MindxHunter I figured Meditating might work so I can control my thoughts, but I wonder if that'll just repress the thoughts and just come back to bite me again alot. It takes dicipline and i figured that would be a good practice to learn and be healthy in general meditation is a way for u to calm down so u can release the anger instead of holding onto it. it does take a lot of discipline and some people can't do it. if ur having trouble concentrating i would suggest getting a book or looking up different ways u can meditate. the more experience u have with it the more its going to help

Crying, crying myself to sleep, sleeping to keep myself from thinking about it. If all else fails, apathy takes over. I supress feelings without thinking about it, and negative things people do to me/have to say to me go straight to the back of my mind. Nothing helps me much, though, I need to find better ways.. I watched stress kill someone..

I'm somewhat immature and rather "chilled out" most of the time so typical situations such as bad debt don't effect me but when I am feeling pressured then exercise, music and a lot of hobbies keep me relaxed.

I have a complex method of relieving stress, anger, sadness, and extreme anger.....I eat my comfort foods, listen to a special playlist of music depending on my mood, and sometimes I just wait for the house to be empty....And throw a temper-tantrum in my room. Immature, I know, but it helps....

True story. I learned it from Harry Potter and Peter Pan. Fight off the sad thoughts by thinking very happy ones, so many happy ones you want to puke rainbows.

I run. Hard. Physical exercise is how I get rid of all my stress/angry energy. If that option isn't available (like it's 3am and I have to get a project done) I drink tea and eat things.

I doodle whatever comes to mind. Or I read books about stuff, not novels or anything with a story. Books with information about a specific thing; the kind of books you'd use for research if there wasn't an internet. It's always steam trains and railways for me. :]

Repression
Never said it had to be healthy.

Well, I have great friends. I start by telling someone about my problems. Physical activity and music helps too.

Music usually helps. Not anything in particular, just music I love and that I don't mind going deaf to <3. (Although People=Sh*t is always a popular choice for me :])
And since I am a sensitive guy, I just let it out on someone. One of my friends will listen and it feels good to just let loose on all the things that stresses me out or pisses me off.

When im stressed or in pain I listen to hero by Enrique Iglesias and zone out. My first love and me listened to the song and laied under a stary night sky holding hands and stared at the stars. After awhile we stood up and danced to the song holding each other in the dark. It was the best night of my life and I dream about it almost every night. After daydreaming/dreaming about it i feel clam and want to cry because it was so beautiful. The image is clear as day in my mind. But other than that I either stare out the window or take a walk in nature center that is by my house.
