"I actually have something here for you, just give me a minute to find it," He pulled out an official looking slip of paper with a bit of hastily scrawled writing and a large letter C stamped on the top left corner and handed it to Tori. "That there is a C-Rank Jutsu Ticket, it's good for one C-Rank technique or two D-Rank techniques. You just need to head over to the Academy's library and exchange it for a scroll of your choice."
He paused and turned to Lily and Alex,"After you demonstrate your techniques to me as Tori did you'll each receive a ticket as well. Alex and Lily looked at each other, both nodding in agreement. Lily stepped back, Alex gathering into a stance. After seeing the last performance, he figured fire wouldn't have a large effect, but his goal was to skillfully pull off his technique to give him an idea of his skill. He took in a deep breath, deftly performing seals, breathing the air out slowly. The air begins forming a small ball of rippling heat, igniting into a burning sphere. Lily steped back further, Alex swinging his hand, cuaing the ball to implode, then explode viciously, chunks of flame flying all over in various directions.

╚══════════════╝ Kaito let a small smile play across his lips, his students were showing some nice potential but they still had a lot to learn. Kaito made a flurry of complicated handsigns and let out a deep breath, "Water Release: Water Encampment Wall." A swirling wall of water blown out in a circle around the user, the approaching flames were caught in the wall and quickly extinguished. As the last flames died out he released the flow of chakra, letting the wall of water drop to the ground. His students would soon understand why their training area resided next to such a large river.

Unphased by the challenge now present, Alex actually snickered. "Well, Lily, looks like we can try our hand against our sensei.""Agreed. This should be fun." She wasn't usually pumped to fight, but since she hadn't sparred in a long time, she needed to keep her skills sharp. They both took a stance as if in a synchonized dance class or such. Despite not being twins, they almost acted as if they were. Alex, with his speed, darted ahead. Lily began performing hand seals in the back as Alex dashed, the wind almost at his back, seeing as the distance was being closed rather quickly.

╚══════════════╝ Kaito grinned devilishly, he loved a good sparring match or fight for that matter. He decided to get on the offensive with these two to start out with, he wanted to test their reflexes and defensive capabilities. "-Lightning Release: False Darkness," He called out accompanied by a set of lightning fast handsigns. He gathered lightning chakra in his palm and divided it into 4 spears and shot 2 at Alex and 2 at Lily at a medium speed so as not to inflict too much damage if the technique hit.

Instead of slowing down, Alex sped up even more, jumping some to tilt his body to slip between the two bolts, landing on afoot and a hand as he kicked back into the air, flipping a bit more to land back onto his feet, performing a few quick seals.
Lily had finished her own seals, holding the seal, diving out of the way, and rolling back onto her feet. "Water style!" Alex put his hand out, grabbing the spear that formed ahead of him, and lunged it at his sensei. Already moving quickly, the effect of throwing it caused it to fly even faster, their turn to test his reflexes now.

╚══════════════╝ Kaito responded without missing a beat, he quickly formed a semi powered chidori in his right hand. The power would be enough to break through the water spear and if it hit Alex give him a nasty but non-lethal shock. As the chidori finished forming and the water spear was merely inches from colliding with him he charged straight into it chidori held straight in front of him. He broke through the water with ease and continued his charge at Alex, his chidori poised to strike the boy's center mass.
He had a slight regret about not distracting Lily before he moved to attack Alex but he figured speed would be his ally in this move. Alex finished his seals, countering with Burnign Fist. Not as powerful as a chidori, but could possibly defend well enough against a partially formed one that had just been hit by a water spear. Using his own speed, he reacted to move quickly into position, throwing his fist and full body into the attack, aiming for the chidori. His eyes now turned a dark purple, the flame burning a bit stronger now as the effects of his Second Sight took place under the intensity of the battle. It didn't have the trademark triangular markings, and was only a minor version of it, barely hinting at the true potential it had.
Lily watched in the distance, beginning to approach closer, noticing the spike in the flame's intensity as she drew nearer. "Could it be?" Her own Second Sight had progressed a couple stages, but never awakened on its own anymore as she needed to trigger it manually. She ran a few ideas down in her mind, thinking of a way she could back up Alex, and only thought of how to protect him from a follow up after the chidori-burning fist collision. She began forming a few hand seals for just such an event.

