She did not know of Celestia's thoughts, and if she did she would have started to cry right then and there. Instead, she smiled wide, wiggled her tail, and nodded. "I did good?" She cooed, happy to have pleased her. She twirled around, wiggled her wings, and nodded.
"Nu? Berries? What kind? I'd love some!" The little, odd, noise making fairy moved beside Celestia, nuzzling her cheek as best as she could, seeing as the other was taller then her. "Though a break so soon? I don't mind, though!"

Celestia giggled, "I love berries too. I have to admit that I have quite the sweet tooth." Her cheeks heated up slightly when the little fairy brushed against her. The phim was so unused to contact that it took her by surprise, not a bad one however.
"Well i did not want to overwhelm you too much so soon." Celes smiled at the pink vixen, "Your wings are smaller then mine, so I believe that they would need more rest then mine do." She nodded her head as she started to walk through the forest, "Come....I will take us to the berries now if you like."

She responded with a quick, cheerful chirp and an energetic pace behind the 'Phim, eager to have berries, and not only berries, but to spend time with her friend. The little vixen had noticed Celestia acting surprised when nuzzled or nudged or brushed, so guess what she was going to do?
Make the 'Phim used to contact! Yeah! She'd snuggle her so bad. SO BAD. And Celestia would learn to love it, yup yup, she would. That was her new goal, make Celestia like being snuggled~

Looking over her shoulder, Celestia chuckled as she spotted the pink vixen following after her. She felt like a mother duck with little duckling following after her. Not that she considered Effie a daughter, no child of hers would make her heart skip, and make her as nervous as she was when the fairy was around. In fact, now that she thought about it why did Effie have that affect on her?
It should have occurred to her before that there was something different with her when the pink fairy was around. Blushing, because she couldn't help it, the Phim looked back in front of her and pointed to the bush.
"Go ahead and have some."

"Thank you~" She mewled, heading to the bush and pawing at the berries until they started to fall. Carefully, she scooped up a pile and approached Celestia, dumping them before her. "For you." She said, grinning before turning to nibble on her own berries, tail wiggling back and forth quickly.
She raised her head as a bird fluttered ahead of her, smiling softly and nibbling her berries again. When she was finished, she rose her head, shook herself off, and squeaked a "owa" before flopping down to wait for Celestia patiently.

"Oh...." The purple Phim looked down at the berries that were brought to her, "Why...thank you..." She blushed prettily as she leaned down to suck one into her mouth. She loved berries, they were always a delicious treat whenever she got to have them. Which wasn't often because the thorns tended to get her face, and she did not have a high tolerance for pain. In fact she was a little bit of a baby when it came to pain.
Celestia wondered if Effie wouldn't like her anymore if she found out. Oh no! She covered her mouth, Would she not want to be friends any more? Many Phims that she was so weak and pliable. More then one had told her that she had such a weak constitution for a Phim.

Effie wiggled in place as Celestia ate, eager to once more snuggle the 'Phim silly. Then Celestia covered her mouth. Oh no, had she eaten a sour berry? What if... what if she had given Celestia a poisonous berry by accident? Was Celestia going to die?! Oh no!
"Mwa!" She yelped in shock, moving to Celestia and touching her cheeks with both paws, eyes staring intently into the others with deep concern. "Did you bite your tongue? Is there a sour berry? Did you eat a poisonous one? I'm sorry!"
Yes... Effie was a little.... strange.

"Mm!" Celestia looked at the pink vixen and then couldn't help but laugh at her cuteness. "What? Oh no dear one...the berries were just fine. I was just...i was thinking and I'm sorry but I gave myself a little scare with my thoughts. I didn't mean to worry you." She shook her head, her hair wiping in the wind as she did.
She smiled at the fairy. "You are just....so cute!" Celestia giggled as she leaned down to nuzzle the little female.

She giggled, blushing brightly at the vixen who had called her cute. "Owa? Thank you~" Her wings fluttered slightly, tail wiggling as she leaned forward to touch noses with Celestia. She smiled at the vixen once more, wiggled away to flutter her wings some more.
"Did you fill up?" She asked, yawning despite her desire to get back to learning how to fly just like Celestia~

The phim smiled down at her, "I did...thank you Effie. You are as sweet as an Angel." Celestia licked the vixen's cheek affectionately then laid on the ground. "I hope you don't mind but I always like to take a little break after eating. It makes me sleepy." She blushed prettily as she looked away.
"But we can resume your training afterwords I promise." Celestia wrapped her wings around herself to stave off the chill being kicked up by the wind. "If you like....You can snuggle under my wings to stay warm...it is starting to get a little cold out here."

She closed one eye and smiled when licked on the cheek, looking up at the 'Phim and watching her move away to lay down. "Sure~" She chirped at the mention of rest, slightly red from the angel comment. When the 'Phim offered to snuggle Effie padded up to her, squirming under her wings and resting her side into Celestia's warm side.
"Oh, it's super warm under here. Thank you." She mewled. It didn't take long for the earlier energetic vixen to feel tired, yawning. It didn't even take long for her to nuzzle into Celestia's warm side, and sleepily start to doze off.

Celestia giggled softly, "It's all the fluff from the wings." She smiled softly, happy that she could snuggle with the female. There was just something about the pink fairy that made her happy. Her loneliness was gone, and instead there was a warmth in her chest that she couldn't ever remember being there before. The last thought that crossed her mind before drifting off to sleep was that maybe she should ask Effie to stay with her.
Hours later, Celestia woke up to the loud chirping of a bird. There in front of her was a bluejay talking to her in it's language. Obviously it wanted something that she was blocking. Looking behind her she noticed the berry patch and chuckled. "Tough luck bird....Effie is still asleep." She laid her head back down on her paws."

Effie awoke awhile later to the sound of a bird chirping, blinking as she realized she had fallen asleep. Wriggling so she could poke her nose under Celestia's wing and see ahead, she spotted the hungry bird and once more ducked under Celestia's wings.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to fall asleep, and now the little birdie wants to eat." She mewled from under her wings, not wriggling free and moving to sit to the side, feeling slightly cold now that her warmth was gone.
"I'm sorry, Mr or Ms Bird." She mewed at the bird, frightening it. Her ears went back as it took a step back, head tilting.

"Hush sweetie...the birdie is not going to die...." She rolled slightly to the side to allow the bird to pass, then gathered Effie back up under her wings to keep her warm. "And do not fret about falling asleep....I myself dozed off for a little while." The summoning phim chuckled as she laid her head on her paws again.
"It is such a lovely day to take a nap that I could not help it...besides...it is too cold for you to come out...especially after you've been nestled under my wings....I do not want you to catch a cold..." Celestia frowned, "I would feel so horrible about it."

She blushed when Celestia said "sweetie", allowing herself to be scooped back into Celestia's wings. Contently, she nuzzled into the 'Phims side and yawned, her little wings stretching very slightly as to not disrupt Celestia.
She considered just sleeping here until the morning, beside the warm Celestia who smelled as nice as her personality~ "Can we sleep like this until morning?" She nervously asked, poking her nose out just to sniff the air. "It smells like the flowers are closing."
