Ginokou appeared again in front of Kyanah and jammed his long rusty blade into her immobile body " I am nothing like my captain and her wolves" He pulled his blade out of her. As he stared into her eyes, his eyes for just one second turned black like a hollows but almost unnoticeable to anyone.

"hm captain... do you see how he's controlling the territory reiatsu?" Natsuki questioned quietly to her captain who was jotting things down in his silent observer mode. "He's done something to utilize quincy abilities, that means he sends out small amounts of his reiatsu and forces the neutral reiatsu to more or less convert to his team... to bad it has such a flaw..." She explained still remaining quiet enough for only those close by to hear. She had very quick eyes and unknown to most was extremely skilled in reiatsu control in fact it was her dominion of skill. She spotted something off for a moment that coincided with the statement he had made earlier. fortunately she knew the answer to his question, for a captain of skill it would be resolved with only one captain.

Yasumeh nodded, he watched noticing a fatal flaw in Ginkou's strategy, one that normally would have given the fight to Kyanah in a real fight. "Had she been more ruthless then no amount of absorption would have stopped that blade from striking his spine and ending this rather quickly. It appears the captain's pride in his knowledge is something that could be exploited... explaining ones secrets on the battlefield, not exactly something I'd call smart even if his capability is impressive" he said both in response to Kano approaching and adding in his own flicker of comments as much as adding to Natsuki's own assessment. Their role after all was not to be one of strength, not to develop new abilities or techniques, but rather to best utilize the force of the 13 squads and tactically maneuver them all to be the most efficient with what they had to work with. This meant noting flaws and strengths, looking for ways they could be exploited and destroyed and covering those or, worse yet, using them in battle to draw enemy forces in for a feign.

(I hate to be the bearer of bad news but this seems a whole lot like God modding to me. First of all you can't control what happens to your opponent. In other words you can't just say she becomes immobile and you stab her. You can only control your character. Second, as you stated the release of spiritual pressure from the head captain would at least bring you to your knees. But everything she does is like nothing happened and everything you do seems to be a critical hit. Also the notion that you could defeat any captain without a sword is utterly ridiculous. I understand you experimented on yourself and what not, but it is still absurd.You are sparring the head captain and yet it seems you think she is as weak as a non seated officer. Lastly in order to use kido you must say bakudo or hado and the number not just the name. I don't know if you are intentionally doing this, but I thought I might let you know.)

( for the kido you do not have to state hado or bakudo at all some characters in bleach already do this one in particular says the name of the kido after it's been activated and how look at most character in bleach and with stand the toughest of spiritual pressures i.e Yachiru and Zeraki, I've seen fights in bleach were the zanpaktou was never used in combat. One ,gigai was even used..... =-= and the first statement you made is a contradiction)

((I'd disagree with the "bringing you to your knee's" thing as that may sometimes but not always be the case. You're assuming there has to be a vast gap between the head captain and the subordinates rather than the more likely pairing of people simply applied as "strongest = captain less strong, but stronger than others, = captains". Thus the gap is a fictional excuse at best pairing off required copy of the one head captain in the series, not exactly a large enough sample pool to make that conclusion.
Not being able to stand up to another captain is also another unjustified conclusion where you're trying to make this more a "video game" style necessity when instead it should simply rely on ones role playing reactions. Ie not drawing a sword will have it's drawbacks so if he started parying with his arms then maybe you'de have a point, but just drawing your sword does not equate to some power boost especially when once considers OC's speciality of Kido/Hado.
Now as for controlling another persons character, yes that would be God modding and I would also say not giving your opponent a chance to react before you assume your strike hit would also be God modding. However in that case both have somewhat been guilty of this (though not to the extreme condition of assuming damage inflicted) ie the chains hitting and formerly the blade being pressed to his back. All in all when any strike is stated in a fight there should always be the chance that your opponent has their chance to react before you assume they weren't quick enough to avoid or counter.)
Now then as for controlling your opponent, yes controlling your opponent is indeed God modding.))

Ginkou turned and started to walk away " I don't have the time to take this any further" He released the kido and put away his sword in another kido. " I have things to do and if I am out any longer I'll be turned into a chew toy " Ginkou left with that and put his head phones back on head banging.

Yasumeh stood as the match came to an abrupt end. Closing his eyes in irritation as he held his brow he turned to Natsuki, "Well... that was... mostly a waist of time" he said putting away his small note pad that had hardly much on it. He had learned one important thing, but not nearly as much as he had expected, and the sudden departure made him curious as to it's cause. Now he had little excuse to do anything other than return to the paper work waiting back for him at his office.

Kyanah looked down at the new wound in her body. She smirked slightly and sat down. Wincing slightly as the torn muscles of her stomach moved to sit. "What a strange fellow that one. I'm not sure if I can really stand his complete lack of respect. Plus his annoying exit, so disappointing. I'm going to have to let Myuki know about this." her voice was hollowed out and emotionless. In truth she didn't care at the moment, the hole in her stomach made her hungry and dizzy. She looked over at the others who were sitting nearby, "Would you please get my lieutenant, I need some rest." She smiled slightly to try and be polite. Her dizziness was making it hard to what was really going on but she didn't quite care.

Kano looked more angry than anything else when the fight just ended abruptly,"This was just a waste of time. I should have figured that somebody who spends most of their time in a lab would just leave in the midst of a battle. We should have just gone straight to the bar." He stood up, brushing the dirt off of his bottom half and then looked around at the remaining Soul Reapers. Kano felt a sudden rise in reitsu coming from the direction of the Squad Eleven training grounds. The feeling caused him to smile,"It seems my Captain has decided to begin training. If any of you want to see a real fight, I suggest you stop on by." With his body facing in the direction of the Squad Eleven grounds, Kano raised his head towards the sky, smiling all the while,"This is going to be fun." His body shimmered, then an instant later he was gone, leaving only a small cloud dust from where he once stood.

((I am not a crew member but upholding the rules is one of my specialltys just like bending them...So as such im going to throw in my opinion in this obvious albeit slightly old case of god modding.
Firstly automatically touching another person is fine if the intent is friendly such as pushing an ally out of the way of an attack, but using it with the intent to trap and damage an opponent who has every oppourtunity to dodge is full on no warning bannable.
Secondly the part about you being brought to your knees is true, you likely would not be unless she actually pushed her spirit pressure down on you specifically but you would be slown down almost to the point of no longer being able to use flash step so this entire last post could not of happened because even though she is not hugely more powerful then the other captains the captains are a huge amount stronger then you.
Thirdly you cannot bring a gigai into soul society, only spirits can enter soul society which a gigai is not.
almost the entire fight was a big long god mod on his part...im suprised he is still allowed in the guild...))

((actually no, they are not made of reishi or else humans of low spiritual ability would not be able to hear them, they are made on earth...and if you remember urahara removed them from their body's for the trip so that they could enter soul society because physical body's cannot make the trip. I am not picking a fight, i saw an unpunished case of flat out god modding and called it out.))

Flagging down a low member of the first squad she gave the orders of her superior downwards to get the first vice before continuing to walk with her own captain. "I do think we need to strengthen our understanding of kido as a whole that much has been made clear. I may have a high understanding of how to deal with such things but that doesn't mean everyone does..." She explained as they walked along the grounds of the first division gradually making their way back to their own division.
