It had been a rather bold move on Astra's part to ask if Riyo had wanted to go eat something with her, but it seemed to have paid off with her saying yes, so Astra beamed up at riyo. "Yay! I know where all the foods shops are too, and all of them have really great choices!"

Before anything else could be said, she was up and flying out of the shop making sure she wasn't going to fast that riyo couldn't catch up, and led the way towards the food court.

The place in question did have a fair few choices, from the very tame to the bizarre and the extreme. The names were quite varied as well; 'Fried bat wings n goop, Brains a plenty, Rawr meat" just to name a few.

"Not very often" Astra answered as she scanned the immediate area, then spotted the shop she had been looking for. The name seemed a little tamer then the other shops too; 'Halloween Resultant", was what it was called.

Glancing behind to see if riyo was following her or finding another place to eat, she looked back and indicated to the ghost behind the counter what she wanted. "I'd like a bowl of the special please!" and waited as she was given a bowl of...something. It was hard to tell what it was, but by the looks of it it looked like colorful candy balls, and oddly shaped items.

Glancing at Riyo's plate before answering, Astra wasn't exactly sure what the cat ghoul was eating, but if it tasted good, then why not?

She held up her plate for riyo to look at. "This a favorite dish of mine! It's a delicacy where I live, because it's really hard to make. It doesn't taste as good as my mum makes it, but it's still really nice." She then picked up one of the colorful balls, and plopped it into her mouth, making a crunching sound as she ate it.

"It's kinda like a salad, but it's more meaty and less salad." She then paused, looking uncertain for a moment. "Er..would you like to try some? O-only if you want to..."

"Oh! Um, I meant that sometimes that these can be served with salad, but they can be eaten by themselves, or a bit of both" Astra explained, eating a few more of them before watching Riyo take one for herself. She was please to see that the cat ghoul hadn't mind the taste.

"Thats good" She grinned. "Some people get a little put of by the crunchiness of it, but it still is quite nice. I know others that get really put off by what they are, but I don't see why though. It's not like they're squirmy or roaches or anything like that." She nodded to herself, thinking about some other dishes that could be found in halloween and shuddered at the thought. Nope, she was quite happy with what she had

Looking up when Riyo had asked the question, Astra's feelers twitched, then she picked up one of the balls and set them on the table. She poked it once, twice, three times, and it...uncurled.

Revealing itself to be a very colorful beetle.

"These can be hard to find, but if you know where to look you can find lots of them, then you add a few herbs and stuff, and they taste great" She explained, picking up the beetle and eating it as if was nothing. Then, looking at the cat ghoul she went on. "Ah! don't worry, these bugs are already cooked. It's just a reflex when they curl like that."

Looking up at riyo to see if she wanted more, Astra was shocked to see her looking horrified. Her own eyes widened; didn't she liked what she had eaten?
The fairy knew that there were many horrifying foods out there, but she had thought that her own dish wouldn't be thought as bad. bugs were a source of meat, right? Although, she hadn't seen anyone else she knew eaten them...

"A-are you okay?" She asked, then watched as Riyo had gotten up. "D-do you want a drink of water?" Or maybe she wanted soem milk? She was a cat ghoul after all....
