"Uh huh! I haven't done much aside from look around so far, but it's been fun!" Junko's eyes were a little wide, something she'd also been catching herself doing since realizing they glowed. It was as if she was too nervous to allow them to relax. She was..still getting used to it. Though the other ghoul's answer to her question was basically a yes. Not knowing where you were meant you were lost. Silly. But she heard her name being called outside by a familiar voice. Was that...oh! It was Malodore! But as she turned she nearly bumped into an interesting looking ghost, one she had never seen before. She blinked. "Oh! Hello! And, ah, yes! Um...I'm not sure what this tent is all about. Maybe someone was setting up a game booth and got distracted?" It did look like any other normal..place. The strangest thing about it was that it was a small tent with a large interior in the middle of the fog near the game booths. "I'm Junko, by the way! It's nice to meet you!" She folded her hands neatly in front of her before bending at the waist to give the glitchy ghoul a bow of greeting. Her hair writhed contently, keeping itself raised enough to not drag on the floor until Junko was standing straight again.
"I hope we're still near the festival..." Junko replied to the familiar ghoul's inquiry. She couldn't remember her name, and that made her feel really bad. Hopefully someone else knew it and would say it so she didn't have to embarrass herself with asking.
Malodore entered, followed shortly after by another...person. She couldn't tell if they were a boil or a ghoul. "Hello, Malodore! Hi!" Both of them were given a greeting, of course! "Were you looking for me? That was you, right?" The strange entrance of the next ghoul did not go unnoticed, giving her a surprised look as she came in yelling the most random thing. Wash? Oh, did she mean watch? Why was she yelling!?
The trick-or-treater came as a pleasant surprise. "Oh! Is this your--oh, okay..." She stumbled back out of the way of the aggravated ghoul, watching her pass with a small frown. What's her problem?

Decibel was overwhelmed. Everything about the festival was new to her, just seeing non-Sound was new for the ghost. Maybe leaving the commune wasn't the best idea, but then again if she hadn't left she would be severely limited when it came to learning anything new and that wasn't something she fancied.
The Sound had been exploring the festival, her shape taking on a humanoid form. It seemed easiest to navigate the crowds in the shape, while she couldn't truly be jostled it was an odd sensation having someone's arm or foot passing through her. The sound waves her form was made of were processing the surrounding noise rapidly, giving her shape sharp jagged edges as they rose and fell. She had never had to playback quite this much sound before, it was an interesting experience for the young Sound.
It was as she was exploring and following a noise she wasn't familiar with that she found herself surrounded by fog. Her head swiveled from side to side, her ever staring eyes trying to figure out where she was, but she had no idea. She was a slight bit worried, but more curious than anything. What was hiding in the fog? Her yellow 'hair', eyes, and colour-shifting sound waves glowed softly, giving her a bit of light in the thick fog, not that it helped her pin point her location.
Not too long after she entered the fog she found herself at a tent, and while it seemed foreboding she didn't hesitate to duck under the flap and step inside. Looking around the tent she was at first surprised at the size of it, and second she was surprised that others were already inside. Oh, she wasn't sure what to do next. She'd never actually talked to anyone outside her commune before.
Lifting a hand she tugged one one of the yellow sound waves that made up her hair, pulling it straight before letting it go to bounce back and go back to reacting to sounds. One of the ghouls spoke and then another and Decibel did her best to not to lag, or vary the volume of their voices when she played them back. She managed exceptionally well if she did say so herself.
Moving away from the tent entrance the ghoul stood, not speaking, instead just listening her body changing colours as she processed the group's sounds, her eyes jumping from speaker to speaker.

Amphi stared as two boils drew closer to their group and shied away, not really hiding because really there was no place to go.
"Oh!" She looked at Sin and again gave her a shy smile, "I'm Amphitrite, or Amphi for short." She would've offered her hand if the woman hadn't busted through the tent and distracted her. What?
She moved out of the way for the woman before staring at her. "Who are you?" She asked before muffling a squeak.

Mandy found the atmosphere of floresctival surprisingly relaxing after all the events of the last few months and had been enjoying just being able to wander around carefree and a proper teenager for awhile. In fact the fun of the booths and good shopping had her so peaceful that for a moment as she walked towards the outskirts she went along eyes closed, unafraid of bumping into anyone with her hearing as a warning.
So it was no surprise that in those few moments of inattention someone decided to intervene and spoil her good mood.
It was the tickle of cool moist air as she breathed in that alerted her that something had changed and blinking her eyes open she paused mid-step stupefied before letting out a string of curses.
Fog.
Thick fog, not the 'I guess this is ok' fog of paintball but the 'SOMETHINGS GONNA JUMP YOU NYAH NYAH' fog of the island.
Feeling paranoia creep upon her as she stood frozen Mandy quickly set off again, trying to find her way out of the cursed weather phenomenon. Despite the fact she was positive there had still been people around her and that the booths weren't that far away it took a few tense minutes before the image tent pierced the fog.
Hurrying towards it she ducked inside, encouraged by the faint murmur of voices to enter the unknown, something was better than endless fog.
Luckily it appeared that it was safe, for now, as her shoulders relaxed in the pleasantly creepy atmosphere and the sight of fellow students greeted her.
"Hey." the short greeting was directed at them all as she continued to examine the hallway to get a clue to the tents purpose.

