 For a moment Apollo stood there, thinking he'd heard those words before. It was a couple years back when he was in the Snow Country. He turned, headed towards the casino while saying "I hope so..". His feet stopped, awaiting Suzume to wrap herself around his arm so that they may enter together. There had to be 100's of people in there and the entire place seemed to flux in and out. Apollo began to walk in and saw the many tables that were open. He needed to choose one that wasn't the hottest and that he could pull attention too. His eyes caught one near a wall, where only two men sat and the dealer was giving out cards. This was where he'd be going. "C'mon! C'mon! Winner!" A man was houting from the table as Apollo walked up. "HIT ME DEALER!" Numbers came out to 24. Too bad for this guy. "Sorry sir, but your night is over." The dealer said to the gambler who snorted lightly. That probably was his paycheck for the week. "Well now it seems we have a new set of players!" The dealer said to Apollo and Suzume. Apollo smirked, taking a seat on the many stools. He expected Suzume to stand behind him as he'd instructed. "Nah, just me. I'm feeling lucky tonight." The dealer smiled, doing all types of card tricks while looking at Apollo. "Well, I hope your feeling is good sir. No one has won big on this table tonight besides Mr. Shima." PERFECT! If Shima had played this table he'd be back if he heard someone outplayed him. That was a rule of gambling. "Well, Mr. Shima huh? I'm sure some of his luck will rub off on me, don't ya think love?" Apollo rubbed Suzume's arm lightly, giving her a sly smile. It was time to play the game and he would be sure to win it. The man dealed out the cards and Apollo was the only one sitting at the table currently. His eyes read the cards lightly before he gave a smile. "Hit me.." The dealer did as he was told before tossing the deciding card out. Perfect 21. "Well now, looks like your luck is paying off Mr.." Apollo smiled, placing the money bet on the table in exchange for the chips. "I'm guessing your going another round sir?" The dealer said while smiling. Apollo only flipped his fingers with a smirk, the same oe from before. "Toss em out my good man.." This night was well under way.

Chakra Pool: 295 ~ AC: 7650 ~ Ryo: 800 When the man stopped, Suzume could guess why and placed her arms around his arm. This was all new to her of course but the red head acted naturally. Which meant she smiled, looked relaxed, and was as polite as could be. There was certainly a lot of people in the casino, jammed in and moving about, Suzume got a little closer to Apollo so she would not be separated from him. She'd follow Apollo wherever he went, she'd have to do that anyway to fit with the role she was playing.
The man seemed to have found a suitable table near the wall. One man was out and now the dealer had taken notice of them. While Apollo took a seat on the stool, Suzume stood behind him. She had almost stepped to take a seat but reminded herself of the role she was playing. This was a bit... well, subservient for her, how could other women do this sort of thing all the time? She watched the dealer go through the various card tricks, pretending to be awed and entertained but she was still being reserved and silent. Hearing that Shima played at this table, she knew that had to mean he would be back.
When it was time for her to speak, Suzume was no expert at being flirtatious or anything but had to try her best. "Mm... I'm sure it will, dear." Argh, hopefully that did not sound bad. Her voice had been normal but would that be the right response? It was supporting and it sounded like a warm response. Keeping silent for now, Suzume watched as Apollo played cards. He was doing quite well and that was certainly no coincidence. Suzume knew he had to be reading the cards in some way. Of course she was happy when he won, having been waiting in anticipation, surprised to see him win, then being supportive and softly congratulating him. It seemed right to her although if she did anything off then she would tone it down of course.~Cloud ~ Male German Shepherd ~ Ninja Dog in training ~ "There are no limits. Suzume was playing her role to a tee and that would work out nicely with this game. Apollo didn't stop winning. Game after game, he flushed out mountains of chips which would do nothing more than transfer into money. So far, they'd won over 700,000 thousand Ryo, which topped Shima's 400,000 by quite a bit. People had begun to flood around the two and many more players joined in the game. By his time Apollo didn't wanna seem too out of the ordinary, so he allowed himself to lose a chunk here and there to balance things out. Though he never went below 500,000. "Hit me dealer!" He said, the card turning into another perfect 21 game. The crowd cheered and Apollo grinned. This night was going well. That's when the target mad ehis way into the casino. It grew silent as the man entered, looking from left to right at everyone, then, to Apollo's table. So this had been the one smudging his reputation as the best gambler in Kurigaske. The man walked over, his guards flooding around him whilst looking to Apollo. He reeked of high society and cigars. "Well now, I've gotten a call that we have a big winner here." Apollo smirked, taking a swig of the sake which lay before him. "I wouldn't say I'm a winner Mr. Shima. Just a man who's been rubbed by your luck." Shima smiled in a gruff manner, tossing a random bunch of cash onto the table. "Get me some chips. I want in on this game." The tension could now be felt in the room. It seemed Shima's grip had made it's way to this town as well. "I hope my luck doesn't run short because of your entry and maybe I'll learn a thing or two from your skills." Shima laughed a harty laugh, grabbing his chip before tossing a pile towards the dealer. He then ordered a drink while saying. "You? Learn from me? Hhaha, I like you kid! You know how to talk!" Yeah, sure, whatever that meant. Apollo rubbed Suzume's arm, giving a look up to her. He gave her a light smile before kissing her hand. Through that kiss traveled his intentions and because they were Shigure Soen masters she'd be able to read him perfectly. "Get ready.." Was the message. The game was on and it was time to get started. "What will the bet be gentlemen?" Shima smirked, taking a puff from his royal cigar. "I'mm toss in a light 300,000 to start. What'll you be bettin kid?" Apollo smirked, putting up the same ante. "300,000 it is." The crowed awed, listening to the two high spenders. Apollo needed to figure out some form of distraction while he continued to play so that Suzume could slip the drug. That was now what was running through his head.

