"You're right, that's often how they happen. I can't say I'm worried about it exactly but.... I do have dreams of growing up and having my own family one day." Edmund gave a soft chuckle. "Have to find someone to share that dream with." He closed his eyes a moment, enjoying a light breeze that was blowing through and the smell of fresh mulch. He gave another chuckle.
"I think you'd win that bet. I think real relationships are the last thing on Gavin's mind." Edmund shook his head lightly before standing again to do some more wok. "Here's hoping you beat both of us though." A soft smile formed on his lips as he looked at Hank again. Hank and Adeline ending up happy together was a nice thought.

"I can only hope. But I'll keep you posted." Hank looked inside the window. "It looks like our moms are still talking. And they probably will be for quite a while. I think I'm going to go for a walk and a think, unless you need help with any more of this mulch?" It was obvious Hank had other things on his mind, whether Edmund wanted mulch help or not.

Edmund nodded and got back up to continue his work.
"I think I can take it from here if you're feeling the need to go think." He smiled at Hank. "Thank you for your help. I'll let your Mom know where you went if she comes out looking for you. Have a nice think." He gave a little wave before turning his attention back to his plants.
