---Will Power: 60 Ichimaru inhaled heavily as the frosty air gripped at his lungs within his chest, the snow was horrid and to top it off the wind made the cold weather even colder than it actually was. He couldn't help but know that Notwen Uchiha was within the forest, and soon enough he would attack with whatever styled jutsu it was that he had. perhaps it would be easy seeing as he was crippled; no he shouldn't assume things within battle in fact he would need to be one hundred percent clear about things. He'd have to clear his mind of these pointless thoughts for only actions ruled the battle field and indeed words weren't for such a place as this. Thinking back he had never challenged himself nor had he let anyone take advantage over him. He was always the person to go after things; no the person who had to have thing that he set his eyes upon. Nothing was impossible and nothing would hold him back for it was his Destiny to make it to chuunin. "Come on....when are you going to attack so I can pin point your exact location...with power comes the means to strive even in the darkest moments, I shall capture this moment and rule the battle because I will not lay down and I will not surrender; in fact, You'll have to knock me out in order to win this fight..." his eyes shifted from his left to his right as he stared within the Dark forest he couldn't help but smirk at the anticipation of coming in contact with the blond boy, His own blond hair waving within the wind currency as the snow began to build upon his sandals. His small jacket shifted heavily due to the winds within the arena. Momentarily a couple of Directional shifts occurred in the air currents as a barrage of attacks made their way within the battle. Ichimaru noted upon the several attacks that were coming towards him, it would seem that Notwen was using either clones or ran at different times and fired off several attacks at once; however, the most logical was shadow clone. "To be honest... I love clones myself; however, there comes a time when they're really ******** annoying! Gravity Pulse!" His palms sweaty as his knee's weak He looked up towards the Forest and quickly did a fluctuation of hand seals as the space around him began to form within his hands, the moment the physical chakra hit it's peak Ichimaru growled just before expanding the pulsating light ball as both arms pushed forward causing his palms to collide within the middle, the ball of lightning cracking as it was Crushed within Ichimaru's hands. Suddenly a pulsating plasma circle rose around His body catching all of the stirred snow beneath him as it seemed as if things were going into slow motion just before the space began to clench just before it expanded outward causing a Rift within the winds currents at both techniques collided with one another. "I won't be defeated by the likes of you!" in an attempt to show his skills Ichimaru had somewhat resisted the jutsu from coming onto him until the very last moment when he finally realized the change in atmosphere in which surrounded him. at the most it didn't feel any different from the current weather; however, in a sudden change the temperature as his body began to freeze due to hypothermia. His warm breath could be seen within the immediate area as his breath soon began to turn into short like panting breathing. His eyes glared upon the forest's edge as he knew exactly what Notwen's game plan was. In fact it would happen not after he was done with this pathetic excuse of a technique. "Notwen it's not nice to put someone into below freezing temperatures... Just wait... Quote: Ele: Incorrect. This may have simply been an oversight, but your "Greater System" for one is Nin, which means he does not have to use Wp against it. For two, its description does not allow it to be a mental critical. Your causes hypothermia and heat exhaustion. These are not mental ailments, both are entirely physical. As such this jutsu would either need to be a Heat Critical, or a Cold Critical, not both, and not mental. Ruling: Den, select either Cold or Heat critical for this skill. What ever you select will serve as the critical type for that jutsu. Aizen was still hit, and suffers physical damage to be reduced by his toughness (not will power). The critical type of a jutsu does not negate what kind of jutsu it is. It is still a ninjutsu skill, and as such will be treated as one from hence forth. ---Will Power: -109- A smile crept up on Notwen's face as he watched Ichimaru try to push the system back. It seemed that the other blonde was going to succeed but in the end the crippled Uchiha's technique succeeded in overpowering his opponent's defenses. Yes! he thought. Now that he's stuck there with nowhere to go and i can put the second step in my plan into action. Just before the dark-skinned blonde started to weave seals for his second rush of attacks he noticed steam come up from Ichimaru's body and the ice that had formed because of the system began to fall away. " Tch-" muttered Notwen as he watched the goggle-wearing blonde stand up slowly and turn to face one of the clones. After a rather short speech about his heritage and his ability to control lightning from inside his body, Ichimaru grabbed for the sword he carried. Sorry Novvus, but it's going to take too much chakra to channel the following assault through you. The puppet nodded on his own and took the box it carried off its shoulders. Then with all its might it threw the box high into the air. This was when the original Notwen severed the chakra threads to his brother, causing him to collapse onto himself in a non-too-human way, which caused the techniques he had been sustaining would hopefully alarm Ichimaru. At the peak of his ascent, Notwen pushed the door to the coffin open and jumped out, activating his soul spark as he did. The twirling of the coffin had disoriented the dark-skinned blonde, but he quickly regained his bearings and began creating his prior combo again. This time, however, he added a set of hand seals that he hadn't used in quite some time: the Dragon, Navel, Bird, and Crown seals. His clones created a falling ring of falling Notwens, but they acted quickly and began to weave the seals for Greater System once more. This time they created a dome that if successful would capture Ichimaru once more. In the meantime Kaala appeared from the runes created on the back of the casket Notwen had placed his hand on moments ago. The summon was in his human form, wearing excellent robes of crimson and gold. He smiled. The bandaged Hiramekarei was strapped securely to his back. " It has been a while, partner." he said, speaking through their mental connection. " It sure has." replied Notwen keeping his eyes on his opponent. " And i'm sorry to summon you on such short notice, but this is a battle in which i will need to borrow your strength." After explaining everything to Kaala, the crippled Uchiha had one of his clones toss him into the foliage while in midair. Kaala opted to use his wings while in his human forme to soar to a nearby tree, then made them recede into his shoulder blades. The clones climbed out of the snow and made for the trees as well, one of them recovering Novvus from where he lay sprawled on the floor. " Hey, Ichimaru!" said Notwen, a devious smile on his face. " One thing that you should know about me is that i'm full of surprises." He turned to head into the foliage. " Kaala, you know what to do." He was getting tiresome of the childish games in which this cripple boy were playing and soon if he ever got the chance he would break his spirit and make him into a laughing stock for using such poor tactics towards an opponent that always broke free of his poorly prepared jutsu. A proctor suddenly appeared in between the fray of the two combatants, his arms raised so to stop any further attacks from either of the two. "As per forfeit, Notwen Uchiha of Lightning Country is the winner!" The man said as the medics rushed onto the scene to take Ichimaru back into the medical hut to heal him, a few others coming to see to Notwen himself though it was only a few scrapes. "Please return to the VIP section until the next round."