Malodore stuck close to Junko, glancing at the others - my, there were many students it didn't recognize! And quite a few visitors, by the sight of them. It did, however, nod pleasantly to Sin, opening its beak in a smile by way of recognition.
"Si, I was looking for you. The fog..." It shrugged, feeling a bit silly now; its backblades chimed with the movement. "A silly over-reaction."
At least the inside of this tent looked entirely normal.

Sin remembered Cloak from her time onboard the Overboard...before the island crash, ugh! Why did everything have to remind her about that horrible place, ever since the island Sin hadn't been herself. She had suffered from survivors guilt and then she had been nervous about being near her own friends. Her growing empathy might have been nice if she hadn't been so upset by it that she had holed herself up studying, practicing fearleading routines, and in general being antisocial. It had to stop somewhere and if it took a dark ominous tent full of old and new faces to do it so be it!
"Excuse you..." Sin huffed and watched Cloak storm past before shrugging at Junko. "Maybe we should go see if she's gonna set something up?" The last she addressed in general to the others who had introduced themselves as well.

Owl turned around. She had heard her name coming from behind her and she was (understandably) curious as to whom it may had been. Ah! It was the ghoul from Open House, asking if Owl was Owl. But Owl was not Owl. Owl was, in fact, a tent hunter. She told Edel this. " I AM NOT OWL RIGHT NOW, I AM TENT HUNTER!" she yelled, fist pumping.

Cady was confused.
This was a fairly natural state of affairs for her, and for the most part, she was unfazed. Sure, she'd begun her journey intending to visit the festival with it's booths and games, but was sidetracked by a sudden fog. Before long, she found herself ensconced in some sort of portable building device.
She was pretty sure they were called hints. Tints. Something. But she'd never heard of one being bigger on the inside than out.
Or one so dark.
She bustled inside anyway, and before long was brushed aside by someone - she assumed it must be the tent's owner. There were an awful lot of other students in here. Maybe there was something at the end of the hall.
She sincerely hoped it was food.

Sin was the first to release her name.
"Hello Sin I-" Pepin quivered for a moment or two as if rewinding.. literally. Junko must've been the other ghoul. "Hello Sin and Junko, I'm Pepin-" she quickly blurted. Clearly there was a little too much confusion to just introduce herself to everyone. The mermaid ghoul would remain nameless to her for now, as well as the other ghouls and boils... and questionables that arrived after.
SOMETHING was going down...
As Cloak entered the scene the ghost hovered back on her heels and shot the TOTer a nasty grin. With that kind of attitude she'd certainly send her a couple spam squee-mails. Was this her tent? She seemed awfully upset about it. Following the ghoul for a moment she made an unpleasant .gif and quietly leaned back into the growing crowd once more.
Amphi is her name, ah. The question of the mermaid's identity was at a close.
"Someone has spent a lot of seeds on a rather good fog machine... I'm impressed!" she cooed sarcastically to Cloak, even if she wasn't the tent owner.

"Oh! Heh...I tried to get out of it but only ended up finding this tent. I'd..rather stay in here until the fog clears up." Junko rubbed at her arms a little and gave the tent's entrance a wary glance, seeming comforted by the way her own hair seemed to curl itself around her in a loose hug. Though she did wince as it squeezed her. Too tight! Too tight! Ah, much better. "Thank you for your concern, Malodore~." She smiled, a bit touched even if it had just been a 'silly over-reaction'.
Mei's entrance did not go unnoticed, though Junko did pout and try to pretend she hadn't noticed her. She still didn't like her. She wasn't nearly as bad as a particular banshee but...she'd tried to kick her in the face over a plush toy. You don't just forget things like a boot to the face.
You just didn't.
You also didn't forget when ghouls shot you out of an epic paintball game and then became strange boils with cigars and Adonis DNA. Whatever that meant.