Chakra Pool: 295 ~ AC: 7650 ~ Ryo: 800 Since no one gave her a strange look, Suzume assumed she was playing her role correctly. She continued to act as she did, reserved despite looking excited whenever Apollo won and of course disappointed when he lost. So far Apollo had won quite a bit of money, it had to be more than what Shima had ever won. People were starting to crowd around them to watch Apollo win big. So far no sign of Shima but he was bound to show up soon, right? Suzume found her assumption correct when everyone became silent. She looked over her shoulder, curious to see what was going on when she spotted a rather well to do man, their target, Shima.
Guards were everywhere around him, no one would be able to get close enough unless allowed. The scent of cigars made her nose twitch and Suzume almost sneezed. She kept it in though, not wanting to interrupt the conversation or call attention to herself. There was a bit of banter between the two men before Shima joined in the game and got some chips. She looked back to Apollo, smiling as he rubbed her arm and unable to help but blush ever so slightly as he kissed her hand. That was the signal to get ready, she'd have the white powder ready to spike Shima's drink. Now the guy was really high stakes, everyone was focused on the table. It would be hard to slip something into Shima's drink, they needed some sort of distraction. Nothing was coming to mind though, not unless she could slip away and intercept Shima's drink, spiking it before it hit the table.
Gently she placed a hand on Apollo's shoulder. She seemed nervous since he was betting so much but also she wanted him to know she was scrambling for an idea as well.~Cloud ~ Male German Shepherd ~ Ninja Dog in training ~"There are no limits. The dealer couldn't have a bigger grin on his face. With these two men betting so high money would most likely come flooding his way eventually. "Alright men, the bets have been set, there is no going back. Let the game begin." The dealer tossed the cards in and Apollo quickly scanned the table with a blank stare. His mind wandered more so to how the drug would be given and when it would be given. They had to play their cards right here or this would be for naught. Apollo's eye caught the waitress bringing over Shima's drink and his hand slid to Suzume's in a worried manner, making him look afraid for the game. "Drop..drug...in..with..M..ijut..su..Ame." Were the words read. If she moved fast enough she could place the drug into his drink and get back to her spot without ever being seen. That's just how quick Suzume was to normal people. Hopefully she'd get the message and hopefully she completed her duty as Shima's drink slid over to him. "21! Mr. Shima wins!" The crowd calpped lightly as Apollo held a frown. He didn't like losing, even when he wasn't supposed to be winning in the first place. "Well now! Looks like I win pretty boy! I guess your luck ran out!" Apollo smiled, giving a bland wave. "600,000 winnings ain't nothing. I got that just by sitting here." Shima sneered, annoyed by Apollo's words. "What?! Then whatcha wanna bet kid?!" Apollo smiled, tossing in all his chips. "I have 400,000 left here. I'll toss all of it in and even give ya the clothes off my back. Just for the hell of it! That's what you get if you win. If I win, I get 400,000 from you to even out the ante." Shima couldn't help but laugh at Apollo's words, tossing in the 400,000 without thought. "Hope you have on some nice undies kid!" Apollo smiled, putting his arms out. "Only the best!" The crowd laughed and Apollo placed his hand on Suzume's arm once again. "Did..you..do..it?" He needed to know before he let this bet fall through.

