Jason was knocked against the school wall by the creature, falling onto his side. He leapt to his feet, only to be hit again, this time keeping his feet. He dodged the next attack, and bit the monsters tail next time it came for him, savaging it. It was then he noticed Ookami lying by the wall, his leg bent at an odd angle. Rage descended over him, the world retreating under a red mist as he went for the throat again.

This time the creature was hit. He moved his head out of the way enough that he wouldn't be killed by the attack. It didn't stop him from having a nice gash across his neck. the creature let out a loud his in pain and displeasure. He again tried to kill the student that got in his way.

※The Gang Is All Here...
Moving automatically, Pyry reached his girlfriend's side just as the creature turned. It didn't matter to him that the best was manageable to the student; the thing had gotten far too close to his girlfriend. His bow was in his hand, the tips of his thumb and first two fingers came together around the bow string, and arrow spawning into place as he drew. The turquoise tattoos on his arms, almost tribal in appearance, began to glow as his powers set to work. The arrow went flying, multiplying in the air as his tattoos glowed brighter. There was little chance of the arrows missing, and with the sight of two more students coming to the other's aid, he turned quickly to the blonde woman behind him. "Are you alright?" he asks, the cold rage melting immediately from his features. Wrapping his arms carefully around her, he does his best to comfort her; she had looked so scared. "Please do not leave my side so that I may protect you." his voice is quiet, though there was a strange firmness in it that was unusual for him.
Throwing herself into action as the beast sent the other student into the wall, two wicked looking knives fell from the princess's sleeves into her hands. The blades were maybe six inches each, with tips that curved dangerously. The girl flew up into the air, landing heavily onto the beast's back. Stabbing her knives into the beast's back, she uses them to scale her way up to it's neck. No doubt it would try to shake her off, but she was hardly going to be thrown off by such a foul beast. Rina reached it's throat just as the other student went for it's throat, and she lurched back immediately. She instead satisfied herself with going for the beast's torso, attempting to get in between the ribs.
"Rina! Get back here!" chasing after his sister, the prince drew his sword as he ran. He jumped, his wings whipping out to carry him further forward. Landing at the creature's feet, he busies himself going at it's legs; he would only be in his sister's way on the beast's back, and there was plenty to do to keep it immobile. He swung his sword with deadly accuracy, not about to back down with his little sister in the fray as well.
"No! Get the dog!" rang out the young princess's voice as she noticed her brother getting in on the fun as well. She, too, had noticed the poor creature against the wall, and certainly hadn't missed it's leg bent at a strange angle. No doubt with his owner busy loosing his cool, the pup would remain suffering where it was. She herself was in too advantageous a position to do it herself, and so instead hoped her brother would do what he was told.
"The what?" he snapped, leaping away from the monster to get a better view of the area. After a few moments of whipping his head around, he noticed the wolf pup lying on the ground with what had to be a broken bone. Sheathing his sword, he dove for the dog, bending down to scruff it's ears reassuringly. "Come with me," he cooed, his voice soft and gentle, "We'll try and get you fixed up." scooping up the creature, he sincerely hoped he wouldn't be bitten. Taking off for the medical area, he hoped one of the two students standing by would be able to help.
Feeling the tug on his hand, he allowed Haiki to pull him along behind him. "Hey, cutie, the fun's that way." he pointed back the way they'd come, but he didn't fight. He'd probably follow Haiki to hell and back, if that's what the kitsune asked of him. "Oh, are we going to find our own? That one looks like he's plenty busy, what with your little friend and that lovely lady. Looks like her friend is tending to a pup." glancing about, he noticed that both of his brothers had arrived and each was taking up some sort of position. Pyry seemed to move to protect his girlfriend, and Adney had moved to oversee the medical tent. Things were quickly becoming exciting.

