omgIisonfiyah Okay, and what is the status on the availability of the Rinnegan?
The Rinnegan, giving the user the ability to learn and use all of the basic elements, will be available but it will be considered an extremely rare kekkei genkai. First come, first serve in claiming this kekkei genkai.
