D a x C a l d e r- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Drip, drip, drop.....▐▀▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▀▌  Dax felt a little uneasy with the laughter as it rang through the place. Dax looked up and saw the birds he was watching early flew off with a flutter. The feathers that they had left behind were floating down softly to the earth. One was reluctant enough to fall into the hands of Dax. Where he brought it to his face and twirled it around in his fingers feeling the textures of the veins as the brushed and tickled his hand. A breez blew by and the feather took the flight as the breeze gusted through. Dax watched it flying away in wonder as it spun with the breeze. Dax looked back at lifted his hair out of his face as the breeze pushed it into an uncomfortable spot and listented to the story that Skye had to offer.
Dax's eyes opened in wonder as the tale was told. He leaned in closly to hear every single word and soaked in every single detail. So that what it was like for a meister and their fated weapon to join. The thought blossomed in Dax's mind as he thought of all the wonderous things that could happen as soon as he was blessed with a meister. Although the thought depressed him a little but for the sake of his newly found friend he kept a smile on until Skye finished his tale and what a wonderous true tale it was. But Dax's eyes buldged as Leon rank was called in front of him. He was number one? Dax had no clue that he was so strong! Dax went over to Leon and studied him and hopefully wanted to be like him one day and on the spot he returned to Skye and twirled on one foot laughing. "Number one really!?!?!" He exclaimed in amazement while in mid spin. He laughed an innocent laugh when he came to a stop and let the world come to rest around him. "That is so cool!" he said leaning closer to the direction of Leon and Skye. "I am ranked number five!" he said but then leaned closer to Skye and hushed his voice while raising his hand to his face so Guy and Dorien couldnt hear. "But I am not supposed to tell anyone it is supposed to be a secret for some reason." He said looking over to Guy and Dorien as they had yet to finish their bickering. He pulled himself away from Skye and resumed his usual stance and had on that same smile he normally wears. This was so much fun he was meeting so many new people. He wondered if the group would all like to be his friends how fun would that be for them all to go on missions together. Well that is if Dax could find himself a meister. Dax sighed to himself as the thought came to his mind. But then straightened his body once more in newly found confidence. He knew he will find his rightful meister one of these days. Just you wait world!
Dax shifted his weight as one foot came behind the other. While doing this motion he put his hands behind his head and rested there while standing. He never thought he would stop smiling like this. He was making friends so fast. Much faster than he was while he was in London. Maybe this bunch could help him out in his times of need. "I like you kid, and you know it's good luck when a God takes a liking to you." Skye stated. "So your a weapon and you plan to become much like my Leon here, but that will take some time, you mustn't forget Leon is wielded by a God....though I only rank #4 on the meister charts my power is pretty damn incredible." Skye bragged, he genuinely liked Dax and was planning to show him the ropes and maybe even see if he could help him find a good meister, than he remembered Ryan. "Oh let me inform you of one thing, from time to time great Godly battles will be held between yours truly and my eternal rival even in death, Ryan Micheal Carry, I swore that I would best him at everything and now that he too has gained himself a weapon we must have duels worthy of a God and his rival." Skye said as he began to drift into a world fantasy world where he had conquered Ryan in a duel, the twinkle in his eyes was a bit creepy, maybe even a little perverted. "and then Rin will finally acknowledge me for defeating her witch accuser...." Skye was now completely in a fantasy world where........ Oooooh boy that is gross........ I don't think you wanna know let's just say Skye is gone right now a good chop to the head ought to snap him out of it. Oh well the man was a character. It just formed another laugh between the two. Just this time, you guessed it, Dax laughed nervously enough along with Skye. While he laughed Skye patted him on the back making Dax caught in mid laugh. Dax swallowed some of his spit and then started to cough. He bent over to make sure it all got out and then he stood up to calm himself. His face was red with embarrassment and laughter. It was already time for them to calm down and Skye started to speak about God fights. Dax cocked his head to the side while listening to the whole conversation. He stood straight with his arms crossed and just listened this time. New names with new meanings flooded his brain as Skye spoke. Who were these Ryan and Rin. Aparently they had some sort of realtionship triangle between the two so Dax just sat and listened.
