Pollux took a final look at the youma's remains before he grabbed the cool metal railing and went up. He was used to the workout thankfully. Of course, that didn't mean once he'd reach the top he'd be eager to try the stunt of climbing it all over again. Once in a night was more then enough for him. Euanthe's idea of the remains actually remaining did get a raised eyebrow. "True a body would be good evidence but considering the way the world view such things like magic and monsters?" A shake of his head. "It's better like this. This way at least some crazy scientists can't get it and accidentally put it into some weird genetics lab and end up making some youma virus. Last thing we need is Youma DNA being put into things. We have fish in our fruit. That alone is kind of...disturbing." Getting onto the rooftop, The sight of the city lights in the horizon was welcomed. From here, he could jump and sprint back to his apartment no problem.
"As for staying out, no. My magic is limited to once a night. More then that and I might as well just get read to take a nap where I stand. Yeah, I'm probably just going to head home. You might consider just doing the same." Pulling his cellphone from subspace, he gave the senshi a quick scan before he smiled at her. "If you ever need my help though, I will be willing."

Hmm, was that really possible? She hadn't heard about the fish-in-fruit thing but she believed him. Her mother was always going on about organics, exposing the evils of the FDA and all kinds of stuff. Linnea didn't pay much mind to any of the rhetoric, but she did eat well as a result. But youma were at least kind of magical, weren't they? Not that she really understood where they came from or how they functioned, but they crumbled to dust when they died and this whole Sailor stuff was pretty damn magical. Did youma even have DNA?
The whole thought process was such a strange train that Euanthe just shrugged in reply.
"Oh," she said flatly, and frowned. "Mine works the same way, come to think of it." That was kind of a problem. For not-quite-superheroes their powers sure were inefficient.
She reached the roof of the building and after an anxious moment of "I am rather high up oh god" Euanthe finally looked out over the city. "It's pretty at night," she started. "You wouldn't think-" she blinked as he scanned her. "Thank you," she said, fumbling for her own phone. This magic stuff wasn't as intuitive as she would have hoped. Once she had it in her hands tapping the buttons was easy at least.

Pollux's gaze went towards the downtown. Mostly towards his office, if it could be called that. A quick check of any messages, make sure everything was in order, and then- well he'd head home. Not much to do when you lacked the right mumbo jumbo. Euanthe didn't seem to confidant about the height, but...every senshi had to face this at some point. After all, it was this or the streets, which had more or less just proven themselves to be a danger all their own.
"It's all right you know." He offered her a small smile and a nod. "We're not like humans, we can do what they can't. If you're scared about the height, consider those at higher powers then us. They had the same thing at one time. We just have to practice." Once more he faced downtown. The gap was a ways away but- Breaking into a run, Pollux jumped off the ledge, clearing the distance with ease. Looking back he smiled. "Youma don't tend to patrol in more then one area." He called back at her. "Try it a few times, even if you fall. My phone will be one just in case." Waving he set himself up for the next jump.
"Good luck Euanthe." And with that, Pollux vanished into the hazy glow of downtown's night.

Euanthe still hadn't actively thought of herself as being anything other than human. But humans didn't use magic and Pollux was right, they couldn't do the kinds of things Senshi could do... that she would do, some day.
"I'll remember that," she replied, and as if sensing his intentions took a step away from him. In spite of his reassurances the pink haired girl still held her breath as he sailed through the air. Then he landed, safe and well on the other side of the gap. Her tensioned released and when it did she realized that it was more than just the momentary worry she'd felt when he was airborne. It was the nervousness that she'd been clutching tightly all night. Somehow the demonstration of the jump had eased those anxieties as well.
She waved back, smiling, her only answer to his suggestion a slow, considering nod. Then he was gone and Euanthe was left to think. Alone, the night's events seemed so surreal. "Good luck, Pollux," Euanthe said quietly to the empty air. She smiled lopsidedly and the weight of it cocked her head slightly. Despite the risk of sounding like her mother she added, her tone sounding almost surprised, "what a gentleman."
She took his advice and readied herself to jump.
