Well i first thought faking it may work, but then realized that she'd probably rub it in my face that she won and i lost. o_O

DON'T FAKE IT! The night I came out it was horrible, n I kept wanting to say I didn't mean it, that it was all a joke-but I realized WE CAN NOT BACK DOWN. I knew if I came out n then was just like "Um, kidding?" I'd be back in the closet again n noone wants that ninja ! I wanted to tell my mom as soon as possible I was a lesbian so she could deal with it as soon as possible. If I fake it, she'll never deal. I didn't wanna be an adult living with another woman n have my mom be like "Um..who's she?" Basically, if you just play it straight it's going to hurt you in the end (especially if you meet some nice girl n have to pretend you don't like her) n plus it will make it harder for people like us everywhere to come out. So I'd say you talk to this therapist dude n tell him he's an idiot because being gay is okay, n then tell you're mom she's got no clue wut she's talking about too domokun stressed !

Lolz rofl . You should totally hit on her rofl . even if she's ugly. Just to tick her off rofl lol.

As for myself, i can't figure it out. The longer this akwardness drips on the worse it'll be when I get a girlfriend ninja . Tommorow my friends are going to a party like thing thrown by their school's GSA b I wanna ask my mom if i can go. I'm sure I'll be able to play off her reaction ninja . Anywayz, I gotta go because she's home now sweatdrop but thanks for your help blaugh !

Heh.... i had that same argument with my friend the other day. She is johnney depp obsessed and i told her that he was a creepy man wo probably stole peoples socks at night. Twas an interesting conversation.

I would make sure to know a gblt hotline number by heart jsut incase the srink thing goes overboard.

I was gonna use the GSA party to bring up the topic but I was too chicken. My family was just chillin n my mom's boyfriend had made his excellent pizza n we were all just so peaceful I didn't want to spoil the moment. So I was just like "Can I go to a party tommorow at the high school?" She was automatically suspicious! She was like "Is this party for a club stare ?" (She's still ticked about me going to the Day of Silence party in Albany last year.) I was like "It's just a party sweatdrop ." I don't kno if she's got mind reading powers or what but just the way she was I knew what she was thinking n she was thinking "GAY PARTY." So I avoided the issue. Just from the death vibes I was getting off her I knew it was still a taboo topic. I think it always will be. It makes me really uncomfortable cuz my mom is such a sweet woman ninja . Until you bring up homo stuff gonk . It's like a light switch stressed gonk !

I'm trying to picture my future. I think I might just have to keep quiet about it until I'm out of the house n then I'll just have to confront my mom about it again. N then get disowned. That seems like the only thing that will happen at this point xp . But I really don't want to get disowned. I mean, I thought if I'm dating someone in college n I'm like "Oh ma, by the way.." then she'd flip n that'd be the end of our relationship, so I thought "I'll tell her while I'm still a teenager" so she'll be prepared for my older years n junk. But she just doesn't want to get prepared gonk . I seriously don't know wut to do ninja .

There's no GSA at my new school but I was in the one at my old school n it helped alot 3nodding .

I'm afraid if i give her time tho, she'll just sink further into this weird pretend world she has where I'm straight sweatdrop . The last time the topic came up is when I had out an utada hikaru c.d. (japanese pop singer) n she's like "why don't you just date a nice asian man" n I was like "Cuz I like nice asian girls stare , n I don't appreciate that comment." n she was like "I'm doing my best to deal with this but it's not easy, especially when I disagree with it all stare ." n she changed the topic.

When I asked her about going to the GSA party at the old school (I obviously didn't say it was for the GSA xp ) she was suspicious n i was gettin "grr evil " vibes.

How do I know if she's actually dealing with it if I don't ask her sweatdrop ? Is there any way I can try to ask for more hints of her opinion, since gayness is now a taboo topic in my house sweatdrop ? How do i know she hasn't just told herself "It's a phase" n simply left it at that sweatdrop n is gonna suggest I date a nice man again sweatdrop ?
How can I tell how far along she is with her coping process sweatdrop ???
