Flittering around,Astra was having a difficult time focusing on any one thing. There was just to many amazing things she could do here! So many games to play, and so many bright lights!
She managed to land down in front of a old crane game, Staring into the glass at the shiny rocks, as well as what appeared to be a concealed florescence seed. Eager to try get it, she pressed the button and started to play
"aww" She mumbled while watching the crane pick up a shiny rock instead. Oh well, she'll just try again another time.

Hrrrmm..
Faint examine the game carefully, trying to understand the point. They were just rocks... Right?
He leaned closer the the game and peered in. If he tilted his head just... yes! There! There was a floresctival seed. Perhaps this game would be worth it afterall. He clutched the joystick and flicked the crane around, tryin to get it to the juuust the right place.

After the infernally-ringing booth, a nice claw machine seemed like a pleasant idea. When Taryn reached the mechanism, though, she saw that there didn't seem to be any seed slot. How odd! She tentatively pressed a lever and watched the claw move. Was she... was she stealing someone else's game? Maybe it was just...
Drawn in my the magic of the wiggly claw, Taryn tried to pick up a smaller rock and missed entirely. Hmm... she'd have to try again later!

Cervantes approached the game booth. What was it for? What did it do? He did not manage to resist the arcane urge to grab hold of it and shake. ...Nothing. It was just filled with rocks... Still, he noticed that you could move a claw, and maybe there was something under the rocks? Maybe it would reward him for obtaining a rock. Who knew. Regardless, Van took a shot; it was free, so why not?
Yet again, he had failed at a simple task. Van was really starting to hate these games: he was so bad at them. At least this one was free. He headed off to find other things to do, but he was sure he'd be back.

Free was the best policy, or at least that was what the ghost believed as she stood with a smirk on her face. The crane game almost put her in a better mood considering she was having to walk around on her feet in which was never something Kai had gotten use to in her head.
Though the downside with the whole free part was the fact that it was just full of rocks, but they were shiny and that was all that matter to her as she grabbed the joystick and tried the picking up a few with the crane.
"Luuckkyy!!! Shiney rocks are mine!" Kai cried grabbing what she had before running off to the next thing to catch her eye.

Gracie walked up to the crane machine. She had waited for the line to it to go down a little bit. She was still feeling rather nervous to be attending this festival. She wasn't enrolled at the Academy yet, and she was nervous someone might throw her out. Still, crane games! She loved these things even though she almost never won anything ever. She sidled up to it and decided to take a whirl. "Surely.... picking up a rock should be easier than picking up a plushie.. right?" she said to noone really except herself.
She flexed her left hand, and she slid it around the control stick. With stern focus, she moved the crane down towards a rock that looked easy enough.
Sadly, the rock had been too heavy and fell right out of the claw. She wanted to pound her fists on the glass around it. that was so unfair... were all the rocks so heavy? She was almost sure this was rigged to not let anyone win. She heard someone else approaching, so she slipped off to the side to go find something else to explore. But, she commented ot herself.. she'd be back.

Oppa rolled by the claw machine eyeing the rocks inside. "What this thing is free?" he gave a swift kick to the machine to move the prizes around. "Alright I'll give it a go..." He clutched the ball on the controller and pushed the button...
The claw reached down and picked up something shiney!
"YEAH!" Oppa shouted and fist pumped. As he did so he bumped the machine just as the claw was reaching the opening. CLUNK! The prize fell right next to the opening! "!@#$%!!!!!!" Oppa slammed his fists on the machine and glared at the prize. He pushed the button on the machine with rapid fire motion, but it wouldn't respond. "Next time machine... next time."

The festival has been so entertaining! Games provided left and right. Zeke saw the crane game and decided to try his hand at it. Patience. Patience is key. Zeke grabs the handle and ready to play.

Cuinn stood a couple of feet away from the crane machine, watching boils and ghouls as they filtered in to play. He didn't understand. Why were they moving around rocks with that strange mechanical claw? How could moving rocks be fun. Maybe someone was forcing them to participate. He definitely wouldn't put it past Desu-Chan. A little disturbed by that thought, the dog turned to leave. Then, he heard some rather colorful cursing from Oppa. He turned just in time to see a glittering seed fall. Ohhhh. That made a lot more sense.
Deciding that participating would be worthwhile after all, the cu sith steppd up to the machine. Now, now, how did this thing work...?

Mia looked at the game thoughtfully, she had been wandering around the festival for a while. She hadn't brought a scale yet, as she was still saving up her silver so she could buy enough to have fun at the festival all day, but this looked promising.
A free game, with a promise of a free scale.
Free is always good she decided, it meant more chances for her to play, or maybe she could spend it on ice cream. Stepping up to the machine she gave it a try.

Sadi loved crane games. Once, as a kid, she had managed to get two prizes at once, and ever since she felt lucky when playing them. And it was free! She moved the claw over her chosen prize, then tapped the joystick-like controller left just a touch, and forward a smidgen. She pushed the button, and...
Missed! Not even close.

Vero had never seen a crane game, or the odd characters that were printed upon it. What language was that? It scratched its head, then grasped the control. Nothing about it seemed to denote the need to offer it something, so the spirit supposed it would simply react to its command.
Hum. Let's see . . . Wiggle this, wiggle that . . .
Nothing! Vero blinked as the crane refused to obey it. Perhaps if it checked in later it would have better luck.

Mosi was wandering around the booths when she spotted something shiny she quickly approached the tank. Her head went around it she then proceeded to tilt her head to the side. Then pushed a button then all of them to see if anything would happen. Nothing she tried the crane by itself nothing happened she sighed.
Deciding to try them all together pushing and tugging she tried to pick up a shiny rock but they all fell from the crane hand. She mumbled something under her breathe as she placed her head against the glass of the tank. Her tail thumping against the ground. "First the box now this" she sighed "I will try again later" she mumbled along with other things under her breath. Standing up straight turned and walked away.
