Abaddon's fingers closed around Rivkah's as he smiled shyly towards her. He then started to lead her towards the direction she'd pointed in. "So... What are you searching for?" Abaddon asked Rivkah as his curiosity got the better of him, and though the crowed had thinned a bit; he still moved in close to talk to her, as he felt a spark of excitement when he did. He kept his eyes on the crowd though, weary that it might suddenly explode back into the chaos it previously was.

However it was certainly easier to navigate through, which Abaddon almost regretted. It'd mean that he might have less time ''alone'' with Rivkah, something that he was starting to cherish even though he barely knew her.

“I have foreseen your destruction.”

"I need a teacher, that power level, I assume they would be able to teach me how to control my... powers," Really she meant the torture she experienced in sleep, the horrific images, and dreams. and now, this new ability to hear thoughts. The thoughts caused her to tense slightly, but Abaddons presence calmed her. She pressed closer to Abaddon, her head almost resting on his arm.

"The dead shall rise. Then you will fall,"

Feelings of nervous joy started to flutter in Abaddon's chest as Rivkah pressed close against his arm. Yet he sensed that something was off, and worry started to gnaw at the back of his mind. Almost like a nervous twitch, Abaddon's eyes kept jumping between the crowd, and Rivkah's face. He was hoping he might catch some minor expression on Rivkah's face, that might ease his mind and stave off the worry.

Abaddon thought of what Rivkah might mean by powers, and then began the odd person who would come seeking The Old Man for a certain unique kind of advice. It clicked almost immediately what kind of powers she might be talking about and said, "I once knew an old man who was like you, he always seemed to know impossible things. Is that what you're talking about?" Now his attention had almost fully shifted towards Rivkah, and he was only vaguely aware of what was happening around them.

“I have foreseen your destruction.”

Rivkah stopped moving and looked up at Abaddon with empty eyes. "Yes.... I see horrible things in my sleep, terrible things, and then they happen... I want to know how to control it, so I can use it." She held Abaddon's arm tighter, pressing her head against him. "It gets scary, waking up alone int he dark, unable to see, unable to know what is going to happen."

There was something about this man that made her feel calm and safe. She felt she could trust him, he had proven he would fight for her, before they had really gotten to talk. She felt full of warmth, and she felt she could be herself with him. It was the most wonderful feeling in the world. A prayer to the gods for her luck in meeting him, and Rivkah was content. She wondered how he would take her honesty.

Abaddon squeezed Rivkah's hand as his feelings of worry grew. Almost completely on impulse, he stopped walking, turned to Rivkah and wrapped his free around her while pulling her in for an awkward hug. He held her tight for only a moment and then just as quickly let go, blushing furiously. In a small voice, Abaddon said, "If you want, I could make it so you're not alone anymore." Nervously he turned away a little, but didn't let go of her hand.

“I have foreseen your destruction.”

Rivkahs mind froze as Abaddon hugged her, her heart beating wildly, as she was pressed against the tall mans chest, her mouth suddenly dry. She kept blind eyes on Abaddon, as if she would be able to see him if she willed it hard enough. She listened to him speak in such a soft voice. It practically knocked the breath from her. "Abaddon, I..." She wasnt sure what he meant. Did he mean he would never leave her side, or did he mean he wanted something more than friendship between them? Either way she would be happy. She liked Abaddon, and owed him her life. "I would love that," She replied, moving closer and resting her head against his muscled arm, unsure of what else she could do. She wasnt used to having friends.

At first, Abaddon could only hold his breath, as he waited for her reply. A knot of worry formed in his chest as she started to speak, which only grew worse as she lost the words she was looking for. After what felt like eons, she finally spoke again and that knot of worry quickly unraveled with her words. When Rivkah rested her head on his arm, a peace fell over Abaddon and yet at the same time a new lightness took hold of him. He couldn't explain why, but his general fidgeting had stopped complete, and his weariness of the crowd faded away. After gently squeezing Rivkah's hand, Abaddon started walking again, though at a rather slow pace, reluctant to ruin the mood.

“I have foreseen your destruction.”

Rivkah smiled, she took the silence as a good sign. Silence had always been good to her when she was growing up. It meant no one was coming to beat you. The wall she had placed around her heart was crumbling. Abaddon was the most amazing man she had ever met, the only one who protected her and actually wanted her. It was an amazing feeling, though she did miss the company of her dead friends... what would he say when he found out about her fascination... about her lineage? She couldnt help but know what she came from, it was something she had just known instinctively all her life. Another reason she was so close to the dead. They were family, literally.

