then here is a new deck list that is modified

it is suppose to be 9 spells at all in the deck it should make it pretty easy to get what you need

ooooo,black and white huh? my fav colors mrgreen ok so you want a deck thats good even though your on a budget.....well it shouldnt be hard since i myself hav a relly small budget.

youll need:

Lands
10 swamps
10 plains

Creatures
4 Order of Yawgmoths
2 Hollow Spectre (about a buck each)
4 Benevolent Protector
4 Soltari Champions ($1.50 each)
4 Silent Attendant

Sorceries/Instants
4 Stand Firm
4 Lose Hope
4 Life Bursts

Artifacts
4 Mourners Shield
2 Panoptic Mirror ($4-$5 each)

Enchaments
2 No Mercy ($3-$4 each)
2 Worship ($4 each)