When it was all getting to the good part Skye started to drift off. Dax walked up to Skye and waved his hand in front of his face. "Skye...." He jumped up and waved at him seeing that he wasnt getting to him he tried again. "Skye!......" He jumped up this time with two hands waving frantically in the air. He stopped as soon as he known he wasnt getting to him. Dax stood there with his arms crossed. While standing he chewed on his inner cheek and tapped his foot impatiently. He stood there and stared for a second. He kept staring at him when finally he realized that the man was just not coming through. What was he even thinking about. He thought about what older people could think about but then he stopped dead and felt a chill up his spin. He did not want to go through that he hoped it wasnt perverted in some way. Gross. But all of this waiting was getting to him. So as he stood there tapping his foot eating his inner cheek, he hoped he wouldnt start bleed. Dax turned and walked to the steps and sat down.
While everyone seemed content with what they were doing Dax decided he could have some fun. While sitting he raised his hands and let his soul wavelength flow to his hands. When it was at the right level he released his powers. Water started to flow from his hands. Not much because he was still meisterless and not in weapon for so it couldnt be a huge river or something. As it filled his hands Dax released it and let it turn and move in the air capturing the sunlight and letting it refact and change creating different shapes and different refractions. Together he made a water and light show. After some display he released it and let it shimmer down creating a small rainbow in front of him. It wasnt big but large enough for Dax the sight made his eyes open with wonder. He clapped his hands and laughed and smiled. Said Ryan as he entered the gym where a lot of people were at. He felt like coming her since he did feel a few people here he knew. The new kid Skye was talking to seemed a little nervous for some reason. To Ryan Skye was nothing to be scared about espically alone. With his weapon he could really do some damage but with out it he was pretty simple to beat. Atleast that is what Ryan though even though he was ranked so low. But to Ryan he did not care what rank he was compared to anyone. Ranks were nothing more then a number that made people think they were more powerful then they really were. To show your real worth you would have to fight someone and beat him. Ryan has seen a lot of battles in his day since he figured out he was immortal. Since that day he has not found ranks meaningful in any situation. Even for school ranks like if you are a grade older but as stupid as the dumbest student younger then you. Those are the stupidest rankings even but he could never really change that since he was a human. Unless some how he became a god like Lord death he would never be able to change that. She's rivalry with Ryan really only stemmed from the fact that he could die and Ryan couldn't, but he wouldn't let it be shown that he was jealous, he began steaming from Ryan's intrusion he looked at Dax. Said Ryan laughing at what Skye said toward him and about him. Skye was something he would always have a laugh about because of what he thinks. Those thoughs were funny to Ryan since he has seen many people who believed they were stronger then a god. Everyone who has said that died by someone who was stronger them. So far Skye was no different then them even though he has not shown himself. Even if he did prove himself Skye would still have to face of with a god like Lord Death. If you win then Ryan might think you are a god but no one has ever done that. Even the first ever Kishin did not won when fighting Lord death. That man was the closest person to ever be a god. Not even Ryan himself thinks he is a god since he knows his flaw which most people did not know. That flaw was getting his soul taken out or his head getting cut off his body. Those were the two things he knows that would surely kill him. He found those two weaknesses the hard way. The way he figured them out was by the two people closest to him died by those mean. As he was laughing he caught the pebble with his bare hand. He was irked but he let it go. "Don't worry Ryan, we shall have our battle and after your defeat I'll go and surpass God." He said as he looked back at Dax. "Well now that you've met my eternal rival it's time you found yourself a meister, and leave this idiot to his thoughts." Skye said as he patted Dax on the back again, "Come on maybe if we head towards the entrance I can show you what it's like when a meister and weapon work well together." He said as he began to walk toward the entrance with Leon hoping to get a training session while doing this demonstration. He really wanted to try out this new move. he continued onward toward the feel not knowing if Leon and Dax would follow but hoping either one would. The reason for leaving was weird since he looked like he was trying to fight him a second ago. Fighting was something he loved to do with or with out a weapon but Skye must be different. He must be the man that has to have a weapon to fight someone. Ryan had many years to train his craft which he loved to show off in one way or another. That