Breath quickening, Rivkah's chest rose and fell rapidly, a slight panic beginning in her as she thought about Abaddon rejecting her when he found out what she did... She would have to stay away from death from now on wards. She couldnt risk him rejecting her... though it would pain her to do so. Slowly, she calmed herself relaxing once more as she worked out the solution to her rejection problem. She opened her mouth to speak, though she lost her words again and snapped it shut with an audible click. Mulling it over she tried to speak again. "Abaddon... I am... Really enjoying myself," A red blush covered her cheeks and crept down her neck to mottle her chest where it was visible above her neckline. The hand she had free was still clutching her bundle, though it was dangling down by her side, instead of being pressed against her torso as it usually was.

"The dead shall rise. Then you will fall,"

Abaddon could feel something suddenly change with Rivkah's mood, and he silently wondered what could bring her to a panicked state. Almost as quickly as she had started, Rivkah seamed to start composing herself. He waited as patiently as he could when she started to speak, and then mentally relaxed again as her words brought a grin to his face.

"I'm enjoying myself as well." He said light-heartedly, trying to raise her spirits. Looking ahead, Abaddon noticed they were headed in the direction of what might some kind of military building and asked, "We're coming up to some pretty big structures, that's the area with the strong energy correct?" He wondered who or what the source of that energy was, and feared it might be the same as that creature that attacked them earlier that day.

“I have foreseen your destruction.”

Rivkah did not want the moment, the intimacy, between them to come to an end. She loved being with Abaddon, though she was nervous. She stopped walking forwards suddenly, still gripping Abaddon with one hand. "That is where they are coming from, yes... Though I..." A blush flared on her pale cheeks. "I would much rather be alone with you right now..." She bit her lower lip and ducked her head, staring at the ground as if it would open and swallow her. She was not used to expressing her feelings, let alone her wants. Though she knew she could trust Abaddon with her life, it was still something she was becoming accustomed too.

Abaddon almost didn't stop at first, but the sudden lack of pressure on his arm felt odd, followed by a gentle tug made him stop and turn around almost instantly to face Rivkah. At first he was baffled, why would she stop? the thought echoed through Abaddon's mind. As she started to speak, Abaddon could feel his face redden, and at first he was at a lose for words. Finally finding his voice again, Abaddon said nervously "Okay. Is there any kind of place you want to go too?" He couldn't help but focus on Rivkah, and began to stare at her without realizing it as he waited for a response.

“I have foreseen your destruction.”

Rivkah bit her lower lip as she mulled over the question. Where did she want to go? She wanted to go somewhere they could be together, alone, just the two of them. Somewhere they could just be together, without the noise and the constant throb of energy that pounded in her mind, somewhere that they could learn more about each other. The bond had been formed, however, Rivkah wanted to learn more about Abaddon, the normal way. She had cheated when they first met, reading his name from his energy like a book. One day there would be no secret he could keep from her, for now, she wanted to learn anything he wanted to tell her, before she found out for herself.

Rivkah nodded slowly. "Well, yes and no, I have something in mind, though, I'm not sure where we could go. I just want to be alone with you Abaddon, completely and totally alone," A blush formed across her cheeks as she imagined what he could be thinking she meant. She just wanted to talk, but if he thought that was what she meant... well, she didn't even know how to process that. The activity in question was not often in the forefront of her mind.

"The dead shall rise. Then you will fall,"

Abaddon thought carefully on Rivkah's words, she couldn't possibly mean the something that first flashed across his mind, and his cheeks flashed red at the thought. Getting his train of thought back on the right path, Abaddon realized Rivkah meant somewhere more peaceful, a village most be the complete opposite of what she was used too. "I think I know of a place... But I should ask first, are you afraid of heights?" He said as he thought of the tree he'd been using as a temporary home. It was out of the way of the village somewhat, but it definitely qualified as peaceful.

“I have foreseen your destruction.”

Rivkah bit her lip, trying to fight back a smile before she burst out into a chime like laughter. "Abaddon, How could I be afraid of heights, if I cant see them, or the long drop from the heights?" She continued to laugh not at him, but at the absurdity of her being afraid of heights. Slowly she regained control of her spastic diaphragm and stepped closer to Abaddon, leaning in to rest her head against his chest. "Take me to the high places and tell me how beautiful it is?" She asked, a note of regret lacing her tone, regret that she would never be able to see the wonders of the world for herself.

He grinned with excitement, and then almost to loudly with a laugh, he said "Well if you say so." Knowing full well that they were going to going a hell of a ways up. As He heard the sorrow in her voice, Abaddon pulled Rivkah closer and hugged her tightly and half-whispered. "Sure." After a while he let go and began to gently pull Rivkah back through the Marketplace towards the main portion of the village. Along the way he added, "I hope you don't mind, but I'm probably gonna have to carry you up part of, or more likely most of the way up to the spot I'm thinking off."