It Approaches... The beast thundered across the campus, swinging it's massive claws at whatever students or staff interrupted its path. It's horrid smell and horrifying look was enough to paralyze the weak before it got even close enough to attack. Glancing around, it stopped before readjusting its path to the large group of students near its fellow beast. With a triumphant 'woosh' of one of its arms laden with sharp, deadly, claws, it ripped through the group.
[ooc: The 'group' could be anybody who wants to fight this monster]-------------------- Droh stumbled out of bed with a loud thud at the urgent calls and yells from the other students in the hall. Monsters? Like orcs? With a groan, the dwarf rose from the floor, preparing his axe and mallets to help defend the school. In matter of moments, he heard the heavy footsteps of many dangerous creatures and it wasn't before long that he started to feel the nervous 'thump' of his heart in his chest. He was never really too good at fighting, but he must be brave. As he wouldn't let his people down, and what would Sopian say if she knew he was a coward? With a loud war cry that echoed down the hall and into the school grounds, he wielded his axe with ferocity, charging blindly into battle.-------------------- Maiara was up and ready at a moment's call, especially at the awful smell of evil beasts. She could barely sense their spirits. What a sad existence they were. Quickly donning her boots and her trusty bow and arrow, she joined the ranks of the students rushing out the school doors to help. The spirit warrior had trained to fight and was trained to know how to fight alongside others. It helped too that she had the additional spirit of the fox, Wayra. Animals often knew how to hunt, and fight, well in packs. With a toothy grin, Maiara couldn't help but feel the excitement of battle at her fingertips as she let loose an arrow at one of the creatures, letting out a triumphant whoop in the process.

The beast wailed as an arrow its wound. He let out a failing cry. It's breathing grew heavy. It was on it's last leg. It's eyes closed a little then opened again. The moment was sluggish to say the least. Finally with Rina's blades coming from it's neck the creature fell to the ground dead.

Haikimaru grinned and pulled Cam along a little a ways were no one looking right their way. The man moved his hand around Cam's waist and he leaved and gave him a kiss before pulling away. "We're going to find our own. I don't want the weaker students to get in my way." He answered as he looked around for their own prey to play with. "Remind me to take you up on that offer of fun later."

Mizuki was shaking a little and tears flowed down her eyes. She really thought she was done for. Her arms latched around Pyry's neck as she dried her eyes with his shirt. Once she was happy with the clearing of her eyes the woman leaned up and gave her boyfriend a kiss on the lips. "I'm fine now." She answered as she held onto him. If someone tried they probably couldn't remove her with a crowbar. Maybe a truck. "I'm sticking with you." She promised him.

※The Gang Is All Here...
"Good." he responded simply, giving her a small smile. He felt better now that he could see the beast was dead, and that his girlfriend had calmed considerably. He wasn't sure how well he could shoot with her so attached to him, but he set that aside for now. If worse came to worse, he knew Adney would step in before things got too bad. "Shall we go help with the field clinic? I am much better than an ice pack, and I believe we could be of some use there." he offers, one arm placed protectively around her waist.
Leaping from the animal's back as it fell, Rina held her knives carefully in her hands. She watched the beast with careful, dangerous eyes as it took it's last breath. When she was sure it was dead, she moved to wipe the blood from her knives on clean patches of it's fur. It had dirtied her blades, and so it would make itself useful and clean them as well. Tucking the blades back in place once they were clean, she moved to check on the other student, coming to a stop over him. "Are you quite alright?" she asks Jason, standing over him with concern.
"Like I'll let you forget." the redhead responded, grinning broadly. The kiss he accepted happily, lust flashing briefly in his eyes before settling lightly. Cam opened his mouth to say something when his attention was suddenly jerked away from the lovely man before him. His head whipped to the side at a foul smell, and he tugged on Haiki's arm lightly. "What about that one?" he asks, hooking the thumb of his free hand in it's direction. "Oh, and look. The little fox finally showed up." he spotted Maiara across the field, already letting loose with a bow.

Haikimaru was happy that Cam seemed to like was going to have a party in Haiki's pants later. The fox too smelled the foul order. It was a lot sharper with his fox noses than it was for Cam. He nearly puked on the spot. "I think we should kill that one and remove the body as fast as we can. Come let's help Maiara and hope for a threesome later." The fox charged with his sword drawn.

