I procrastinated on it for days, but after 2-3 and 1/2 hours I'm finally finished.

Based on this sprite:

And by association the picture that sprite was based on:

Thus, here it is folks, my entry!

A Poncho and a Scarf are far more difficult to do then they sound! (Especially if you're trying to make them billow in the wind...had to simplify.) Over all though, not bad for my first sprite in months, if I do say so myself.
