Haha,
but I still want BB to lost his memories for a while XD
I'm planning something, but I'm still playing it out in my head.
Here's some part of it Vibes with his persuasion, made BB to forget his gang days and abusive parents...I wonder what his personality and attitude will be like. Cause it's linked right?
I think Vibes is pretty weak, physically. That's why he needs minions to command. And he's an ex-hero, so I think he won't fight, hard enough. He could pretend to be the children's teacher, and no one knows what he looks like. Let's go with, as long as Vibes doesn't touch them (BB & SS), his powers won't effect them.

JUNO CAN BE THE DISTRACTION. Ahahahaha.
He can go in guns blazing and all flashy. Hahaha. I don't know how they'd get Vibes through all this though. He has to be in close vicinity in order to control all those kids, right? So Juno can disrupt the event or whatever while BB gets Vibes. And then they can both go after The Seer? Or maybe the other way around. BB goes for The Seer first while Juno is causing a ruckus. xD
How about Juno accidentally took out Vibes, being all that blazing and flashy, when Vibes was done locking-up the place and escaping...to some...hidden place. SS thought he knocked out a civilian but when that happened, the kids went back to normal. Then BB finds Seer, while Juno's busy. Trying hard not to blow the children and the place up. But isn't doing very good because The Seer knows his moves, and threatens to blow up the place even if Vibes is still inside (I've read that he's crazy XD). But Juno made it in time firing the bomb control when The Seer was going to press it, distracted, BB pounds him. How's that?

I guess the main thing here is that their first tactics were the traditional hero-ways, where they go in discreetly and try and figure things out. And then the second way is doing it their own way. So they sort of discover how to be their own heroes instead of following what other heroes have done. At least that's what I think it would be like for Juno, he would try not to be so flashy/reckless and noticeable at first but then by the end that's what saves the kids? I don't know how it would be for BB though. xD
Yeah, I like that, let's go for traditional tactics, going covert, being observant and team work, etc,. BB hates that, and wants a direct assault right away, so doing the things he learned in training in their first part of the mission would make him even more pissed,
when he's holding it in him to go berserk while on duty...then they were pulled out...nice...
So in the later part, he could learn that, like you said, having their own style of being a hero, but what they've learn in training is still relevant and important, like team work, (because BB wants to be alone in missions I think, also just attacks without thinking about it much...) but merging that knowledge to their own fighting style.
XD So it's nice to be flashy once in a while...while still rooted in your grounds.

It has to be an event that ALL those children would be able to go to though. Because they're trying to make it look inconspicuous, right? So it could be a children's charity event or something. And this large group of kids are orphans, and they're going to this event because all these rich grown up people or whatever decided to donate to their orphanage? Ahahaha.
Ah!
The orphanage sought the help of the heroes because their case was weird and the police are having a hard time solving the case. One time a shady man went there, pretending to be a volunteer worker and then suddenly the children acted differently and went out. Then they've been missing ever since.
AH! Charity auction! And while the fiasco's happening, a certain item was missing. That's the third hidden villain's doing and planning all along. To steal something from the auction...exploding all the citizen was a part too but the item can be his main objective.
So, in their flash forward, Vibes could be connected again to him...
...nah...why not make it Vibes was the thief, that third hidden villain, stealing that item for his boss. A double
agent villain, and Seer was not a part of this group. Now on their flash forward, Vibes stole that item again because he knew now what was it for, and wants to prevent it (ex-hero right?) and was on the run when he encountered BB and SS.
But in the end they both retrieved the lost item...and Vibes went to jail.
I feel bad for him.
Did I make it complicated?
I should eat, I'm starving.