Chakra Pool: 295 ~ AC: 7650 ~ Ryo: 800 Honestly she was so worried and slightly stressed that she forgot something so simple. Suzume was more used to being around shinobi that could catch a hint of her movements. Around regular people though, she doubted that anyone would see her. Especially since they were so focused on the table and not her. When Apollo pointed this out, quickly muttering the words to her, Suzume wanted to face palm. Instead, she kept quiet and got ready to use Mijutsu Ame, also spotting the waitress coming over. She kept her hand movements subtle, getting the powder ready in her hand. The waitress was getting closer and everyone was focusing on the table. Suzume kept her eyes on the table but in her peripheral vision, she kept her eye on the waitress.
When Apollo lost the hand and everyone was busy, including Shima, Suzume made her move. It was a flash, she doubted that any normal person would catch it. Even the waitress had been caught up in the win and did not notice. The powder was placed in the drink and it was disappearing quickly. Then her hand was right back in place, no one said anything, no one was looking at her, it looked like she pulled it off. Then Apollo raised the bet, probably to get back what he lost and more. Suzume merely smiled at the banter even though she seemed worried at what Apollo was betting. Feeling his hand on her arm, Suzume quickly sent the message and kept it simple. With Suzume's answer Apollo smiled, slamming his hand in the table. "Alright gentlemen! Let's get this last game underway!" The crowd yelled in excitement and Apollo grinned slyly. This was going to be his game. Shima looked to the group while taking a sip of his drink. Yes! The first mission had been a success. "Let's go dealer! Get to doing yer job!" The dealer nodded and grabbed the cards before shuffling. This was then followed by tossing them out. Then tension had once again returned as everythin rided on what time to say hit me. Would he go home shirtless or win big? It was Apollo's time to shine! The two stared at one another, waiting for the right time to call. It seemed everything slowed for a moment as Shima called out. "HIT ME!" The crowd was on edge and even the dealer himself, slowly turning the card. Apollo smirked though, he knew the card count and this was far too early to be yelling hit me. "Mr Shima...you've..lost.." The numbers came out to 20. With a wide grin Apollo grabbed the mess of chips off the table and began to get up. Shima on the other hand stood up, looking furious. "Well, that's game Mr. Shima. Guess my luck didn't run out huh?" His words slipped while he began to walk away, Suzume still at his side. "Dman it! I never lose! Who the hell does that guy..think..he.." The drug had kicked in and the next thing ya know Shima was out like a light. It probably would've been easier to kill him right then and there, but their were too many witnesses for such a move. Apollo soon reached the front desk and exchanged all the chips for cash. "Here you are sir, 800,000 Ryo. Enjoy your night!" He simply nodded to the man behind the counter and began to walk out with Suzume in tow. People were to busy worrying about Shima to even care for his exit. As they reached the outside Apollo quickly disappeared, Suzume going with her. She'd catch the Mijutsu before it even started.
They'd re-appear a few blocks away, on the steps of a shabby motel. That was a snap. AMAZING JOB SUZUME!" Apollo said, grasping her in a hug, happy that she'd done so well. If she weren't here all of this would be much more difficult. "Because of you we just made our jobs a million times easier. Not only that, but we just came up in Ryo!" His smile knew no bounds and you could tell he was happy. "Though we won't be able to take all this back to Cloud with us, I'm sure we can enjoy ourselves with it for tonight. How about we hit a nice resturant and just enjoy ourselves?"

Chakra Pool: 295 ~ AC: 7650 ~ Ryo: 800 Confident that no one had spotted her spiking the drink, Suzume watched as Apollo and Shima played one last game. Despite knowing that Apollo knew what he was doing and would probably win, it was still exciting. She had seen as the man took a sip of his drink, now their job tonight would be easier. She watched the game, watched the cards come flying and Apollo made his move. When it came up, it was twenty and it beat Shima's hand. She gave a small cheer, moving back so that Apollo could get up from the table. The other man seemed furious but that did not matter since he was slowly slipping into unconsciousness. The red head almost skipped along behind Apollo but kept in character, although she could not tone down the big smile on her face.
After cashing the chips, they left the casino and a split second after Apollo disappeared, she disappeared as well. Suzume was a bit slower since she was wearing a dress but she managed to keep up. That had been quite fun actually, she'd think about getting into more missions like this in the future. When they stopped at the steps of a shabby motel, Suzume was surprised by the hug. Yet she was happy enough that she returned it, laughing softly and looking quite happy. "Thanks! That was really exciting! Slipping the drink, you winning that final hand!" Hearing the other suggest spending the money on a night just for them, Suzume nodded. "That sounds really good. Maybe there's a show going on somewhere too." Although she had no idea if they could spend all the money quickly enough.
