DN is full of net deckers: agreed
Everyone on DN uses top teir decks: not very much.....
Scrap Dragon is cheap: If you think the people who don't own scrap dragons are cheap lets see you face my set of 3, cuz i run a Scrap deck a tier 2, at best, deck -.-;
Though if it makes you feel better i own all the cards in my DN deck (excluding solemn warning but that will be mine soon enough...) and its my own recipe. And i do agree that people should try to be more creative on DN...

I've recently created what, ironically, took one of the top spots in the recent YCS. I enjoy being able to compete, and I do so with what I enjoy to play.
Regardless, what you're asking is unrealistic. It's not like how it is for the top decklists being the same; there's no profit in Dueling Network, whatsoever. There is nothing to motivate or manipulate players to go to a top tier deck, they play these decks because they choose to.
You can't convince them to not play a deck that they want to. It turns this into nothing more than a QQ thread.

Gravitational Molestation Oh, dear, God. I thought Mustard and I had stomped this pathetic whining once and for all with you people. I guess not. Don't get me wrong. I'm not asking for top tier decks to be stopped completely....I simply wish that those (Namely on Duel Network) would work harder on making decks themselves, rather than copying what they know works....It leaves hardly any room for the game (Or themselves) to Evolve without someone doing it for them.

Perrsonally, I don't mind the top tier decks on Dueling Network. People tend to Net Deck true, but it doesn't mean you should bash them. simply just create your own room and state wether or not you want to play against top tier decks or not. DuelingNertwork allows you to type out challanges for a reason. if someone plays topt ier against you anyway, just A.S.S. them.
if you still can't handle the top tier madness, just play unrated, so you won't have the pressure of needing to win.