Tell Me Baby~
Racing along after Haiki, a whole new wicked grin overtook his features. "Why bother moving it when we can just cremate it?" he asks, slipping his arms from his coat and throwing it behind him as they ran. His arms shot to the side, and flames burst to life up and down his arms. Small balls formed in his hand, and he threw them with all his strength. They were bound to hit, so long as the beast didn't dodge. "Maybe if we heroically come to her rescue and defeat the beast she'll be more obliged." he figured that with Haiki covering the sword angle, he would be more useful doing what he really did best; improvise.

The beast roared with discontent, furious at the flames and heat directed at its lovely, smelly, filthy, form. Swinging its arms wildly about to dissipate the flames, it thundered over away from the archer towards the source of the flames. Feeling some of its flesh burn and fall away, it barely grew weaker. It wasn't until a few more balls of fire hit him that it reeled slightly, but regaining its balance. If it hadn't, it surely would have squished the white haired woman shooting at it. But sparing her wasn't its goal, but falling down would surely be its doom. Giving one last swing at the woman before bounding over to the two men with loud thuds that seemed to shake the very ground itself, its claws lunged forward at the two, intent on drawing blood. -----------
Maiara had continually shot arrows at the nasty creature until she noticed the burning bright flames that could not have came from anybody but Cam. With a faint smile, she thought the beast was defeated, but was rudely awakened when a brutal swing came her way, catching her off-guard as she barely jumped out of the way. She didn't, however, escape all injury as the claws clipped her left side pretty good, drawing blood quickly. Her hand covering her side, she ran away out of range to try to heal it enough to prevent severe blood loss and to get back into the action to help her two men.

Haikimaru liked the idea of rescuing a damsel. Though his girlfriend was no damsel. She could care for herself most of the time. The fox made a great leap as he went for the creatures head. He need to cut it off to make sure it was good and dead before Cam could cremate it. He wanted the smell gone and for good.

Tell Me Baby~
Looking more like a circus performer than a seasoned combatant, Cam threw himself forward at the same time the beast did. Just when it looked like he was about to land on his face, his arms whipped out in front of him; he was doing a handstand on the creature's shoulder, and he grinned broadly from his position. The flames around his arms and hands flicked down, and raced across the beast's skin. His arms bent, and he pushed himself back and away from the creature. From this close, the smell was near unbearable, even for him. Landing lightly on his feet behind the creature, he spun on his heel to shoot a column of fire at it from behind.

Troa entered the campus, and right away sensed something amiss. Hearing the thunderous footsteps not too far away, he rushed over to see the giant creature that Maiara was injured by attacking. His hands shined with red light, his left forming a sleek jet black bow while the other formed an arrow version of the blade Hrunting. The sleek black arrow has the magical capability to fly towards it's target at speeds up to mock ten, and will always fly at it's target and will even if something is in it's way or deflected until it hits. "Everyone back away!" He yelled, knowing that as soon as the arrow hits, a large explosion would blast from the prana escaping from the blade. Releasing the arrow, it quickly turned into a beam of red light that flew towards the creature. Troa knew the beast would probably survive, and because he didn't put in as much prana as he wanted so the blast wouldn't hit the other's, the blade would only be able to turn around once if it was dodged or deflected. Gritting his teeth, he let the bow shatter and ran towards the creature. Jumping into the air, a pillar of ice shot under him and shot him into the air. His hands shining again, he formed the spear Gae Bolg. This time he put in half the normal amount of prana, because the explosion from the spear would be at least twice as large as it would from Hrunting. "Gae Bolg!" He yelled, as the spear shined in red light. Throwing the spear, he wrapped himself in a shell of ice. Snapping his fingers, the shell shattered and split into wings of ice. Spreading them, he stopped before he hit the ground and hovered there for a little while as he waited to see what the creature would do.

