As the ground shook Noctis turns to her."Don't try scaring me... Power... Ha..." he lifts his gauntlet up and slowly the grass and earth move, it slowly forms the symbol of the Crimson Legion forms in the ground taking the whole courtyard for it. He keeps walking with his marines

Liliana scowled, sweeping her arm so the plants and earth returned to normal. "He's beyond our help," she growled. "Maybe it would be better to purge the world from him and his legion." This was unusual talk from Liliana but it seemed little things like this had been cropping up more frequently. "If I was trying to scare him, I wouldn't have made the ground groan. I would have split the bowels of hell under him and let him ride the firey agony of them." Liliana turned to Cain, fire dancing in her eyes. "I will not be insulted in my home and on my land." Growling, she stormed back into the living quarters building to cool off.

As soon as the symbol rose from the ground, several bullets fly into it, crumbling it back into the dirt. Cain spins his pistol and re-holsters it as anger fills his eyes.
Don't ruin this beautiful earth...
Cain listened to Lili and walked with her, placing his hand into hers to comfort her, knowing that her sense of touch was what was strongest. And now, so was his.
"Maybe we should sleep on the roof tonight. The air is clean and the night sky is revealing the universe to us. The comsic energies are singing tonight."

Smiling, she turned his way to kiss his hand. "That sounds nice," she said with a soft smile. "But we still have a long day ahead of us so let's get started. But first.." she sent Cain a few mental images of what she was thinking so he wouldn't have to ready her for them.

Liliana smiled, stretching from the bed. "That's just what I needed to start this day off better," she giggled as she leaned over and kissed Cain's cheek. Heading back into the closet, she got into a more formal outfit for her duties of the day. "Shall we meet up for lunch or just see each other tonight?" she asked as she tucked her seal of the magi under her clothes.

Cain smiles as he hugs her from behind, pushing up with his arms and then kisses her neck.
"I think both times are perfect. As for myself, I need to go observe the trainees and check on the market's dealings. But lunch and bed together are perfect."
He then moves to change into his own clothes, something more stately with a lighter armor dawned in a tan coat under it. He puts on a cloak that bares the emblem of Ernya and then slings his rifle onto his back.

Cain kisses Lili on the cheek before she leaves.
"I'll make sure of it. Now, be safe. You know how to get ahold of me."
Cain turns around, his cloak swaying as he moved. Several armed guards with muskets follow him as he leaves the quarters.

Liliana was bored to death, lounging in her throne as she waited for petitioners. It seemed like today was a slow day. But finally someone walked in. Straightening herself up, she looked over to see the person walking to her was... Beth? "Beth? What are you doing here?" she asked loud enough to be heard from the other end of the chamber.

Liliana got up, rushing over to hug Beth. "Beth, it's so good to see you! You've been hiding on Mau? I haven't had the slightest chance to step out of Ernya since we got here." She finally let go of the hug and stepped back. "How are you doing? How did you get here? Please tell me you didn't destroy any more nations..." She laughed, gesturing Beth to sit in Cain's vacant seat. "Please sit down. We have a lot to discuss." Then she realized Beth had asked how Liliana knew her. Focusing, her eyes couldn't pick up her past, like someone had whited it out and stuck a wall in front of it. Oh, she was wiped on the way through, Liliana thought to herself. I could break the wipe but I don't know if she would want me to...
