Ah Bristi, there is no need to be forceful, I am just confused as what to post, I think Gourou hasn't responded to me. I will again check, but I am not sure. Anyway, I would like us as the moderating team to pm the inactive members, and new recruits. I'd like for you two to do the inactive members, and I could do the new recruits, or vice-versa if you'd like. I know Crow would like all the mods to take shift, but I feel it a responsibility of the Moderating group to do so. If you would like to do it in shifts, as Crow has it, that is fine as well.

If this department agrees to take on the responsibility of alerting inactive members and such, then I will revoke the shift system and leave the task to you.

And Chehero in response to your question, you can tell an inactive member due to their lack of posts, There are a number of people that have 0 posts and I think it is only fair that they are warned before we go and ban them. Though I will leave the banning to this department's discretion, if indeed you guys wish to take up the responsibility of doing so.

I vote in favor, thats two out of three. Anyway, I define Inactive as at least a week and a half of not posting. If you notice someone then, pm them if you want, but if you notice someone hasnt posted in three weeks, its a definate pm, and a warning. There wont be a limit, as some people just forget. For banning, thats just if they outrightly break the rules repeatedly. All banings will be pre-decided by the three of us, and one of us must also get an alibi from the person, to at least get their side of the story. I am going to make a list in my next post, that will show those that need to be checked out for banning or warnings. I want you two to edit the post if need be, but I dont want the names deleted. If thewy are no longer being investigated, well just strike them through.

A week and a half seems a little harsh, some people have things outside of this world that demand their attention. Give them at least two weeks minimum, things come up...we can't be out to punish others for having problems in the real world.

a week and a half is just a little to harsh I think... just because I get in my gaming ruts with my freinds and co-workers where we all sit around for several weeks to play video games.... and go to school... thus my lack of well attendance so much....

Yeah that was just an estimate. I'd say a month for starters, and two weeks aferwards again. I think if we see someone inactive, we should just put it in the post. We need to check it once when we check on, but I would like for once a month, we comb the memberlist, and look for activity and such, which we can divy up just fine.

Since the entrance fee has been dropped for the Order of enigma members to get into the event I don't want any invites sent or requests accepted unless they come from the Order of Enigma.