╚══════════════╝ Undeterred Kaito kept his pace up his chidori poised to clash with Alex's burning fist. He felt his arm sting a little as his curse mark glowed red under the thin sleeve he hid it with, but didn't progress far enough to spread across his body. He felt a little more chakra flow into his body and his speed and reflexes pick up as well. The two techniques collided in the center of the meadow, resulting in what could be described as a small scale explosion of energy.
While there wasn't a very serious crater left behind both Kaito and Alex were thrown backwards quite forcefully from the shock wave the explosion created. Kaito landed quite painfully against the trunk of tree, his back slamming up against the rough bark. While not heavily injured, Alex was flung like a rag doll across the battlefield. Lily lined up where he'd land, activating her jutsu. A shield of water was made around him, allowing him to bounce a couple times, not impacting directly with the ground, and significantly reducing the impact. She headed closer to him, keeping close attention on their sensei. Alex was fine, the water splashing around after he lined up to stand. He stumbled slightly, but recovered.
Lily was now near Alex, getting ready to use a minor healing jutsu to help him some.

Tori had taken her ticket with a bow and a soft thank you and sat down under a tree to watch the other two students and her sensei. She slipped the ticket into a hidden pocket on her tunic and settled in to watch. The small of her back burned but she ignored it, she was starting to get a nasty feeling about her mark and jutsu but she hadn’t been able to do a lot of research she really just ignored it most of her life but lately….
She leaned forward to watch them fight her eyes turning red as she used her bloodline ability of Sharingan to study their movements and charka. Tori winced as the mark inflamed with pain, she blinked to shake off the sharingan and felt the pain subside. Tori stood and slipped out of the training ground thoroughly shaken her mark had never done that before.

╚══════════════╝ Kaito panted slightly as he felt the skin of his left arm begin to burn slightly. The curse mark that rested there was threatening to spread if this fight continued and he didn't, no couldn't let that happen. The cursed seal of heaven was already powerful enough, but from what Kaito had gathered his curse mark wasn't of the normal pedigree.
"I think that's good for one day you two, excellent work. I'm impressed with how well your able to think and plan on the fly, you two should prove to be an effective duo," With that last sentiment he walked over to where he'd set his pack and pulled out two more C-Rank Jutsu tickets identical to the one he'd given Tori. "Here you are as promised, a little reward for giving me your all. (going to assume the students have already left and the place is empty)
Tori collapsed at the river bank, her scroll now blood stain falling from her limp fingers onto the soft grass. She turned and coughed gagging on the blood that made its way up. Tori turned until she was on her hands and knees, trying to control her heaving stomach which only made the pain worse. Her vision blurred, tinted red with the blood that seeped from a gasp on her forehead.
Carefully, she slipped into the the shallow river, hissing at the cold and sting over the variety of cuts and abrasions on her skin. She sat in the shallow water removing her tunic from her head gently, a soft cry of pain slipping from her lips, she was sure she had some cracks ribs. Gently she removed her training pants so she was in her panties and chest wrapping, the water washing away the blood, and cooling the dark bruises on her skin. She gently washed her face and hair of blood, her face ached and she was sure it was as black and blue as her body. Tears ran down her face the saltiness stinging her busted lip, she wrapped her arms around herself and cried, gasping as her sobs cause pain to ripple through her body.

╚════════════════╝ Hikaru came through the trees into the clearing for Team 2's training. The horrible feeling, the sadness he had bizarrely felt as if it was his own, was coming from around here. He looked around and gasped as he saw a very beat up girl resting in a river. She was sobbing quietly to herself, and though she was half naked, he couldn't let her bleed into the river.
"Miss! Oh my God, are you alright!" he yelled, rushing over. Stupid question, he realized in hindsight, of course she wasn't alright. He placed his hands about an inch from the worse of her wounds and let his healing technique do the rest. "Miss," he asked softly, "How did this happen?" どのように殺人者のためふさわしい

Tori jerked from his touch so his healing technique was disrupted as she surged forward in the water, crying out in pain but twisting to see who came up in behind her.
She was panting, her sweat on her face as she stood in the water the water to her chest, looking at the boy.
“Who are you?” she asked not really caring that she was half naked and covered in cuts and bruises.
