large sign that he saw. The Barking Spider. It had looked like a nice little place to sit.
Koichi opened the door, passing a blonde haired girl on his way in. He looked at the pub, which had a stiff feeling in the air. People stared at him as he entered. He was trying his hardest not to look out of place, but he couldn’t help that he was nervous. He strode up to the counter and sat down at the stool. A man was mopping something. Koichi looked at what he was cleaning up. Blood and a body. He managed to keep his vomit down, and a cold shiver travelled up his spine. The man was mopping it up like it was normal. He looked at the woman behind the counter, who also looked calm. As Koichi looked at the carcass, he realized that it was only the lower half, and it looked as though something had bitten it clean off. Kochi looked at the bar maid. “ C-can I have a cup of water?” Koichi spoke nervously. His bright green eyes looking down at his shoes, battered and stained with wear and tear .

I would recognize that smell anywhere; human. I turn and head back into the Barking Spider and see the boy go up to the counter asking for a glass of water.
I swallow, he looks just like my friend from so long ago. I stalk up to the counter and look at the Leviathan, "It's on me, and get him some food too."

As Astrayl was cleaning up the body, he looked at it thinking of how much of a waste it is to throw away perfectly good meat. Though, if he ate it right here and now some of his customers would freak out. Sighing, he reluctantly went back to picking it up and taking out back to where no one could see it. When he was done with that, he got back behind the counter only to hear a small child.
"One glass of water coming up." He took out a clear glass and poured water into it. Smiling, he dunked a couple ice cubes in the cup then put in a straw. "Here you go." As soon as he was done pouring the kids drank, the demon slayer came back. Looking at her, he figured she now knew his secret. 'What a pain. I have a couple choices here. Shut her up for good or trust that she will keep my secret and since I clearly can't go with the first option at the moment I might as well tell her to keep quiet.' He sighed again and prepared the boy fried rice with egg.
When he was done he put the plate in front of the boy. "Here you go, eat up." Then he looked at the slayer and poured killing intent in his finger. Soon he began to write a message in the air using his killing intent as ink. "Girl, you best keep quiet about my lineage. Or else you end up between my teeth like the other one," was what the message said. He made it so that she was the only one that could see it and read it. As he was done, he should her his teeth and how they went from human looking teeth to sharp fangs that barely fit in his mouth then back again.