is the reason he can fight with or with out a weapon be his side. Though he would rather fight with a weapon but if had no other choice he would gladly choose to fight alone. He might even choose to fight alone if he was really in the mood to fight someone or so he could fight with his madness. Fighting with madness is fun for Ryan if he does not have a weapon. Fighting with his weapon while using madness is a little more diffacult to do. He would rather have his hands free while controlled by madness. Leon, who had been standing next to his partner arms crossed in his common 'indifference pose', changed his stature the moment Ryan began to walk away. He had nothing to comment on the boys behavior, for Leon was not the type to be riled by words. If Ryan felt that they would both die before reaching their goal, then nothing he said would change that. It was a waste getting worked up over trivial things like that. Despite the small amount of respect Leon had gained for Skye, he knew that his partner would never be able to resist such a taunting. It was in his best interest to calm his partner down before another fight broke out. Maybe he would talk to Ryan by himself later on. He was another of DWMA's lunatics that intrigued him. First came first though, pacifying Skye before he could do any harm. That would be a bit tricky though. Leon tapped his forehead to think for a few seconds. Then an idea struck him, he pulled Skye in close and imparted a bit of advice. "Lord Skye, that Ryan is not even worth a god's words. If you want to have the last laugh, simply laugh off his words." He was not exactly confident his master would simply leave things as they were, but at least a chuckle would no get anybody fatally injured. Which reminded Leon, next time they got in a fight before class, leave, they were lucky that Tohsaka had not caught them.
Leon turned to Dax, his glancing over the boy with the same disinterest. "Dax, the world is a strange place. You must excuse people like Lord Skye and Ryan for getting so worked up over rivalries from time to time. Thats just another part of this strange world. I know I haven't said much to you, but you look like a good guy." He had to be, Leon had judged there were two types of people, those that pissed off Skye, or those that he got attaced too. Dax was in the second category, and so was he. It was a weird way to judge people, but Leon was just creating another of his akward metaphors. That aside, he had better finish what he was trying to say to Dax. "As a fellow weapon, we should hang out some time. Most preferably around a group of girls, with a lion thrown in, just for its own sake," Leon was trying to make a joke, but unlike his normal behavior flips, this one was a bit more subdued.

Dax was so mesmerized by the colors how they shimmered in the afternoon sun. His trance set long and hard onto the shimmering lights. Although that was soon broken as soft steps came from behind. They were not hard and they were not soft. Normally a person could find out another's character through their steps. These were neither of the two qualities. Curious, Dax leaned back on the steps and looked up. Where he sat an upside-down version of a man came walking into view. The man seemed normal at least from the looks, but from the looks of it he was someone else from Skye's reaction
Dax heard the scream from the front of him in the direction of Skye. Bending himself into his normal sit-up position he witnessed Skye's look of anger as the man walked down the steps. Complete and total confusion came about him as the two bickered over him talking about who wants to become God and who was bring Dax down...Dax's head started to spin from darting his head back and forth between the two. Finally after a long sense of bickering Dax finally found the name of the newcomer. (Yay he didnt have to call him new-new-newcomer) From the sound and anger in Skye's voice, and the fact he yelled out his name, Dax came to the conclusion that the man behind him was the person named Ryan that Skye spoke of. Turning himself around this time so that he would nt have to bend backwards, Dax studied Ryan. The man named Ryan seemed simple and ordinary. Nothing seemed different. So form his perspective nothing was wrong with him.
Finally Leon spoke between the two. He as an odd man himself but there was something about Leon that he liked that he could not put his finger on. But when Leon brought up girls and a lion Dax's face went beat red. Waving his hands in the air and touching his tips of his index fingers together Dax tried to subdue his embarrassment. He looked up at Leon and spoke "Well...ummm...." He spoke between looking up from his fingers and looking back down again. "Sure I would like to hang out with you but maybe we should hang out before we get girls involved ok?" He spoke into his fingers and then after he finished his sentence he began to start his nervous laughter. Dax turned to Guy and Dorien who still spoke and he bowed to them bidding them fare well and helping him with what they could and all. After the fact he finished he turned and rushed after Skye. As he found his way halfway up the steps he realized that he forgot something important behind. It was his bag. So Stopping and turning once more he retrieved it once more.