Still, now that she thought about it, this was sort of shaping up to be a date. Well, did Apollo see it like that? No, she was just over thinking things, they would just enjoy a fun night before they got down to business tomorrow..~Cloud ~ Male German Shepherd ~ Ninja Dog in training ~"There are no limits. What to do? What to do? The possibilities were endless! Apollo allowed Suzume to latch onto his arm once again before beginning to walk towards a busier part of town. The night, in all, was extremely grand. They visited different shows, ate out in a fine resturant, and Apollo even got Suzume to take a picture or two with them. It had been awhile since Apollo had enjoyed himself to such an extent, but they did have work to do the next do, so he suposed it was time to head in. He walked along with Suzume, headed back to their hotel room. "I had such a good time tonight Suzume. I can't recall the last time I'd had such fun." It was true. Apollo had aways been running about, completing mission after mission. To just chill out and enjoy an evening with a lovely young lady made him feel rejuvenated. That feeling, the feeling of youth, burned within now. Sadly, this night just had to ruined by some random thugs following after the two. Apollo sighed, looking over to Suzume as they turned a corner. "In total we have about 6 of em. Seems like they've been following us ever since we left the resturant." Course Suzume's senses were almost as good as Apollo's himself in these situations. "We don't wanna cause a ruckus, so we'll guide em down a alley, knock em out in one go, then take to the rooftops in order to get back. Is that okay with you Suzume?"

Chakra Pool: 295 ~ AC: 7650 ~ Ryo: 800 This was certainly a fun night, Suzume had not done something like this in a long time. Having moved out on her own since a young age, the red head had to be more responsible and good with money. Which usually meant she did not have enough money to go out and do something fun. They visited a variety of showed, they ate in a restaurant where everything tasted good, and Suzume even got in a picture or two with Apollo. All in all, it was a fun night out which was sort of like a date.
Now they had to call it a night so they would be ready tomorrow evening. She walked with Apollo down the street and back towards their hotel. She did not notice them right away but she did notice them seconds after the blonde did. It seemed weird to have six people walking right after them but she had to assume that they were a possible threat. She heard Apollo confirm that they were going to be a problem. She had not brought any of her swords with her but she still had her taijutsu. It would just be a little hard to kick in this dress. Hopefully she'd be able to hike it up and not flash anyone. "Then let's put the finale on our night." The blond said, coming down a street and turning into the alleyway. As soon as he did that he could feel the 6 men closing in on them, running from their hiding spots. "Did ya see how much cash they were blowin!? There's no way we're passin this up!" All six men ran down the alley, looking for the two. Apollo had already passed through them and yet they had no idea of it. He'd delivered a hard punch and kick to each of the mans guts, causing two of them to keel over and trhough up. That was then followed by those two passing out. "Wha?! What the ********?! Who's doing this?!" Apollo smirked as he moved from within a shadow, coming up behind the man and sending a hard kick to the side of his neck, knocking him out and into a wall. "This is the cost of your greed gentlemen. Perhaps next time you'll think about attacking strangers through." Apollo then disappeared from the alley, using body flicker to appear on the rough above. Suzume was probably done just as quick as he was and with that assumption he looked over to her. "Well, I do say our night has been thrilling. Get back, take a shower, and go to bed. We'll take time out the morning to prepare." He wondered something though, since she was in a dress and all, would she rather ride back in his arms again? "Want me to carry you orrrr are you alright in the dress?"

Chakra Pool: 295 ~ AC: 7650 ~ Ryo: 800 Nodding in reply, Suzume continued walking and turned into the alleyway with him. That was then the six men made their move to try and rob them. She could guess they would each take three, three on her side and three on Apollo's side. Before they moved, she hiked up her dress so that she could kick properly. Even though she was just limited to kicks, the kicks were strong and it was a good way to protect her hands and keep her hands free for using her sword. Then she moved at the exact same time Apollo had. The speed she was using, she doubted that the men would be able to catch up with her.
