Alex poked her head out from behind the tree, and turned off the flash light. "H-hello. Do-o you wish tah-tah harm me in any way?" She said quietly, not meaning to say it so low. Alex wasnt sure if she did the right thing, but she cant just have some stranger roaming around near her cabin. Who knows what he might do. Might as well see why he is here and how he got here. 'Why is this guy glowing. Am I hallucinating? Maybe dreaming.' She though, blinking her eyes a few times, only to find out it was real. 'Even if he is harmless, what am I to do?'

Tidus saw something appear from behind a tree and the light in his body dimmed down even more as he quivered with dread but when he heard her voice he brightened a bit. huh? the voice again... coming from this native? he couldn't understand what she was saying but he recongized the sound of her voice from right before he regained consciousness when he was falling. I have no idea how she was able to communicate with me from this planet but she seems quite harmless... he thought. he felt he could trust her enough just for that reason and he needed her help. But he still didn't want to let his guard down and he felt horrible for putting her through this uncomfortable situation. Tidus stayed silent as he shyly took a step closer. He hesitated as he watched for any sign of movement or danger from her before taking a few more steps. he needed to get close enough to use the translator on her so it could decipher her speech pattern.

(Sorry. My computer's saftey thingy was actin stupid and wouldnt let us go on any websites so we had to get it fixed. razz )
Alex took a step back, not so sure if she should trust him coming anywhere near her. "You didn't answer me..." She said a bit louder than before. She didn't like the fact that someone didn't answer her when she asked a question. Especially if they didn't hear her and asked her what after the second time of asking. She doesn't feel appreciated when that happens.

(yeah thats fine, i have problems with that too sometimes.)
He stopped instantly when she backed up and raised her voice but he kept watching her carefully. the night and shadow of the trees made it harder to make out the native's appearance. if Tidus couldn't get this human to trust him then he knew he wouldn't survive long in this foreign land. Tidus lowered his head slightly and looked at her innocently trying to keep his expression soft and his eyes gentle but he couldn't help but quiver a little. He was still as freaked out as she was about the situation. "please don't go...." he beckoned in his foregin language and built up some courage to step forward again. I don't want to have to do this the hard way he thought uneasily.

Her eyes lite up when he spoke in a weird language. She raised an eyebrow of curiosity but not a single movement other than that. She didnt know what to do. 'What did he just say?' she pondered. (sorry its tiny. My mind went plonk razz )

(no no your doing great, sometimes its my fault for not giving enough for people to write off from and i understand writers block too. i'm really not as picky as i might of sounded haha)
He noticed her surprise and found it as an oppurtunity to act thinking he wouldn't get another chance. It probably wasn't the best idea on his part but he put his hand in his pocket and took out the contraption. He switched it on quickly and held it up to her face. "Speak..." he pointed at the object that began to light up and then pointed to her mouth trying to get her to say a word or two. its all the translator really needed to identify her language. He saw her face in the light of the translator and he blinked a few times curiously

Her eyes peered at the contraption he held before her, and took a step back. "Whats that?" She asked. She didn't know if it could hurt her or not. And she certainly didn't want it to close to her face if she didn't know. The device he held was so weird looking. To advanced. She never saw anything of it before. It kinda creeped her out a bit in fact.

Tidus didn't respond but just nodded his approval as the translator identified her language. He liked using the translator because it was an extremely fast way to learn a new language. He wondered now why he had it with him before he became a star. he looked down at the small screen on the translator and he pressed a few buttons. a pair of what looked like headphones popped out of the side of it and he put one in each of his ears. Tidus glanced at alex. just wait a little longer... he thought. He put his hand in his pocket waiting thoughtfully as his pupils grew larger and he went into a sleepy daze. the new language was quickly being processed and stored in his brain as a new memory. When it was finished he rubbed his neck like he was pondering something and then stared at her a little desperately "Um....H-hello, do you understand? he asked articulating the new words.

(its cool XD)
He looked a little taken aback from her reply and then stared down at the translator. "Its a translator, you don't have one here??" he held it up for her to see. The look and response Alex was making gave Tidus the impression that she was getting more and more freaked out. He had a hint of hurt in his eyes and lowered his gaze a bit but after thinking it over he had a sudden change of heart and glared at her. "Hey by the way...Where the hell am I?? and how did you communicate with me from space??? he demanded folding his arms. He got up in her face and studied her suspicously like he was interrogating a suspect for a crime.

Alex gave him a glare like he belonged to a mental house or something. "Uhm no we dont have a translator?" She said, a bit confused, then said, "Your Earth, in the U.s.a." She said, moving her head a bit back, not respecting much of his movements. "What do you mean I communicated you from ... space. I didnt do nothing like that." She said, getting a bit irritated. 'He must be mental 'er something' She thought.

"Earth?" Tidus looked bewildered and put his hands in his pockets looking at the ground and then up at her a bit bashfully. "Sorry for getting upset, but i'm sure I've heard your voice before...I thought maybe it was because of you that I fell to earth." He said looking away again.

"What do you mean you thought I did it. I dont have some magical powers or something." She said. "Anyways, do you need help? Are. You. Lost?" She said slowly once again thinking he was mental.
