If anyone could help me with Vanity I have a Mac so I can't use it please. if so armor list: Operator Helmet White, Black Visor , Red Mark V Right Shoulder, Sniper Shoulder Left,HP Parfoil Chest White, Grenadier Knee Guard White, Tact UGPS Wrist.

Actually this is a question regarding A.I,
Can spartans have their own PERSONAL a.i? (Like chief w/ cortana but...not exactly)

No, because an S III in MJOLNIR does not have the armor linked with its nerve system and nueral pathways. S IIs were augmented like this to be able to carry AI companions but as a downside it is extreamly difficult for them to get in and out of their armor.

again another question 3nodding
I notice multiple characters for one person is it alright if i kill off Vanessa as she was more or less just for me to learn what to expect.
I can do it myself it doesn't really matter just curious. (Full of questions tonight it seems :3)

You don't have to kill of your first character in order to have a new one but if you do create two characters just be prepared for the extra work they come with.

Possibly, at a later date. Any missions involving the flood would have to be taken on by MJONIR outfitted Spartans only due to the chance of SPI clad S IIIs being infected.
