Fenja laughed when Buni spoke about mortals. She seemed to really like regular lions – perhaps as much as Fenja seemed to enjoy meeting Gods – and the idea amused her.
“Well, some mortals are pretty boring, too.” She said with a playful grin. So far, meeting the purple goddess was definitely the most stimulating of her godly encounters. The domains of Apathy and Oaths, though terribly interesting, couldn’t exactly compare in terms of excitement. She watched, wide-eyed, as the green giraffe suddenly popped up between them.
“THAT’S AMAZING! You just... WOW!” she said quickly rather loudly with a huge cub-like smile. “You can create anything you want?”

Tilting her head, the Goddess blinked and retained that big bright smile. She liked mortals. Some were a little dull, but they just needed cheering up some and sometimes they'd cheer up...sometimes. Sometimes they were still gloomy gusses, but Buni was persistant! The reaction to her powers made the feathery female smile brightly, bouncing slightly on the spot as she watched her new friend, and she did consider Fenja a friend, the bubbly female let out a slightly snorty giggle.
"Anything I imagine!" She piped happily. Rubbing the top of her head before pulling the paw away to show a large yellow and purple polka dotted flower blooming from the top of it, that lasted a good moment or two before dispersing yet again. "But it only lasts for a short time."

“Anything?” Fenja’s eyes widened again at the sight of the strange little flower and the bright lioness couldn’t help but to laugh again, silently thinking of all the things that she would create if she possessed such power – and finding, with some degree of surprise, that most of the things she could imagine were potential pranks.
“You could be so naughty with that power…” she finally admitted with a sly grin. “I bet cubs love meeting you!”
Any cub would, Fenja thought to herself. A beautiful lioness who could do amazing magic tricks? Oh, yes, Fenja could picture many happy encounters involving Buni.

Cubs? Yes she liked cubs and they liked her! It was fun watching cubs use their imagination because they could think up the funnest things! She once made this one little male's imaginary friend briefly come to fruition and found it as an elephant made entirely of multicolored bubbles. She liked bubbles too. Smiling at the pale lioness she found her ear twitching as she rubbed at it, why so twitch-a twitch?
...
Was that ringing?
Blinking she sat up on her hind paws, looking like a giant blue meerkat by the way she was sat before a smile spread over her maw. She knew that ringing, it was like a beacon calling to her, like the smell of a mothers milk and she turned her attention back to Fenja. She wanted to stay. But she also wanted to see the ringing! Rubbing her paws together she tilted her head.
"I think someone is calling me..."

Fenja froze, caught between the realization that she was about to part ways with someone who was probably the most interesting creature she’d ever had the pleasure of meeting and the curiosity that was instantly created by the Goddess’ words. Because the former seemed inevitable anyway, the bright lioness’ curiosity eventually won.
“You’re being called? Does that mean you have to go?” it was as if she was being summoned, hearing a call she just couldn’t ignore. Her posture was a little amusing but Fenja was overcome with restrained sadness. Even so, she forced a little smile. “Is someone being very creative? …imaginative?”

Rubbing her ear again as she listened to the ringing before glancing back to Fenja once more, the Goddess nodded with a slightly disapointed expression. The ringing sounded distant, it was either far away or very weak, which she was needed for, she couldn't bare to hear a dieing imagination on its last trundles...but she liked her time with Fenja very much. Fenja was a lot of fun and sooooooooooo imaginative! It was a lot of fun! Nodding to the other lioness she let out a small sigh.
"Sounds like it.." She wanted to be enthusiastic but it'd been a long time since she'd met such a fruitful and bouyant imagination, not to mention such a nice mortal! Most seemed weirded out or afraid of her so meeting nice mortals was a big thing for her. She liked it. It meant she made a new friend. Oh that reminded her! Smiling to the lioness and stretched out her wings partially. "But I'll come and visit you, okay? We're friends now! It'd be rude not too!"

Fenja did her best not to look too disappointed as the Goddess’ departure seemed inevitable but she cheered up instantly when the winged lioness said she’d visit. Buni had even called her a friend!
“Really?!” Fenja looked up with a bright smile, prism-colored eyes lighting up at the idea of seeing Buni again. Of all the Gods she’d met, the purple lioness was definitely the most interesting and friendly. She hoped Buni wouldn’t forget about her.
“Okay… I’ll wait for you.” Fenja grinned, leaning back to sit. She couldn’t exactly try to go after Buni so waiting really was all she could do. She tilted her head with a playful expression. “Have a nice flight.”

Smiling at her new friend, the Goddess spread out her wings as she stepped back from the edge of the water before watching the other with a smile, large wings fluttering slightly in the breeze before one strong beat soon blasted the other into the air. Twirling and swooping as she met with the wind like a fish on the ocean's current and then looked down to the pale lioness below.
Yes. She'd come back. Friends came back to friends, it's what they did and she couldn't help but smile at the prospect of sharing more interesting stories and more interesting conversations. With one last wave of her paw, the sky coloured female soon cut a path through the clouds before eventually disapearing into them.
