"Or you could have more weapons or a way to call reinforcements; if you were stupid enough to bring an iPod into a war, then I think you deserve to have it crushed," Pasiphae growled in return, not letting up on her assaults as long as she could still hear shattering in the bag. The bag between them became suddenly slack, and the Senshi managed to jerk back in time to avoid most of the damage, the blow ghosting over her cheek.
She lost her grip on the bag, but she wasn't done with this fight yet. While still in close quarters, the Shame Senshi attacked with a vicious punch of her own aimed squarely for the Negaverse agent's nose. Without the bag to distract her, Pasiphae directed her attention now more seriously to repelling her enemy.

"I see, so I can't bring a phone with me in case something happens when I leave here. Because this is war I have no other life. I also can't bring a music device, for the same reason, never mind I like to listen to music." Rolling his eyes he was glad to at least get his bag free. Swinging it over his head he swung the bag to rest against the small of his back. "Be glad you didn't break a phone or an iPod, you'd be facing a law suit." He stated even as a punch was aimed at him. Though how to make the senshi look bad, in a public arena, and keep who he was and where he lived a secret. He did not need a senshi at his bedroom window or on his door step. That would just not do.
With no time to duck it, having expected her to not recover so fast, he felt pain burst and felt blood dripping. It wasn't broken, although he didn't know this at the present. One hand came up to touch and feel along his nose, he didn't stop the bleeding. He didn't have the time to try that, it would take a long time for that to happen. Instead he went back at her, swinging a fist at her face again.
He never did carry his phone with him, not when out doing negaverse business, it was odd really .He took his phone everywhere else he went, in case he passed by an accident or someone came after him. For all kinds of various reasons, but he didn't take it with him on these sorts of things. Maybe he should start taking his phone with him.
"You think me so unjust that I'd call for other people, in order to out number you?" His words really were muffled, from the blood and his injured nose. But the gist should have been understood. "I'm not the one who likes to play unfairly."

"I bring my phone and don't have to worry about it getting crushed; if it does, then I'll take responsability. You can bring whatever you want. You just can't complain when they get broken as a result," the Shame Senshi retorted. She actually rolled her eyes at the notion of being sued. Not only would it never hold up in a court of law, but there was just no feasible way that such a thing could be accomplished. No one knew who she was whenever she was in her fuku, not unless she let them. And she certainly didn't intend to reveal herself to this whiny opponent. So, the ridiculous threat wasn't even worthy of a response.
With her opponent's attention divided between his bleeding nose and his wild strike, it was far easier this time for Pasiphae to avoid his attack. All she did was take a step back, leaving him to strike empty air. "Not play unfairly? You stood here and attacked innocent people. They never even had a chance to defend themselves. So yes, I assume you're going to do something unjust... how can I think otherwise, when I see them?" Pasiphae swept a gloved arm over the victims of the energy gathering, but her voice had lost some of its ferocity. The blood on her opponent's face horrified her, and the small smudge of red on her gloves that proved she had delivered the blow... she didn't even really want to think about it. Yes, it meant that she had done well in the skirmish, but... she truly wanted to avoid people getting hurt. Even stuck up pricks like this Negaverse agent were human, and if her enemies were going to ever be purified... then beating them senseless wasn't going to help convince them to leave the dark side.
So, she gave a tired sigh and took another step back from the paint-brush carrying Negaverse agent, creating space between them. Now that the anger and adrenaline were draining away... she knew what she had to do, where her true responsablitiy lay. She had reached a conclusion, and she intended to stand by it. "So, go. Get someone to look at your nose, go home... just go. I think we've both done enough damage tonight... and I'd rather spend my time making sure these students are taken care of than beating you."

He really hoped her phone got broken at some point, or stolen perhaps. She had no respect for other peoples property! How truly dishonorable! Never mind the fact that he'd like her phone to wind up broken or stolen, it would teach her a lesson, hopefully. He wasn't whiny, just completely appalled by her uncaring nature when it came to peoples personal property. How does one get through to those who just don't seem to care or have respect for someones personal stuff? Seemed you didn't, how sad.
"I didn't attack, that would imply some form of injury, which none have. Unless your blind, or is borrow energy now the same as if I were to beat them. I covered their mouths, yes, but I did not cause them any bodily harm." He stated, a bit too snappish. But being accused of attacking someone was annoying. He did not attack people, he simply took them by surprise and borrow their energy. They'd regain it, thus it was borrowing. Spitting out blood, as he snorted it down his throat, rather then let it keep him from breathing properly. He didn't watch as the blood left his mouth and hit the grass below.
So she was just going? After everything she spouted? Glaring at her he found himself having to swallow some blood, the taste thick in his mouth and making his stomach complain. He'd tend to it on his own, after he turned over what energy remained from his collection.
"They don't need help, they'll be fine on their own with time. It's energy, not their soul or something else which I gathered." Still his voice was garbled and the words not pronounced properly, which made it hard to hear the sarcasm in his voice.
"You did enough damage is what you mean. I didn't do any." The dislike and hate for her in his voice clear. He made sure to go over the top so some of those feelings came through. But he did step back, to show he too was disengaging from this fight. This was no battle it was a fight, plain and simple. Some of the people seemed to even now be rousing, thanks to the shattered energy orbs. It just told him how many he'd lost to this senshi's vicious attack on his bag.
He didn't turn his back though, he didn't trust her, as he continued to back step till he was able to duck around a corner and then he took off. He had Painite to call, but not here and not just yet. He'd make for another building and then call for her, he just hoped she didn't scold him for the injury or mother hen him. Even if along the way to the arts building he spit blood out and pulled faces due to the disgusting taste of his own blood.
"I really need to train...." And he really needed to get the blood to stop. But with his head not tilted up that wouldn't happen just yet.

Pasiphae watched her bleeding opponent, but she didn't respond to any of his words. At least, not verbally. She had heard these words before, during her talk with Carnelian, and she didn't have the heart at the moment to point out the logical flaws that still existed. How was stealing energy not an attack? How was stalking in the dark and grabbing a student to rip away something that belonged to her not an attack? How was forced sleep and lack of bodily control not an attack? The answer? It was an attack. Same with their need of help; how could unconcious college students not need help? They clearly did. They needed someone to watch over them until they recovered, to make sure that they would recover and that too much energy wasn't taken.
Her maroon eyes fixed on her opponent more carefully whenever he complained about the lack of damage he had done to her as opposed to what she had done to her. She could certainly object to that; it was a minor point, but the blow that ghosted over her cheek would probably leave a small bruise from its final impact point. Oh, and the kick from earlier in the fight was definitely going to leave a large bruise, if not a welt. What pained her most, though, was the anger and hatred she heard in her opponent's voice. As angry as she had been when she stumbled across this draining, as insufferable as she thought the Negaverse agent was, as hard as she fought... now that she had time to look back on it, she didn't truly hate him. Regardless of what he said or did, she didn't want him to be seriously hurt or die... and she wasn't so sure that he felt the same way. It made her a little sick to her stomach to think about it, this reality of war.
Sailor Pasiphae waited until the Negaverse agent had fully disappeared before quickly powering down. None of the rousing victims had seen her, and the first thing she did in this form was to call for the police. Then, she knelt down to reassure the victims that someone was there for them... and waited for help to arrive.
