It seems like it took so long for me to reach 1000 posts on this account, but once I got there all the rest seems to rush by.

WickedPeaches i'm fairly sure that once you hit 900 your max poll gold doesn't run out, it certainly didn't seem to for me anyway, and i only got past 1000 last week 3nodding I think it might be a slightly different amount for everybody. For one of my accounts, I started getting unlimited gold around 980. For another I had to go higher than that.

Yes, I agree fawn. I seemed to be able to get more than 10 polls by now but it's not happening yet on this account. I think I was at 950 on my main and was getting unlimited gold so we will see. Like I said before, after reading the rules and tips on the quest threads, I thought it would be better to up my post count before thinking about my quest thread.

Peachy's made 12k in 8 days but then i was on holiday last week, i'm going to try not to quest during the week when i'm doing a late shift because i end up getting to bed so late(says she looking at the clock..2.06am) rolleyes

What's up with the hugs and kiss under avatars in the forums? What do you do with them?

Congrats on 1000!! A lot of work!
You can put all the things you're questing together in a list, and just tick them off as you get them. Or pick one and say 'current quest' and put the others below it for the next in line. Or pick a few favorites, and change them/add more in as you go. Threads can be as simple or complicated as you like! Or you can start simple and add more in later!

yeah, starting simply is probably the best way, reserve plenty of posts for later use, then modify things as inspiration strikes, that's how i do it 3nodding

I know this is probably too much to ask for gaia but is there a sort of guideline pricelist that I can go by? I did think about putting all my items in my wish list at the start and just cross off as I go but I don't know prices yet. I just thought maybe there was a basic guideline somewhere that I could go by to put things in order.

It's kind of like neo, where prices go up and down. You'll just have to look up each in the marketplace and look for an average low price for each. (sometimes you can find regular shop items in the marketplace for cheaper, and sometimes not.) The weird thing is when prices vary so much you have to keep going in and changing your quest thread to reflect it. I don't really keep up with mine. Who knows how expensive angelic sashes are now!

Well I use the gaia toolbar for mozilla and right up there is a button for guides. I sort of found a guide that's through tektek that lists all the items and has a search button that takes you to the marketplace. According to the search I just did for the sash, the only one in the marketplace right now is going for 2,130,000.

Also you can look at some of the Price Guide guilds. These are guilds devoted to keeping up-to-date on the price fluctuation of non-shop items. Never perfect, but that's why you use a coupl eof them, get yourself an idea.
