One thing he would always pride himself on was his management skills. Real or perceived. Pollux and even his civilian self were task centered. One was just more..legitimate than the other. And legal. Pollux figured that being legal didn't matter anyway, he was a 'terrorist' after all. The thought made him look at Hypnos. Would they really call her a terrorist? Probably not. They might claim she was brain washed. A tool used by the older members. Which as she filed paper work..he kind of was using her as one.
Pollux wasn't sure how to feel about that, aside from just ignoring it. "If I'm not organized, things can get messy. In fighting, you want things to be clean and precise. Same with anything in life. Order. It keeps things from falling apart." Nodding at her, he opened a drawer and set the remaining red files inside. "I do this to keep myself motivated, to have work. It's a job on top of a job I guess you can say." He wasn't about to tell her about some of them. Like the one asking him to beat up a complete stranger for cash.
"As for being alone." He looked around, and pulled up a blue envelope. The job was one asking for someone to watch for night prowlers. The client an older woman wanting make sure the neighborhood was a safe place for her children. "Not really. You're here with me aren't you?"

"Being organized is a great quality," she replied with a nod as he explained.
Her eyes shot to the blue envelope when Sailor Pollux pulled it out, curiously wondering what was in there. It wasn't a file, but it also wasn't a normal envelope. They were normally white, but she observed that this one was blue! She was glad to hear that Sailor Pollux wasn't alone though, giggling softly when he mentioned it was her who was keeping him company. It was right, wasn't it? Was he really alone before she came along though?
"What's that?" She let slip as she stared at it while she though. "I"m glad I can keep you company but... there's no one else?"

"A few other senshi come and go, I don't see them much, don't have to. I trust them to keep up with things on their own." The envelope was closed once more before being set on the desk. "And this? It's nothing too important. A job offer. Do a night watch to make sure an area is safe. Nothing too difficult or that I can't handle on my own." Unless the lady had lied and an extremely powerful youma was stalking about. Then he'd not touch the fire with a ten foot pole. He knew his skills thank you very much.
Pollux smiled a bit at Hypnos, a thought forming in his head. "Would you like to help me out on some nights?" If she accepted he'd be able to have a hand in keeping things orderly, plus, possible good PR. Not to mention.. While he'd not admit it, he'd be able to keep an eye on her and just know she would be safe in any event. Senshi or not a child was a child. And he'd worry. "Clean up, keep the files in order, make sure I haven't taken a nap on the couch by accident?"

There were other senshi? It was always such a rare chance that Sailor Chibi Hypnos got to meet other senshi without there being a large mess, so when the opportunity arose she made a grab for it.
"Will they come back? Can I meet them?"
She watched him put the envelope back down and then she looked up to meet his blue eyes. He just asked her to help him out! He wasn't treating her like a child and he was treating her like the ten year old adult she was. Of course, he really was just treating her like this because she was a child, but she certainly didn't know and the idea made her absolutely delighted. She wanted to help him, she would do her best!
"I would like to," she announced happily.

Once again, he enthusiasm lighten his mood. While he may be skeptical of a child in a magical war, at the very least they were optimistic. Plus they were optimistic while not being annoying as his brother. That was always a plus. "They might not be here for a while. I don't think tonight but others? Yeah, they'll be here." Getting up, he figure the place was fine. He'd gotten done what he needed to do, and didn't nee to linger any longer.
"Hrm?" She wanted to help and he was glad. This would make life so much easier. And keep his worry and stress level down. "Alright then. Hypnos." Pulling open a drawer, a key was pulled out. A spare. Placing it on the desk he slid it towards her. "Consider yourself one of the team. Give me a call when you come by and I can set up some tasks for you. It'll be work,-" Should he pay her? He probably should, but how? A glance over to the empty pizza box in the trash made him smile. "If you work hard, I'll buy you a pizza..or ice cream. Er..something. As pay. How's that sound?"

Although disappointed she wouldn't be able to meet anyone tonight, the hopes of them being here another night certainly covered for any sort of disappointment on that front. She displayed a happy face, practically glowing with joy. It was such a great feeling that her bright little face could only shine brighter when Pollux pulled out a key and then gave it to her! She couldn't believe it! A key of her own! Not only a key but she was able to help them!
She grabbed the key off the desk and then practically hugged it as she pressed her hands against her chest, crossing her arms over each other happily. She would do it without being paid but the thought of getting ice cream for doing something she wanted to do certainly only sweetened the deal. She wondered if she would get to choose which kind of ice cream she'd get, her mind very quickly derailing onto that subject.
"Can I have strawberry?" It was her favourite.

Pollux couldn’t help but laugh. He’d not admit his worries for a child, but if he could keep an eye on her in part, that would comfort him just slightly. She would work, helping him and other while for the most part, keeping her out of harms way. She also had a good taste in frozen treats. “Strawberry it is. And not the cheap kind. That always leaves behind a weird flavor. I’ll get you the kind with strawberry chunks. Heck, as a bonus I’ll throw in some sprinkles.” Looking at the clock it should be time to close up shop. “If that’s all the questions, shall we call it a night?”

If it weren't so impolite to open her mouth wide and leave it like that, she might have while fantasizing about the ice cream with real strawberries in it AND sprinkles. However, it was impolite to so the child tried her best to keep her mouth shut, leaving a small grin to be seen by Pollux as she looked at him with wide eyes. The eyes slowly began to to drop, and unconsciously she let out a yawn, when he mentioned calling it a night. She had forgotten all about the fact she had been in her bedroom moments before she had chased Pollux down the street.
"Okay," she said with a small nod, her hand raising to cover her mouth as another yawn fell through.

Getting up, Pollux went to the door, motioning her to follow him out. "Staff safe alright." He'd watch her while she left, make sure nothing was lingering about. Then he'd lock up, ready tomorrow.