Fog. It was everywhere. It was pretty much dripping and flowing over everything.
Yorugami lifted a clawed hand and flicked his helm upwards just the tiny bit to enable his sensitive eyes to peer into the thick murk. He winced a little even at the tiny amount of light that met his retinas and quickly pulled his eye protection down.
The shadow demon’s head feathers perked up, much like a cockatoo’s, wary of what he’d seen. It was a tent. A damn tent that seemed to rise up from the midst of the Floresctival venue out of nowhere, but then again, it shouldn’t surprise him so much that unbelievable things like this would even happen at school events. It only signaled the fact that Yorugami really needed to get out more. He flicked his tail in annoyance. It was always a battle between what he wanted and what his laziness often made him miss.
He gulped, steeled himself, and slowly let his feet take him towards the mysterious structure.
“Interesting things happen in Tents.” Yorugami mentally told himself but wasn’t terribly assured that interesting things were what he was looking for. He really wasn’t the type to gamble, but something about a tent in the middle of nowhere called to him.
“Darkness” He whispered again to himself,” At least the thing has darkness.” Self-reassurance.
Peering to the left and to the right, he slowly lifted the tent flap and with baited breath stepped into a long hallway smothered in darkness and macabre items. Yorugami wasn’t sure if the place was there to scare people or to confuse. He was up for something “interesting” though.
“Bring it on.” He muttered, ready for anything.

Dagger wasn't terribly happy about any of this. Kittens, why did it have to be kittens? His partner was a sadist, no doubt about it. It was almost driving him back to skitterbeer, except there was nowhere to hide the bottles in their haunted house that wouldn't get them coated in a thick layer of pink and purple glitter. That stuff was not-ghastly enough to put anyone off their appetite.
Compared to all of that, the proposition to explore the mysterious foggy tent was so much less... adorable. Cloak had complained about the place the whole way over. He was expecting more ribbons and rabbits - this wasn't that scary at all, not compared to Cloak's twisted imagination. But they couldn't afford to let this joke of a haunted anything jeopardize their plans.
"Out of the way, kids, you heard the lady. Official Trick or Treater business." He flipped open his wallet and briefly flashed something at them that was obscured by the darkness and the fog. It could have been a badge, but it could also have been a package of chomping gum. Who could tell? Not these students. "That's right, step aside."

Sin watched Pepin's odd reaction and raised a curious brow, this ghoul seemed like she'd be interesting to get to know. For the moment however she noticed Junko's apprehension in regards to the fog, it seemed she wasn't the only one still harboring some island fears. She walked over and put a comforting hand on Junko's shoulder.
"Hey I'm sure the fog will clear up, besides no one said we can't check out more of this tent it's huge...lets go see?" She let goof the ghouls shoulder and moved to follow Cloak.

Students. They always had a million questions and never enough answers. For the time being she just concentrated on looking for anyone that could have even possibly been in charge, letting her partner take care of business in his.. very special, unique Dagger way.
The farther they got down the hallway though, the more and more Cloak was starting to think that the supervisor had stepped out or was hiding somewhere. Great. So, instead, she turned and addressed the students - it was best to put them in their place before they started thinking she intended to be anyone's bff.
"My name is Cloak, this is Dagger" she answered shortly to whichever student had asked - she didn't honestly know because she hadn't been paying very much attention. The only one that seemed to even temporarily capture her eye for a second was the demoness that had made the snide remark. She sneered, very slightly, then let a look of disinterest wash over her face. She'd been given lectures in the past over picking fights with students. Something about it being unfair, jack only knew. She couldn't remember.
Now that she realized there was no one in the immediate vicinity to complain to or question, she seemed to be investigating the students very slightly. None of them seemed quit old enough to have been the failed mastermind behind the magical tent. Maybe they'd just been drawn to the funny little tent the same way she had. She was just about to turn around and dismiss them all as unimportant when a ghost piped up.
"Hey," she leaned out just a little and pointed a wiggling finger at her, "there's a little something on your.. everything." Then she just rolled her shoulders in a simple shrug and turned back around. As soon as her back was turned though, she looked instantly pleased with herself. Yes, insulting students far younger than herself was completely gratifying for the reaper, thanks for wondering.
Then she seemed to remember the trip was about business and not playing schoolyard bully to bunch of (mostly) first year Amityville students. Always the freaking students.
"What do you think?" She was walking again, but speaking to her partner that she simply expected to stay at her side. Her one eye roamed the walls of the hallway suspiciously, but nothing really seemed out of place. "I haven't got the faintest idea who in Jack's name put this here."

Thankfully Mei had stayed clear as the ToT stormed through without any care of who she shoved pass. It was nice to see that her attitude had not changed from when she had been stuck on the Overboard with her. Now, the question was..why was she in such a bad mood over this time?
Having her fill of that, she returned her gaze to the group. Many familiar faces hung about. Amphi, the ghoul who couldn't find her way through a dorm even if it was mapped out--not that she disliked the ghoul, she actually found her to be a decent person to hang around. Junko, whom couldn't let a trivial thing such as a small kick go. It was almost a year since it had happened, and unfortunately, the kick never landed a hit. The shame. Another was Sin, whom she had met briefly, and the list went on.
"So.." She finally spoke out, "Does anyone have any ideas what this tent is for?" hopeful someone else at least had figured it out.