Slinging it over his head and letting it rest on his shoulders he looked up and saw Ryan. He turned and looked up the steps and saw Skye quickly going out of view. "ummm...." He turned his head between Ryan and the stairs finally he turned back to Ryan and looked at him in the face. "It was nice meeting you! My name is Dax" He put a smile on his face checking quickly with his eyes making sure that Skye did not go to far off. "Maybe another time we can speak and all....somethings interested me what you just said." He turned and ran up the stairs. "Oh!" Dax turned about and looked at Ryan smiling. "You dont seem all bad I dont go off of what anyone says unless I see it myself." He turned and walked up the steps. While walking he raised his hand and waved. "I look forward to speaking with you again!" He said as he backflipped over the staircase form wich he was perched and then ran towards Ryan charging his soul wavelength in his hand as sweep kicked at Ryan's foot wanting to end this quickly but knowing Ryan, this battle would take a while without a weapon, but he was going to show Ryan that even without his weapon he was pretty damn Godly. He was planning to make Ryan know that they he looked at him as an equal, he was going to surpass God while everyone else stayed under him. He continued with his sweep it inching closer to Ryan's foot Skye had already planned a counter, his mind was working in fit mode now he was a genius, and his fighting skills were incredible....thoguh most people beleived he was an idiot who was bound for death, he was pretty damn incredible and could possibly make his goal, if he beleived enough and became a lot stronger. Even though you more then likely have a counter to a move I might use." Said Ryan as he watched the whole move unfold in front of him. Both his eyes narrowed at Skye's feet as soon as he launched the attack toward his own feet. A million different counters came in his head but one staied in his head the longest. With it staying their for such a long time he knew this one was the best one for the job. As soon as it came into Range Ryan brought his foot out with some speed behind it. Even though it had speed Ryan was not going to use that. He had other ways to brace his foot for the attack which he would use now. Before both of their feet hit each other Ryan pointed his toes down toward the ground like he was strinking a soccer ball. This was a simple way of bracing his body for impact that used no force. Now that his foot was pointed down toward the ground their ankles banged together but Ryan felt little pain. The reason behind that was he brought his foot up so to hook both of their feet together. As Ryan's ankle was hooked around Skye's ankle he spun his opponents foot up a little bit. Seconds after he spun it Ryan thrusted the bottom of his foot that was now on Skye's ankle down toward the ground. This time he used all the force he had behind his foot to try and harm Skye. ❝ Justice Has A Hammer And It's Name Is Skye ! ❞◢ ◣ Skye was lifted from the ground on Ryan's counter and then brought back down only to be followed by a soul wavelength enhanced spear toe. He spun himself away as he caught Ryan's ankle, he wasn't going for a kill merely a blunt force hit to the chest that would leave Ryan in pain and cause him to fall unconcious for maybe 30 seconds, as he thrusted his palm forward it was reinforced with Soul wavelength so the blow would blow through his body giving the blunt force effect, his eyes narrowed at his focus point. Ryan knew of his combatant intellect, but Ryan was no idiot. His move was smart and if Skye wasn't fast he would've been killed. He knew this and that's why the attack took him off guard he continued with his own attack his palm like a shovel coming at extremem speeds it had comeclose to Ryan's chest. ut knowing Ryan he would manuever around it, but Skye didn't plan on losing he was going to win, but win fairly. He shifted his weight on his feet as the bow cam ein closer the seconds flying by slowly compared to the speed of his own attack but he had enough time to think in between the seconds, Skye's combatant genius was unparralled. There were few who could match his fighting genius. Weapon or no he was a formidable foe which is why his rank is well deserved though not #1 due to idioacy and hot-headedness he was, one terrifying person to fight if you didn't know how to fight alread, but it was strange that Skye wasn't fighting using boxing, he had something stored he was going to do something big.
