Grinning, Sabal said, "I really want her as mine. Not as a slave per say, but as a valuable resource. I am looking for people to get revenge for my lost home. Very specific people. With a seer's eyes, I can find them. I plan to come to her 'aid' and have her goody-good gratitude to help me with anything I want."

But that would be up to him and he is a hard man to convince. But if you did that, she would probably do what you asked her too." Luna shrugged her shoulders lightly. When the waitress came by with more booze, Luna picked that one up to and drank it down as quickly as the last.

Sabal downed his new drink like the last one. "Besides, then he would have to come to me for her to find him the sins. He might not like it but it will benefit everyone since he'll have to kill the two who destroyed my home in order to use her."

"That wouldn't be a problem for him. He already knows who the holder of Pride is." Luna had been standing behind Fenrir when Srin came him the information, so she knew as well. Whether or not she would divulge that information was still to be told. She had even told Beth of what Fenrir was after, but the woman didn't seem to care all that much.

Luna smirked to Sabal. She knew who he was talking about. "I know those two. But I am afraid the gunslinger is mine. The Kiranu girl...well...us Kiranu need to stick together. So I can't tell you who that is either. You'll have to forgive me, but years of being a slave and seeing my beloved race fall to the hands of discord makes me want to protect those few remaining Kiranu while I am still living."
Luna looked to the food that had arrived, but didn't eat. This conversation was far too interesting.

"Slave, huh? I used to have those. Well, you would more call them employees except for how I got them. They had full room and board, clean clothes, full meals. I tried to take good care of them. I'm actually worried what happened to them when my home was destroyed," Sabal said. Some of the people in the Penthouse had been slaves, but no one would be able to tell that from how they looked. One year of work and he signed their release. That's how it worked for him.

"Either your slaves are dead or they got released or sold to someone else. It's probably either they got sold or they were released. I doubt that they would kill them. So just rest easy about that."

"Kingdom, home. Chances are wherever you lived was connected to a Kingdom. No Kingdom will just sit around while one of its villqges are being attacked. So if your home is gone, the kingdom is probably gone too." Luna grumbled and took off the headser, slamming it down on the table. "Stupid mutt."
She reached over and tossed it to Sabal. "You take it. It'll give you a direct connection to thag b*****d. You can talk to him about what you want to do." she shook her head lightly.
"My Master wasn't stupid. The slavers knew what I could do. My Master bought me because he is the type thqt enjoys slaves he needs to break. I'm ashamed to admit that I let him break me. Even after picking up the pieces, I cannot mendd what he did. I'm emotionally unstable with no real reason to live. I figure that battle with Fenrir will kill me and finally give me some peace."

On the right side was a tangled mess of scars from his fight with Pride. On the left, was a single thin scar over his breast. "With the first one, I wished for death. The second one was the fight to live. You'll eventually learn," he said while closing his shirt, " that death just stops whatever was possible for you. It doesn't solve anything for you and only makes the killer or means seem better than you know you are."