So Many Characters In One Place...
A small sound of annoyance escaped Allistar's throat as the sounds of yelling reached her ears through the dorm. Her eyes snapped open as she tried to distinguish the words being said. A small smile crossed her features as she caught the word 'attack.' Giving a complacent yawn, she stretched her arms above her head as she sat up. Slowly, she ran a hand through her blue hair as she stood, groggily locating a pair of slip-ons. With the shoes on, she found her way to the entrance of the dorm, uncaring of her current state in pajamas and not bothering to check on Janalyn. Instead, she listened to the sounds of combat below within the male's hallway, and nonchalantly made her way to the steps.
With the sound of his roomate's rushed movement, Andrew's eyes opened breifly. Sleep was begging his return but the shouting sounded far too close to be ignored. Quickly, he sat up, his hand reaching easily for the lamp at his bedside. It was too late, or too early, for this to be a drill, and therefore he felt obligated to find out exactly what was happening. Swiftly, he dressed, wasting no time in slipping out the dorm's door. Almost without purprose, he stumbled upon a gathering of people; all focused on some...being. Surprise lit his eyes, and his thoughts turned to defense. Spotting his roomate in the most utmost of danger, his steps directed him to the boy's side, only to be paused by the sudden appearance of Rina. Her fierce attitude and rapid actions caused confusion to be written on his face, but he took no more time to kneel at Jason‘s side. Hearing the slyph‘s question, Andrew spoke his own, directed to both his roomate and the princess. ”Are you alright?”
By chance, the young sirens were still awake, having chosen to take a night of card games and movies rather than sleep. Aurora was the first to hear the shouts, as the fourth floor was naturally the last to be notified, and she quickly jumped up, losing no energy in the slight fear she felt. Her sudden movement caused a collapse of Dawn's house of cards, but she chose to keep moving, her path toward Vera's bedroom.
Dawn's eyes narrowed as he project was disrupted, but the second her mouth opened she shut it. The expression her sister held was odd, and it forced the girl to listen intently. Her own face changed into surprise and worry and she stood, pushing her uncle for his attention. "Get up lazy!" she demanded before swiftly ducking out of the room's door. Letting her impulse run, she ascended the flights of stairs with a rush.
Admittedly, Seth's eyes had begun to droop, and a scowl quickly formed on his lips as he felt the shove of his neice's strong hand. "What? Hell!" was his annoyed and drowzy response. Slowly, he stood, trying to figure out why the two girls were acting so strangely. Before he could demand an answer, his hearing picked up the situation, and he gave a growl of annoyance before shoving past the chairs of the room to the entrance. If an attack was upon campus, it was his job to make sure that, at least, Yvette was alright.
Surrounded by stacks of paper, Bellatrix raised her head in surprise at the sudden shouts. Dropping pen, she jumped up from the small desk, worry in her eyes. Her steps cut through the silence in her room, and she made no effort to silence them. She moved into the hallway with a glare prepared for anyone who dared to interrupt her work.

※The Gang Is All Here...
Glancing over at Andrew as he appeared, Rina grinned in response. "I am more than alright." she answered reassuringly, looking a little more exited than one would expect. "I'm having fun." she finished, kneeling on the other side of her dear friend's roommate. Looking from the boy on the ground and back to Andrew, she pursed her lips a moment before plowing forth with her question. "Does he have a dog? There was one here earlier that looked like it had a broken leg. I honestly couldn't tell if it was a student or a pet." her expression was sheepish, and she glanced down at the other student again. He looked like he could be something like a dog or a wolf, so she figured it could be possible. "My brother took it over to the field clinic to see if someone could see to it's leg."
Noting a man with long white hair approaching with a dog in his arms, Solo surges forward to get a better look. The other student relinquished the dog easily enough, and Solo turned to carry it back to one of the cots. Laying it down, he sets to work inspecting the damage; the leg certainly looked broken, but he couldn't be sure. Glancing up, his eyes settled on Cedric. "Hey! Do you know anything about animal anatomy?" he called, hoping for someone a little more knowledgeable than himself.
Handing the dog over to the student standing by the cots, Icarus spun on his heel to hurry back to his sister. He reached behind his head to quickly braid his long hair back and out of the way, tying it off at the end with a black elastic. Spotting his sister kneeling on the ground, his heels dug into the earth as he practically flew across the earth to her side. Sparing only a short glance for the two boys near her, he dropped to his knees to inspect her carefully. She rolled her eyes, but didn't object; he found not a scratch on her, and instead turned careful eyes on the injured boy. "Should we take him to the med clinic?" he asks, eyes pausing briefly on Andrew before turning back to his sister. He didn't know either of the boys, and so Rina's opinion was to be the one most trusted.