She landed two neck strikes to the men, nothing that would be considered fatal of course. Just enough that they would be knocked to the ground and knocked out. The final one, strike to the knees to make him buckle and then a kick to his temple to knock him out. She jumped up after the male to the roof top. Suzume pushed her dress down so that she was not showing so much leg. At least none of the attackers would of seen her underwear. Looking over to Apollo as well, she smiled and said "A shower and bed sounds nice." Hearing the offer to go back being carried, Suzume thought about it for a moment. "Mm... I'm still not used to moving around in a dress. So I'll take you up on that offer." Besides, it sort of felt nice to be carried by him. She moved closer so that he could pick her up and they could head back to the motel.~Cloud ~ Male German Shepherd ~ Ninja Dog in training ~"There are no limits. As she walked over Apollo pulled her into his arms, doing a wrapping motion. His eyes looked into her gray ones and for a moment the scene became pretty romantic. Monnlite night, them being so close, lips barely apart. His heart raced at the thought of trying a move on her..but maybe..maybe..it was just the achohol going through his system. "Umm.." His single word slipped out while picking her up. "Lets..get moving....hold on." Then, he was gone, using mijutsu in order to move across the city at an extremely quick pace. The night was beautiful and the place was lite with lighting. This was a lot like the night when Apollo defected from Konoha and came running to Cloud all over the sake of one woman. Someone who he cherised and cared deeply for who was claimed by death because of some stupid war. That was long ago though and there was no need to dwell on the past. They soon came to their room window and it was still open just as they'd left it hours before. Apollo slipped in before sitting Suzume down. "Thank you for riding Air Apollo." A little joke as he moved to remove his suit jacket. "I'm sure you wish to jump in the shower before I do. Why don't you go ahead and take first dibs. I'll sit here and start getting things ready for tommorrow." His hands slipped to his documents bag and placed the Ryo left over inside. That was what he'd use to pay the informant for transferring Cloud, so everything worked out pretty well. His eyes scanned over things, Apollo starting to scribble notes here and there.

Chakra Pool: 295 ~ AC: 7650 ~ Ryo: 800 Maybe it was a little romantic, there was no way that Suzume could miss that. Her heart did skip a beat as their eyes stayed locked. Apollo finally said something so the moment was over and they could get going. It was a little strange for her, she hadn't recalled a guy making her feel like this before. Maybe she just liked older guys, since they were more mature and reliable. Suzume held on as they moved but she let her head rest against the blonde's shoulder. This was really comfortable to say the least and she certainly felt safe. The trip back to the motel was relatively smooth, after a long night Suzume felt she could fall asleep like this. The trip was over though and Apollo had landed on the window's edge. He set her down first, the red head touched down on the floor, smiling to Apollo and saying "Thank you. That was a very comfortable ride."
When offered the shower first, Suzume searched through the clothes for a pair of pajamas and other essentials. "Such a gentleman." she teased, smiling as she got together a comfortable pair of pajamas, with a top and a bottom. Going into the bathroom, she saw that they had soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels already so she just had to turn the water on. She got it to a nice hot temperature before undressing then stepping in. The heat helped relax her muscles, it felt quite nice as she washed her hair. After shampoo and conditioner, she used a smaller towel to wash her body after lathering it up with the bar of soap. By this time she turned the temperature down to a nice crisp and cool temperature. Something refreshing to help cool her down. After she finished washing up, Suzume turned off the water and got out to dry off.
She'd exit the bathroom a couple minutes later after having brushed her teeth and combed her hair. Suzume picked out a simple t-shirt and cotton shorts to sleep in. Apollo had been scribbling down all types of things in order to give the report to the Raikage. As Suzume slipped into the bathroom Apollo let a sigh escape. "What am I doing?" He was of course talking about things with Suzume. She was young, at least 10 years younger than he himself. Would that put a damper on anything he might try on her. His hands went into pockets and looked at the pictures they had taken together. She was a amazing young lady, but Apollo just felt like an old man in comparison. Truth be told he wasn't that old. He'd only recently hit 29, but to him he felt over a thousand years. He'd seen so much in his time that he honestly felt like there was nothing he hadn't seen. Apollo quickly flipped the photo's from his hand and tossed them on the bed, followed by him laying his back down. What should he do? Is it right for him to try anything with Suzume? These answers evaded him like flies to the swatter.
Suzume soon entered and Apollo raised his body up. He smiled lightly before moving and grabbing the clothes he'd sat out for himself earlier. "C'mon Apollo.." Speaking to yourself while taking a shower was normal..right? "Shes young, that's for sure, but shes extremely mature. It would work out wouldn't it?" He didn't know. All he could do was see how things turned out. Apollo quickly took his shower, brushed his teeth, and slipped into bottoms with no shirt. His hand twisted the knob, opening the bathroom door and Apollo came walking out rubbing his hair. His body had a few scars on it from all the Taijutsu and Bukijutsu training, but it was rather sculpted. "Got any questions about tommorrow or are we all set to go? I set out all the ninja tools we brought with us so you can prepare yourself. Kunai, Shuriken, Flash Bombs, Smoke Bombs, the whole she-bang."
